Fantastic experience: I recently received treatment from the J&R dental team. Initially I was seen by Ravneet who was thorough in her approach in checking my teeth and giving recommendations on my personalised dental plan. Then further along the treatment plan I was seen by Jasdip who was efficient, honest and did a great job on my teeth. Both dentists I saw listened to the issues I was having and worked to resolve them. In addition the girls at the front desk were prompt and attentive when it came to booking my follow up appointments. Would highly recommend using J&R dental. Thanks guys

Negative experience: The receptionists are vile, they sit there quite clearly talking about you, thinking you are unaware or can’t hear them. This makes my appointments highly uncomfortable and makes me not want to attend - can’t wait until my treatment is over!

Fantastic experience: I've been to J & R Dentist in Ruislip twice – first for my initial consultation and then for a cleaning with the hygienist, Ravneet Sagoo. Ravneet was absolutely lovely; she continuously checked in to make sure I wasn't in any pain during the cleaning process, which made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She also took the time to show me how to properly use a floss brush and advised me on the right sizes to use. She was so sweet and made me feel genuinely cared for. I initially visited for cosmetic dentistry, but unlike other practices, they prioritized making sure my teeth were in the best possible condition before starting any cosmetic treatment. I really appreciated their honest and thorough approach! The prices were also very reasonable. I've already sent my husband over to see them, and I would highly recommend J & R Dentist to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Fantastic experience: When every Dentist said no, J&R said yes! For years, I’ve always wanted to get braces. I was always insecure about my teeth, as they were crooked, sticking out and it got to a point where I no longer felt confident to talk or smile. I would always cover my mouth when speaking. I was told previously by dentists that there was no point in me getting braces because my teeth would just go back to how they were. Some dentists gave me expensive prices that I could not afford and I felt that I would never get the straightened teeth I longed for. That was until I went to J&R Dental. The receptionists were absolutely amazing, greeting me with a smile every time I attended, they were very polite and kind in person and over the phone. My dentists are Dr Haroon and Sue, they explained everything to me in detail, they reassured me along the process and went through the process with me. They gave me a price that was cheaper than what other Dentist had recommended to me and it was within my budget. The treatment was amazing and lasted 10 months. I saw the transition of my teeth within the first month and now 9 months later, I have straight, beautiful, healthy teeth, which have received many compliments. My Dentists are honestly amazing, I could not thank them enough. They are so nice, and I enjoyed every dental appointment that I had with them, which says a lot as I’ve never enjoyed going to the Dentist before. My confidence has been restored all thanks to Dr Haroon and Sue. I thank J&R for making this experience as amazing and carefree as possible.

Fantastic experience: The dentist was very helpful, professional and listened to my concerns. They gave me some useful advice to follow which has greatly improved where my tooth was hurting. The dental surgery is very well spaced out for Covid and great hygiene measures overall. The receptionist is very friendly. I have been going to this dentist for quite a few years and will continue to do so as their services are always excellent.

He always provides the best options for services for improvement of smiles, ensuring that you make well-informed decisions. He doesn’t try pressure you to do over what you intended to do, his advice is truly appreciated. His professionalism, politeness, and kindness truly stand out. He will make sure your happy and satisfied before leaving the dentist. The receptionists and dental assistants are also wonderful—always friendly and accommodating. The level of service is consistently excellent, earning a 10/10 service throughout. Having had bad experiences with previous dentists, I was wary, but Dr. Jasdip and his team have completely changed my perspective. They are transparent with pricing and never try to overcharge with hidden costs which most dentists have previously done. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Jas today for my treatment - Dr Jas is the best dentist I have ever come across. He saved my tooth whereas other dentists said that they couldn't. He was extremely thorough and clear about the treatment plan. He is a highly knowledgeable and confident dentist. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with my invisalign journey. Dr Malik was professional and transparent throughout it. He was open and honest about the treatments and always provided me with the pros and cons to everything that came along with the treatment. Fantastic experience: Great dental practice! I’m not a regular client of J&R and I called in for an emergency appointment. I had a chronic toothache that came on really quickly. They booked me in for the following morning and I was seen by Jazz. Jazz was very thorough and her delivery when injecting the anaesthetic was second to none, zero pain. I didn’t feel any pain throughout the whole treatment. I’m booked in for a full examination and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Negative experience: I attended J & R dental a few months ago for a consultation for Invisalign. I received a phone call to book the consultation promptly they provided me with one date but closer to this phoned to reschedule, which is absolutely fine. When I did attend for the consultation they informed me that the orthodontist wasn’t on site so the dentist confirmed he didn’t want to give me recommendations for orthodontic treatment which I understand and appreciate, therefore another consultation was booked for when the orthodontist was on site the following week - due to the concerns of my teeth we discussed fixed braces and Invisalign as I have different issues that needed attention for the upper and lower teeth. I specifically asked which option would be better overall, essentially prompting the opinion of the professional, to which I didn’t get a straight response from therefore after leaving and having thought about the treatments offered I have decided to go with a different provider who can be confident with their recommendation and what I am after. I have given two stars because they are friendly welcoming and clean, unfortunately I just experienced a lot of back and forth for such an uncertain answer and waste of time which is a shame.

Fantastic experience: The staff are professional and helpful, even if your nervous there’s nothing to worry about when you go to J&R, I’ve had hygienist work done also fillings and one wisdom tooth removed and honestly I won’t go anywhere else

Negative experience: I choses this clinic from it's good Google reviews, and I only had a check up few times, once I had my filling fallen and I had to visit their emergency dentist, she told me that I had to either do the root canal and going through spending £1200 plus root or extract my teeth! As I was thinking what to do I was given that hurry up look from her and her assistant that I should make my mind and choose either. Since I was in pain but I didn't want to lose the precious tooth also couldn't afford the expensive root canal and crown option, I told her please just go ahead with the filling and I will make my mind about it. I paid £75 and something which I don't remember exactly but under £100 for that visit and went to another Dr for second opinion, he rescued my tooth by his up-to-date knowledge and skills and patience and no magic he just filled my tooth and not to mention that the filling that she done for me was temporary and probably worth less even for what I paid. I am writing this review almost a year after the insident as I wanted to make sure the new Dr done the right decision.

It is a modern practice with top rate dentists and hygienists who put you at ease and explain everything throughout without the sales talk. Communication from the receptionists is always 1st class. It has only been a positive treatment process that no longer fills me with fear and i only wish i went to them sooner!

The receptionists are polite and friendly and communication is regular, with texts and emails to remind you of appointments and payments. My denist Mr Maik Saleh has been amazing. He talked me through every process in detail, and would show me x-ray images to visually discuss what was wrong and how it would be treated/how my teeth were improving. I would fully recommend them to anyone, especially anyone who is nervous about visiting a dentist.
