Positive experience: can you please see the difference in prices for tooth extraction? first colored one was emailed to me on my first visit to complete dental on tuesday August 26 after a complete check up. i booked an appointment based on the prices which were in the estimate, 28 pounds were paid on phone on thier demand which was aligned with the estimate i was sent in the email. Immediately after the extraction, when i was hardly able to speak, at reception i was asked to pay remaining money, I showed them my phone screen bill and told in best possible way that i have paid it while taking the appointment. The lady started arguing rudly saying i wasnt right, i was refering to the email and showing the sc reen but she got further strict and said we will stop giving you appointment if you dont pay". THIS WAS RUDE" then the second attached and underlines image here she gave me then and there saying this is the new bill. money was not the problem, i could pay. but the fault was not mine. i paid what i was asked earlier. staf at such places should be different then a grocery business store atleast. even grocery business teach staff to be polite. No complaints about the procedure, extraction by Dr Farooq.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental implant fitted by Omar earlier this year and cannot fault him or the team at all. Excellent customer service all round, from helping apply for interest free credit, to fitting appointments around me travelling a distance for each one and most importantly Omar reassuring my nerves He also reassured me they would be there for me should I have any issues in the coming years. I would highly recommend having treatment here.

He explained everything he was doing in great detail and he carried out each procedure with skill , patience and care . First class . I can’t recommend the practice highly enough. Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the treatment I received to straighten my teeth at Complete Dental Care. All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and explained the range of procedures available to me, including affordable payment plans. I quickly got used to wearing my orthodontics, and at no time during the six and a half months did they cause me any discomfort. Monthly check ups were not time-consuming, and any necessary minor adjustments were easily made. The end result was excellent, and a permanent retainer was fitted to the back of my teeth to keep them in place. My overnight retainer was ready for me to collect within a week and fits perfectly. I highly recommend Complete Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Staff are really Friendly and very helpful. I had to get an implant to replace an old crown I had in my upper front tooth. Omar was great and really put me at ease. He re-assured me everything that he said would happen…….did happen. The procedure was totally pain free and time passed by in a flash. I have a little discomfort a few days after the procedure but nothing to really complain about. I look forward to the end result and getting my new porcelain crown . Would recommend all day long.

The recommendation I was given was thousands of pounds less than what other dentists had said I needed done. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

The owner, Omar, quoted me a price to replace my missing teeth and upon agreeing, put a very competent and friendly dentist in charge of my treatment. My last visit was yesterday and I have my smile back. I would fully recommend Complete Dental Care and my dentist Julia, who gave me great advice and treatment throughout.

Everyone's friendly and considerate - also taking time to explain or answer any questions, so I always feel like I have full context. I recently had a bigger operation and the results were fantastic, I was very well taken care of, and overall a relaxing experience!

Fantastic experience: Was in to have a crown fitted on Monday, dentist (Rafiq) is lovely, he explains every stage of what he is doing and why, which I really appreciate. They used some new (to me) technology, 3D scanning my teeth and the new crown was build on a 3D model created from the scan. The crown feel really good, like it’s meant to be in my mouth, when I’ve had a crown in the past from another dentist, it’s felt huge and awkward for weeks. Dental nurses and receptionist are always lovely when i phone up, and they confirm appointments by phone, text and email so you don’t forget.

Negative experience: I hadn't been to a dentist for a while and a friend recommended this place. It's all about the money really. Fillings required, you ( me) can get the cheap fillings for £20 OR and the dentist creamed himself ,to get the white fillings at 8.5 times the price. Book in the appointment of course pay in advance. If you are late you pay £35 plus a pound a minute, on every app I was taken in late! No refund for me. You pay for your app plus half of the next treatment! The receptionist is smarmy. If you are desperate give it a go..if not try somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with Hassan and the Complete Dental team! I had my teeth straightened using Reveal aligners which was extremely easy with very flexible appointments. I’m delighted with the results and the service received. I also use Complete Dental for general dentistry and hygienist appointments. Highly recommend!

I had quite a complicated Crown to replace my 3 front teeth and to restore a confident smile. Whilst it was uncomfortable at times the result is good. Negative experience: Worst dentist I have ever been to. I was waiting for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointed time. I had paid in advance to get some amalgam fillings replaced I was moving to London and wouldn't be back for weeks. After they replaced the first one, they said there wasn't time to finish the treatment (20 mins in) and were rude about it. I couldn't fully close my mouth as the new filling hadn't been buffed down and felt like solid sand paper sticking out of my tooth. This caused weeks of discomfort and I had to go to a competent dentist in London to fix. Took less than 5 minutes to finish the treatment. I haven't been back for the rest of the replacements despite paying in advance and haven't been given a refund, £600+ owed to me. Avoid. Don't let these clowns near your mouth. They only see you as a number and have zero empathy for your health.

Fantastic experience: This is a very over due review! I’ve been attending complete dental care for the past couple of years now and the service I’ve had each time is excellent. I had reveal clear aligners and after a small hiccup (due to my teeth being stubborn) I had a fixed brace fitted then my final aligners and they completely changed my smile and confidence! Dr Hassan Ali is an Amazing orthodontist. This is a great practice and all staff I have ever dealt with have been lovely. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Negative experience: If there was a 0 star rating I would have taken that option. 1st off, it took over 25 mins to get a consultation appointment. This is AFTER you go through the process of a 'phone consultation' disguised as a way to work out credit arrangements.. I then paid £50 to secure a face to face consultation which I was told would be taken off my treatment... never was it stated that you DONT get your deposit back if you decide not to go ahead. In my case the dentist decided he wouldn't go ahead with my cosmetic treatment request. Not sure why as his was the 3rd consultation I attended to get an idea of which dentist to go with, I was given flimsy reasons, whereas all the other consultations I had, had no problem with going ahead. They want you to buy a whole dental package, hygienist, retainers etc were all mentioned as seperate purchases. If you're not worth a certain amount of money via treatment charges you're not worth their time. Very dismissive team.

Fantastic experience: I can definitely recommend Dr Omar Iqbal. It is quite possible that he is the nicest most calm natured dentist that I have ever met. He is exceptional at explaining processes/procedures fully and answering questions with certainty and clarity. This skill set is invaluable to anyone who suffers from dental anxiety.
