Negative experience: My family having lived in this area for 18 years couldn't get to register with you under NHS dentist which is very sad and unfair only just one member of my family. I have health issues which qualifies me but yet they refused to add me on. Their priority was profit, not patient care. The treatment was subpar, and I endured weeks of severe pain They only seemed to care about the money. The treatment was woefully inadequate, leaving me in severe pain for weeks. I had to call 111 for help, and they referred me to a hospital outside London for emergency tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: I had another appointment with the hygienist, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service. The hygienist is truly a credit to her profession and to Dental Beauty. The experience was completely pain-free, with no discomfort or unexpected tugs on my gums at all. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the visit not only comfortable but also enjoyable.

Negative experience: WAY TOOOO EXPENSIVE !! However, the dentist was friendly, caring, nice and knew what he was doing which is refreshing.

Negative experience: Was having a checkup and was shocked to experience that the dentist spend less than 1 minute checking my mouth and teeth. Poked my gums for about 30 seconds, but didn’t check each individual tooth. Appalling!!!

Negative experience: We waited over hr on the phone trying to get through for emergency appointment. Finally got appointment for late afternoon. Checked problem and also took X-rays. They did not even do temporary fillings that will reduce the pain etc. Made next appointment for Monday 16. All weekend been taking ston pain medication so now ringing them this morning as cannot be left for over 10 days with no treatment and in pain!wish us luck as do not know how long today will take

Fantastic experience: I was dreading my three hour appointment with the dentist.... Hussain and his Hygienist. I never like going to the dentist and this was extensive work that I was having....a crown fitted in one morning. Hussain and his co-worker were amazing! Supportive, caring and very professional. I felt so looked after, both physically and psychologically: and I was so glad I had not backed out of the appointment due to feeling anxious about the procedure. My new tooth looks fantastic, so thank you to both of you!!

Fantastic experience: Reception staff member was awesome, she wasn't rude, didn't rush me, was understanding of my change of budget. My dentist is also awesome, gives me confidence in his advise, doesn't come across as just doing work for he sake of it. Fantastic experience: Through bad experiences I have not been to the dentist for a while but Dr Monica Patel and her assistant really put my mind at rest and reassured me by checking throughout my treatment that I was alright. Found my go to dentist now…….excellent service and dentistry!

Negative experience: Terrible surgery, they charged my wife £100 for a 5 minute ‘consultation’ which wasn’t really necessary. This was after I paid seriously over the odds for a filling that I had to go back for to get corrected. Have been chasing them for a refund for weeks and keep being fobbed off with ridiculous excuses. Just a money making scheme. Very disappointed!

Negative experience: (I've had excellent care by the dental team, this review is about my experience of the admin side.) 1. When I went back for a check-up, I was told that the treatment which I had paid for 3 years previous wasn't completely paid. I informed them that it had been 2. I am having an extremely frustrating experience with Dental Beauty Greenhithe regarding a deposit refund for wisdom tooth extractions appointment. I initially booked the procedure and paid a deposit, but the practice repeatedly rescheduled my appointment. Since I had carefully planned for my other-half to accompany me and had also moved further away, I eventually decided to seek treatment at a more local dental practice. When I requested a refund for the deposit (as the appointment never actually took place), I was met with constant delays and poor communication. I have called at least five times, been given conflicting information about when the refund would be processed, and have repeatedly been told that only the Practice Manager can issue refunds—yet she is never available or does not respond to my emails. This has tarnished my view of the practice.

Negative experience: This is not a dental clinic, it is a business run for profit. They will take you on as an NHS patient, but when you need any treatment, you will have to pay private prices.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hussain Almosawi is a truly lovely dentist with a really calming manner. Having dealt with dentists in the past who have been dismissive and rushed my dental work, it was great to be under the care of someone who takes a lot of pride in his work! He made sure my fillings were properly done and was happy to answer any questions I had. The fillings were also completely pain free, and he made sure to check constantly to ensure I was still comfortable throughout the entire procedure. If you're someone who tends to be a little more anxious at the dentist, there's no need with Dr Almosawi!

Fantastic experience: Very clean and tidy surgery with professional and friendly staff. I. The recent visits I have made there has been no waiting time - with each appointment being in time. Special mention to my dental clinician Dr Hussain Almosawi who has been excellent throughout my treatment plan. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease throughout my treatment and even ensured a follow up call was in place to check on my progress. Highly recommend this surgery and especially Dr Hussain.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentists - they make you feel at ease, explain everything to you & the staff are very helpful. I am a nervous patient and they are very re-assuring. Dr Ahmed Farooq & Naomi have been fantastic the last few weeks.

Positive experience: Overall, efficient practice. Clean. Receptionist took far too long to process my husband and I’s, visit. Partial payment was missed and had to be followed up later. No suggestion of visiting the other branch to avoid a 3 month wait for a hygienist. We didn’t know there was another branch nearby. Dentist told us about the other branch and there was a much earlier appointment. 2 weeks. They do need to employ another hygienist. For a private practice the wait is too long for new patients. Most importantly, Dentist Monica was good. Polite, friendly, explained things well.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday had an abcess tooth taken out by Dr Ahmed. Admittedly the Injections were the worst but I have to say I am so grateful for his expertise and caring manor. This morning hardly any pain or discomfort compared to previous extractions. Thanks again Ahmed and his lovely assistant. X

Fantastic experience: I was worried when the Greenhithe Dental Practice became a branch of Dental Beauty, because I’d always been pleased with the practice, both for routine NHS work and some private. I should not have worried. There’s still the same friendly welcome and personal attention there was before. I’ve recently had work done privately- implants and composites - by their very charming expert, Ahmed, and I have to say the results are astonishing. I could not have been more pleased at the way I’ve been treated all the way along. Thank you everyone. Update edit: More work carried out, this time by Mansiba assisted by Femi. They worked seamlessly together and provided a calm atmosphere for what was a a deep and lengthy filling for me. It was a long job, completely painless, and with constant explanation and reassurance, and I can honestly say that by the time I got home it was forgotten. My whole mouth has felt perfectly fine ever since. I’m due an even longer treatment next month, and have every confidence in Mansiba’s ability. She is kind, caring, and very able.

Dr. Brandon made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and explained everything clearly. The results are fantastic – I love my new smile! Dr. Brandon’s professionalism and friendly approach make him stand out. I’m so glad I chose him as my dentist. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Horrific experience. Kept me waiting 15 mins past my appointment time then had to wait while a senior dentist came in to explain the risks of a nerve being affected by the planned filling. Dentist then managed to release the anaesthetic into my throat which caused my throat to start to close up and set off my asthma. Then was told they didnt have time to do my filling and hurried me out. Never even asked was i ok. The male assistant i heard asking her are we ok to do this? Terrified to return and will avoid any more treatment there..

Negative experience: I was really pleased at first when i found this dentist and everyone seemed nice. However I felt coerced ( due to over intensity and fear mongering) to do a filling which after consideration and a different consultation, showed that I really didn’t need. On top of that I was grossly overcharged for a procedure that took less than 15mins (£180) and when I pointed out the difference between their price online (£95) and what I was being charged, the reception claimed that it might be due to it being complicated or “difficult”. I queried how a difficult singular tooth filling took only 15mins (including the numbing, drilling, filling etc procedures). I’ve had fillings before that lasted 45mins and the price was not even close to £180. She didn’t give me an answer and I just paid as there was no point in contesting after the procedure was done. It’s unfortunate that I was treated like a cash cow essentially (the dentist kept pointing out all other things I might need to do which to me was not needed as it wasn’t causing issues and wasn’t needed at all and kept pushing me to see their “finance employee” to help with “finance” options based on the 2.5k quote she gave me) The issue I came in with, which related to a slight pressure I felt on the right side of my teeth wasn’t addressed. They were more concerned with pulling out my wisdom tooth (which was giving me no issues at all) and a bogus filling. Really really disappointed.

Negative experience: Later edit: Not only they did not care about my complaint email but they keep sending booking reminders for my little ones even though I asked them to cancel the bookings straight away. Do not bother, maybe if you pay hundreds perhaps they will care. Horrible experience with my 6 year old daughter. No children friendly plus the dentist I had was sooo close minded and made me feel like the worst mum because I refused the fluoride paste (instead being professional about this and maybe explain better the benefits she started criticize me). Not sure how they have so many good reviews, maybe they are ok as long you don't think outside the box for a second and ask why they are doing what and for what reason...

Negative experience: Too much waiting time. If your appointment is 2pm for example, expect to sit in waiting room until 2:45pm before they call you. This is especially common with the hygienist. And I am not a NHS patient. If the tables were turned and patient came in 45 minutes late for the appointment, would that be ok???

From the initial consultation to post operative check up appointments I cannot fault his professionalism or skill. Additionally any worries or concerns I had were always dealt with promptly and sympathetically. I would also like to thank his Dental Nurse who was generally always present during my appointments with him as well as the rest of the practice Charlie and his team who were always most helpful and courteous. For anyone considering implant surgery I would certainly recommend Dr Farooq and Dental Beauty Greenhithe.

Fantastic experience: Both my husband and I have had dental implants. Two years ago I had a full bottom bridge implanted and this year we both had a full top bridge. The treatment we received was very caring and very professional . No problem asked was neither too big nor too small to be answered with care and consideration. The aftercare was thorough and kind, being phoned at home at the weekend to see if everything was ok.All our treatment was carried out by a caring friendly staff. But to get to the main point of the journey, the destination . Both of us are delighted with the outcome which couldn’t have been better. We have received many compliments from the temporary to the permanent teeth.

Negative experience: Useless. Called to book an urgent appointment and was told a deposit is essential to secure it. None of my cards worked and they just said come in to book it so you can then come another day for the appointment. No alternatives given. The receptionist stated she was new but then pushed back saying "I have not had this problem with anyone whatsoever". Quick google later and I found a different dentist who took the payment over the phone successfully from the same card as given here. Thank you from saving me from going to this dentist in the first place as I don't even want to think how bad it would be if the phone experience is this bad. I guess they don't care enough about patients who were looking to spend thousands. AVOID.

Negative experience: I have been using this practice for years. Dentist’s aren’t my favourite places so when I was informed I needed 4 teeth removed, I was petrified. It was agreed they would do 2 at a time. I went on the 8th November 23. They struggled with my first one, but removed it. The second would not budge, they pushed and pulled but in the end I was told they had to refer me. I went home and was in so much pain I thought my jaw was broken. The filling that was next to the tooth fell out and I was getting chips of tooth from the one they tried to take out. I was having so much pain. I still have not had my referral. I’ve been back to the surgery 3 times and been told I would have to wait for my referral or pay to see someone else. It’s been nearly 3 month’s now and I’m still waiting

Positive experience: Nice aesthetic, but although despite there being three people behind the reception desk, when I walked in no-one was friendly or engaging or even looked up. I had walked in and stood for a few seconds at the counter before anyone even acknowledged me, and even then it was only one person and there was no smile or ‘Hi’ just a very business-like “Do you have an appointment?” Now I don’t expect the red carpet treatment, but it was odd and slightly off putting! Fascinating and rewarding consultation with Charlie though, he’s a great, charismatic salesperson (employed some classic techniques, but charmingly so) and obviously highly qualified in his field. The reception team were, however, friendly and informative when he left me at reception AFTER my appointment when they began discussing payment options for my treatment plan though. Hmmm…

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling dentist who looks down on people who are NHS patients. Iv been with this dentist for many years, recently they have been cancelling appointments and making it very hard for you to book as an NHS patient Recently had an appointment booked for 20/03/23, they cancelled less than a week before and rescheduled to 06/04/23 and have again cancelled again with less than a weeks notice On calling them they have stated as I'm an NHS patient they WILL NOT be making me an appointment in the foreseeable future What an absolute disgrace of a company Beware anyone who is an NHS patient with this company As soon as I get the complaints procedure from them I will be reporting them to the appropriate NHS regulator

Fantastic experience: Could not fault the dentist that we saw. Charlie was brilliant and really put my child at ease. My son suffers with anxiety and he has never been able to actually go through with a dental checkup properly, generally only letting them look at his teeth from a distance and never sat in the dentist chair. Today he did everything that was required of him, which I feel was due to the way Charlie handled the situation and made him feel comfortable.
