Negative experience: I can only assume this dental practice has an incompetent admin team. I've been repeatedly receiving patient appointment confirmation emails for an ENTIRE family despite me replying to every email to let them know that they have the wrong email address. I don't even live in the UK! How hard is it to pick up the phone, call your patient and ask for an updated email address? If you can't trust these people to do basic admin tasks, I sure as heck wouldn't trust them with my teeth update Aug 2025: still continue to get these reminders emails despite this negative review, despite multiple emails to their admin. Their unsubscribe link doesn't work. I feel sorry for their patients!

Fantastic experience: I have had two treatments done by Dr. Sahar Rabie, a crown and also a root canal, I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, she explained each step, ensured I was comfortable and put me at ease, her gentle manner and professionalism made the entire process incredibly smooth. She is an outstanding dentist! Dr. Rabie and her assistant Armani were amazing throughout the whole procedure. =)

Negative experience: On arrival I was accosted by reception staff and accused of not paying for my check up on my last visit, and demanding I pay for both appointments before I would be seen. This has happened twice before to both me and my wife. Fortunately I was able to prove that I had paid through my banking app. No apology was given just a comment that a manager will look into the matter.

Negative experience: ⭐ 1 Star Review – Very Disappointed with Service and Outcome I previously gave Park House Werneth Dental Practice a 5-star review, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I paid £292.30 for dentures that were not made correctly. After raising my concerns, the dentures were remade—but the same issue persisted. They simply did not fit properly and were unusable. This all took place on 09/07/2024, and since then, I have struggled to eat properly. When I asked for a resolution, I was told the issue was due to my teeth having moved. I found this excuse unacceptable and felt that they simply couldn’t be bothered to fix the problem. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. Thankfully, I have since found another dentist in Oldham who has been kind, professional, and understanding. They are currently making me a new denture, which I have had to pay for again out of my own pocket. I am shocked and upset with the poor standard of care and lack of accountability from Park House Werneth Dental Practice. I would not recommend them based on this experience. Excellent service Previously I had given 5 stars and because of this disappointing recent service - I would only give 1 star

Fantastic experience: Dr Sahar Rabie has been our dentist for over a year, my children are always happy to see her. My eldest is autistic and she has been amazing with him. She has great patience, is very profesional and you can tell she has loads of experience and dedication. She is always friendly with the children and gives the best advice. Highly recommend Dr Sahar Rabie she is a credit to the practice. ❤️

Negative experience: every time i been, rudest receptionist staff and dentists ever. they think they can speak and act however they do expecting patients not to stand up for themselves. they humiliate in front of other patients and no not have proper training either, babbling “shut up and whatever”

Negative experience: This dentist is the worst I been to first time I got told do more then 1 tooth at a time or don't bother when I complaint they put my price upto £1680 then wanted me to pay £800 upfront for the treatment I was telling them I can do 3 max at a time at around £300 but no they kept saying they will call me back for the last 3 months but now I finally got an answer that the price hase changed for me again wow this is ridiculous my wife is a private patient I don't make that much to have £800 ready for 1 treatment because after 1 treatment they don't book you again unless you make payment what is wrong in taking £300 or £400 for the treatment and make it like 4 times and at first they wouldn't allow me to change the dentist saying I'm such and such is patient wow when I originally went in for a different dentist who was unfortunately on holiday at the time they have taken money but look at the greed of this dentist so disappointed with this dentist and the behavior of this dentist after months of waiting to get call back now they finally tell me my wife can only go in for check oh wow no treatment cause they telling me the price is going to up again for me when they have been telling me they will call me back everytime they only trying to Rob private patients disgrace what a experience I am having anyone who is trying to book for this dentist be carefull if you are a private patient never know you get worser treatment then me, but Shukar Alhumdo lillah, Allah shows you peoples true colours and nature

Negative experience: If I could give zero I would give zero . I’ve been waiting on this appointment for two months now then I receive a message saying it’s cancelled so I ring them to see when’s the next they can get me in. They now extend it another month whilst I’m waiting patiently in pain for the treatment. This place needs to be shut down.

Fantastic experience: For most of us a trip to the dentist isn't what we'd choose to do it's a necessity. I've had 2 visits recently and both times I was greeted by friendly reception staff then treated by a very professional dentist Sahar Rabie. She explained the procedure and reassured me throughout which kept me calm. She was assisted by a helpful and friendly dental nurse. The place is clean and well equipped though the reception and waiting areas are very basic.

Negative experience: If I could offer less than 1 star I would. Absolutely but here absolutely butchered extraction leaving roots that now need to be removed, got an abscess coming from one of these roots and even though explained we are going away on holiday tomorrow and need to at least get some antibiotics told absolutely no one can see us. Waiting room empty. Worst receptionist I have ever encountered

Negative experience: Their IT system is poor. Expect to fill in your forms twice. Long wait times as they overbook. They take advantage of demand. They even advertise for new clients only to let you know not on the NHS!

Sahar is an experienced dentist who uses her skills to provide a great overall service. Mel is just as efficient in her role and again utilises her skills to reassure you. Mel is a fantastic communicator who always greets you with a smile for me first impressions matter. Feel very relaxed around this team and thank them for making my dentist visits very pleasant indeed.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Parkhouse Dental Practice for some years and have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. I had a routine check up in January 2023 and the two ladies, Sahar and Jav, were, as always, friendly and expert in my treatment. I am a nervous dental patient usually, but I feel much less so with each treatment. This is an excellent practice and thank you to all of the practice staff who make it so.

Negative experience: They apparently accepting new NHs patiences, they have it on web, its in the Nhs search, its advertize on their main door... but you go inside and they tell you they accepting only private. Scam.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lambat and the Amazing Red haired dental nurse whose name I never grabbed put me at ease immediately. I can't thank them enough!

Positive experience: I waited 25 minutes after my appointment time. I was seen for about 2 minutes and given a little advice about brushing. That was it. It felt like going through the motions.

Negative experience: called for an emergency at 9am woman named Tanzeela answered the phone according to Sara who apparently is the head nurse. Tanzeela was very rude and her tone was uncalled for. She tried telling me a chipped tooth that’s grey isn’t an emergency?!! Yesterday I was told to ring at 9am and now I’m getting told to ring on Tuesday clearly seems like the staff don’t know when to tell the clients what days and time to ring up!

Positive experience: Very nice place waiting was fast the waiting room was clean the dental practice over all is a very hygienic place.

Negative experience: A little disappointing with the service received. Last minute cancellations are common. I waited half an hour to be seen only to be told the dentist was running late. But this was only when I asked what the delay was. This lead to me being late too. Another time I waited an hour and when asked at reception I was told there had been an emergency! Then at least let me know. Practice is basic and the dentist’s son seem to listen when you tell them about your pain. You get a check up and then another appointment for a clean.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practise for many years now,The staff are very welcoming , approachable and are always willing to go the extra mile for their patients. My dentist Sahar goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your dental treatment. Reassurance given throughout each visit. Exceptionally pleased with the results of my treatment, root canal, full capping.. Would recommend the dental practice with no hesitation. If i was to rate it out of 10 it would be 10/10

Fantastic experience: Just had my 6 monthly check up fortunately no work needed. After I was given some very good advice by the dentist in respect of oral hygiene which I fully intend to use. Yet again, I was put at ease, they are very friendly and I always know what is happening and why.

Negative experience: I've got to be honest about my experience with this dental practice – it's been very disappointing. My wife and I have been coming here for years, paying for private treatment, but things just haven't been great. For starters, there's no clear communication. They told my wife she was late for her appointment, even though she had a text showing she wasn't. Then, when my daughter showed up, they suddenly said the dentist was stuck in traffic with no idea when they'd arrive. Why not just say that from the beginning? The receptionists haven't been the friendliest either – they very often come across as rude and don’t seem to care much about customer service. Everytime we’re on time for our appointment, we end up waiting up to 30 minutes to get seen. It's ridiculous. We’ve also had issues with them canceling appointments last minute and not telling us until we show up. I’ve emailed the management several times about these problems, but nothing's changed. I finally decided to switch dentists, and honestly, it's been such a relief. If you are a private paying customer then I sincerely advise finding elsewhere as you will get moneys worth, better treatment & respect!

Fantastic experience: I have a really bad fear of the dentist, normally have to be sedated to have a tooth out. I saw Sahar and Sara on Friday to have my tooth removed and as soon as I entered the room I had a meltdown. However both of the ladies went above and beyond to reassure me and comfort me and I finally had my tooth removed with just general anaesthetic and I couldn’t be more grateful for their calmness and patience with me. From start to finish they was amazing and I will definitely be going to see them when I next need it. It was actually very quick and surprisingly I didn’t feel a thing. Even the aftercare was superb. I couldn’t get up or walk as I was in such a state and they let me sit for as long as I needed and made sure I was 100% okay before leaving. Thank you so much for getting me out of pain and also being as great as you was. For once I had a positive experience at the dentist because of you 2. Credit to the practice.

Negative experience: Phone rings for ages, sometimes just cuts off have to keep ringing back. When they do answer without fail every time they answer they say hold the line without giving you a choice, on hold 5 minutes plus every time. Sometimes call disconnects. During lunchtime doesn't tell you anywhere they on lunch just message to say they closed. Website can't complain or make appointments or find opening or closing times. Absolutely appalling service in this day and age!

Positive experience: The staff were lovely. They know I don't like the dentist and we're brilliant with me. And we're so polite
