Fantastic experience: I attended yesterday to have 2 x wisdom teeth extracted under conscious sedation. Dr. David Whittaker, the anesthetist / comedian was amazing. A perfect blend of funny yet professional and knowledgeable. And the surgeon, Richard Simons who did the procedure was kind, warm and fully explained the procedure so that I understood. The recovery team were also funny and kind (apologies I can't remember their names as I was, well, still recovering). Today I have no pain whatsoever and have not even taken paracetamol. Now that's a good surgeon! Thank you Richard Finally thank you to Dani, who called me a short time ago to check in on me. Dani listened and answered my questions. Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removal today, and I just need to review & say my thanks. I want to say thanks to oral surgeon Simon and the anaesthetist David. I'm extremely phobic of the dentist, from the young age of 5yo...strangely, I haven't had a traumatic experience to become phobic. I was made to feel understood and comfortable. No shame or embarrassment was to be had, considering I was a crying mess. I appreciate the compassion you all have. My first time sedated and oh my gosh, what a dream (literally) it was amazing! Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: My son attended St faiths on Friday after being referred by our dentist, my son is 6 years old and after having a traumatic experience at another dentist was extremely nervous to go, upon arrival everyone made us feel at ease and the whole process was easy, we met Alex and Holly and they were absolutely incredible with my son (and me a apprehensive mum!!) I cannot thank these ladies enough they made my son feel completely at ease. After a short time the procedure was done and we were on our way, my son made a very speedy recovery and said he’d happily go again to see Holly and Alex!! Thank you St faiths you are amazing

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best dental clinic I have ever been to. Our first time visiting, On entrance at 08:15am this morning we was welcomed by Dani on reception who was friendly, happy and professional, straight away I felt confident in this dental clinic. My 7 year old had a filling in one tooth and sedation. He was very nervous. The moment he met the dentists Alex and Holly, wow they were brilliant he was absolutely fine! They both were happy, calming, friendly and above all supportive. They really looked after my son and I cannot thank you both enough. You have incredible staff members here. A fantastic dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had 8 teeth extracted , I’m a really really anxious person , they dealt with me and my wife in an amazing matter of professionalism! The doctors were very informative and supportive! Didn’t feel a thing with 8 teeth extracted and the sedation that’s crazy , absolutely outstanding work would highly recommend to anyone who needs an amazing dentist .

Fantastic experience: My 86 year old Dad was reffered to St Faith Dental Clinic to have his Wisdom Tooth removed. Needless to say he was very nervous and I requested to stay in the room during the procedure which I was allowed to do. Truc Tran was the Oral Surgeon, she was nothing short of superb.The procedure was done from start to finish in under 20mins, and the Surgeon and her assistant were incredibly kind with my Dad. The whole process from booking the appointment through to the procedure itself was simple, professional and flawless, I cannot recommend St Faiths more if you have to have extraction.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction on 17th September excellent caring service from start to finish.Everyone was so lovely and made sure l am comfortable. I was under sedation and was very nervous but everyone helped me to feel relaxed, l didn’t feel anything. I also received a follow up call the next day which l really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Richard and his team for their amazing treatment I received yesterday. I unfortunately had a traumatic time at my own dentists with a tooth extraction that went very wrong. Richard really heard my concerns and fears and was extremely calm and reassuring. He managed to extract the last part of my tooth quickly and painlessly. I can’t thank them enough for everything. From fitting me in super quick and helping me regain my faith is dentists. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! On Monday I had all 4 wisdom teeth ( two impacted bottom teeth) removed. The sedation was so successful, the next thing I knew I was awake in recovery being told it all went well and I could go home. Today, my stitches split exposing some bone and I was told to ring if I had any concerns, I’ve been quite anxious about dry socket so rang in. Everyone is so kind and listened to my worries and squeezed me in between appointments. Richard kindly put some medication in the socket and it feels so much better already. Michelle was so kind and even remembered me from my initial visit. I’d highly recommend St Faith Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely 10/10 service from these guys kind and friendly and absolutely brilliant at what they do I got put onto their cancellation list the day before yesterday and got an appointment quite quickly I would highly recommend anyone to get referred to these people if you are afraid of having dental work awake it’s a 5 star review from me anyway thank you very much guys :)

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous about the wisdom tooth extraction, as I hadn’t had a tooth removed in over two decades. The doctor and nurse were super friendly and helped me feel relaxed. I was surprised that apart from the slight discomfort of the injection, I didn’t feel a thing during the extraction. Fantastic experience: My son had an excellent experience. As someone who struggles with severe dental anxiety, we was very nervous going in, but the entire team made us feel at ease. We opted for nitrous oxide sedation, and it worked exactly as promised.I barely remember the procedure and felt no discomfort at all. The staff explained everything clearly beforehand, which helped calm my nerves. The office was clean, quiet, and very professional He have 3 cavity, 7 years child.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say thank you to Alex. Going to the hygienist at other dentists used to give me “the fear” as it was usually pretty painful, but Alex is great, and avoids all those devices that hurt your teeth and gums

Negative experience: Today, I attended an appointment at St Faith Dental Clinic and was very upset due to a lack of important information that should have been provided beforehand. The staff failed to inform me that my daughter needed to fast for 6 hours before receiving a local anaesthetic and sedation. As a result, both my husband and I wasted a day off work, and my daughter unnecessarily missed a day of school — all due to someone else’s mistake. Additionally, we had to travel an hour to get to the clinic as we are not local. When we arrived, the nurse immediately asked my daughter if she could apply numbing cream. This caused her unnecessary stress. I believe this should be done in a more gradual and sensitive manner, rather than immediately upon arrival. Perhaps providing a prescription in advance, so the cream can be applied at home — similar to how it is done before blood tests — would be a better approach. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend this clinic, as it appears that the staff are not adequately trained in communicating with patients or providing essential information in advance.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist! Had a consultation with Jenny about root canal treatment who was so patient and explained everything very clearly which really helped put me at ease. We concluded in the decision to actually have my tooth extracted with Richard. Received the same level of brilliant care and service from Richard who I can only describe as a dental wizard for how quickly, smoothly and pain free he extracted my tooth! The customer service from everyone made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Honestly has to be the best dentist around . They not mine unfortunately due to the fact I live an hour away . But I got sent here to have 3 teeth removed. And I'm absolutely terrified of dentist. I had been given some sort of drug to pretty much knock me out but im awake . 15 mins I was done and out of there. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish and also care about your fears . Ab also gave a check up call to see how I am. So definitely the best experience I have had. And can honestly say I feel they have fixed my fobier of the dentist. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for everything you did. Aaron

Fantastic experience: I need a million stars to rate Saint Faiths . I had my wisdom tooth taken out on Friday 25/04/2025 I'm petrified of the dentist, but had no option but to go as i was in agony with my tooth. I was shaking and crying (I'm 55 years old) so not a good look. I opted for a local aesthetic Each and every member of staff i encountered where amazing. 100 Percent didn't feel anything. Its now Monday as i write this review and ive had no pain in my mouth, yes it been a little tender over the weekend. But today my mouth feels normal - such a blessing. Thank you Saint Faiths, your an incredible team that deserves all the credit i can give you

Fantastic experience: Today I went to saint faiths. I was literally shaking from fear at the prospect of the whole situation. But I didn’t need to be in retrospect. I walked into reception and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who put me at ease very quickly and explained everything so professionally. Then I was asked to sit in the waiting room to fill out some basic forms while trying to do basic breathing exercises to calm my nerves. I was still shaking. Then I was introduced to the dentist. (I don’t remember his name as I was preoccupied) He was also lovely and very professional and made me laugh. Then it was my time for the “scary chair”. I sat in it and everything that was going to happen was explained. Then it came to the dreaded injection. The dentist made sure it was the thinnest needle available and it was. It was no worse than a mosquito bite, I literally didn’t feel anything. Then to my surprise what felt like 3 seconds later I hear it’s all done, the dentist had removed 3 teeth. According to my friend it took 20 minutes but to me it was 3 seconds. I didn’t feel anything. A most unusual experience. I didn’t feel like I feel asleep or woke up. I would highly recommend this place. The staff were highly supportive and looked after me very well.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievably good experience there! Got 6 teeth extractions done so effectively and efficiently. It was over in 1/2 Hr! I can't praise then enough. And after pain is near zero. I am truly stunned and thankful to the 2 lovely lady doing this procedure. Sorry forgot the names Laura and....CHEERS

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this practice enough. It is a very smart and professional practice. The reception staff were so friendly and polite. My daughter had a molar removed this morning. Truc the dentist and Holly the nurse were so, so kind and patient with her. We feel very lucky that we had them for the procedure. It wasn’t an easy one by any means, but their professionalism and patience made the experience so much better for her. We cannot thank you enough for your caring manner and support. The staff are fantastic, anyone terrified of needles or orthodontic treatments should go here. They put you at ease as soon as you enter the building. Fantastic experience: Went to have a tooth extracted and was treated brilliantly by Truc and Holly. The whole approach was professional and sympathetic. All over in 10 minutes or so with no pain or discomfort. I have had no subsequent problems or pain - the only thing I notice now is a hole where there was a tooth. Fantastic experience: I had my first wisdom tooth removal and it was a very pleasurable experience. The receptionist staff were friendly and welcoming. David the anesthetist was very comforting and friendly. Richard who performed the removal was kind and professional. Overall it was a brilliant experience and my pre-nerves were settled. Fantastic experience: I visited St Faith Dental Clinic this afternoon, referred by dental surgeon for a single tooth extraction under sedation. Previous have had extreme bad experiences with receiving dental treatments throughout my childhood, adulthood and now in my older life I have a phobia about visiting a dentist. I had been in alot of pain with infection and exposure of the tooth nerves over a week. The tooth couldn't be saved. Upon arrival the reception staff were so friendly and understanding of my raised anxiety. I than met the Anaesthetist who took me through sedation procedures. Went through and met Richard Simons the Oral Surgeon explained what he would be doing. He was quick to remove the tooth before I had time to think about it. Afterwards the recovery nurses were brilliant and went through the post operative instructions. They accompany me to the car and wished me well. I would fully recommend St Faith Dental Clinic for your dental treatment. Everyone help me to reduce my anxiety to get treated as soon as practicable possible.

Negative experience: Ridiculous. Today I received a text message saying that slots are available for my child to book her dental appointment. This is 16 months after a serious dental problem was first discovered and urgently escalated to NHS. If we were to wait till today, my kid would have been left with serious long term dental issues.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at st faith's. I went in for a tooth extraction that my regular dentist was unable to perform. I was extremely anxious about having the procedure, but all the staff at St Faiths made me feel so at ease that my anxiousness subsided, the whole process took less than 20 minutes. The operation/sedation was a complete success and I never felt any pain whatsoever during or after the operation. I cannot praise everyone at St Faiths enough, the whole team was very professional and caring. A massive thank you to everyone at St Faiths.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? Saint Faiths Clinic saved me!! I was refereed to them from my local dentist after my wisdom tooth broke. I was in severe pain and distress and needed a solution ASAP!! From the first moment when I rang the clinic and spoke to Shelley at reception, I knew I was in good hands. Shelley was an angel and constantly reassured me throughout the whole process. She was patient with my many questions and nerves. She is a gift to the clinic and a very kind-hearted soul. On the extraction day, David, the very experienced anaesthetist was a gem! He put me at ease immediately with his friendly manner and then sedated me. This was a blessing as I didn’t feel a thing or suffer with any pain. Amanda, the dental nurse’s, gentle and reassuring hand on my arm was just what I needed before Richard the oral surgeon got to work. Richard did a fantastic job as I healed very quickly with hardly any pain. He truly is an expert in his field and has built an incredible clinic full of wonderful people. I’m truly grateful for everyone I met at St Faiths for helping me and doing an amazing job. My speedy recovery meant I could enjoy my Christmas lunch pain free Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: If only all Dentists were like this! I have a deep fear of Dentists, yet Dr Simons who treated me was amazing. Professional, fast, warm and friendly. I had an infected wisdom tooth which needed removal. I spent months panicking, yet the removal took about 15 minutes at most. I had sedation and didn't feel at thing at the time. Unfortunately I did bleed very heavily afterwards and had to go back, amazingly, they rushed to treat me, just as they were closing. Although this was a bit more complicated, as I needed stitches, again if it wasn't for the wonderful caring staff, I would have been screaming and crying. The nurse who ushered me in and out was also amazing, kind and friendly and she even phoned me later in the week to check up on me. The other staff were wonderful too. As I said earlier, if only all Dentists were like this. Thank you.

Positive experience: Dentists done a fantastic job removing my broken tooth. Unfortunately the receptionist presents a passive aggressive attitude and is rather rude, as was her attitude on the phone previously when I phoned to chase waiting times (after kept being told different time frames).

Fantastic experience: Deserving of all five stars. I had a tooth extraction at St Faith and I cannot thank the team enough. I was incredibly nervous to the point of being totally mute. Richard Simmons, Mr Whittacker and the nurses were all incredibly supportive and accommodating. I was in and out of the treatment room in around ten minutes, even had a call the following day to check in on me. The reception team also deserve a mention, all super patient and helpful! Fantastic experience: I’ve been waiting a while to have 2 large teeth removed and have been very anxious about it due to other medical conditions. The staff were amazing! Kind and reassuring. Reception were lovely and the anaesthetist made me feel reassured. I had sedation and it was fantastic , honestly nothing to worry about at all.

Fantastic experience: I went in July but they were so nice when I went in, especially because I was very anxious. I don't remember anything after initially meeting them but my mum said they were all really nice and looked after me. In terms of the procedure, I had no issues with infection, abnormal pain or anything of the sort - the whole thing was very smooth. Thanks to all the staff who were with me if any see this as I don't remember if I was able to say it lol.

Fantastic experience: With an extreme dentist phobia I was majorly scared to even attend a consultation at st faiths to the point I even felt sick but I got the guts and turned up , everything went perfect they respected my fears and never oversold their position , a week later I’m back there to have some teeth extracted …. Again extremely nervous due to past experiences with other terrible dentists but went ahead with this extraction and I can honestly say when they tell you that you won’t feel a thing or even remember what happend they really are not lying ahah I’ve tried to hard to remember that day and still can’t 4 days later not even the journey home . All staff there deserve a huge thankyou for dealing with nervous and scared patients everyday but never ever let the patient feel out of place .

Fantastic experience: After many repeated extraction failures with other clinics for the same tooth I have built up significant fear for extractions over the past year. So i arrive at St Faiths today after being referred they tell me what is going to happen. comfort and reduce my fear and then start the procedure 5 minutes later it’s successfully extracted. no pain, no long periods of yanking and twisting, and no gum damage. I wish to thank all the caring and professional team at St faiths for the amazing care I received whilst under their charge. Super grateful. Although I hope I never need to have another extraction. I will be requesting referral to St Faiths if I do. I highly recommend St Faiths If you have been referred to St Faiths you are in great hands

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! After having a terrible experience at an our dental practice. My son was hysterical when entering the room, he actually ran out. The dental nurse and the paediatric dentist (Saroj Prajapati) were amazing and so patient with him they both explained every detail to him (he is old enough to understand) and after along time of calming him down he sat in the chair and tooth extraction was successful. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank and recommend Richard Simons enough! I saw Richard to correct some previous dental work I was very unhappy with. From the first meeting with Richard he put me at ease and made what seemed a very big thing to me very simple. Fantastic experience: Had conscious sedation for extreme dental anxiety, 1 tooth removed. From the moment the IV was inserted to ‘waking up’ I didn’t feel a thing or realise anything had happened. Nurses were really caring and dentist and anaesthesiologist great too. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Was referred by my dentist to St Faith's to have 2 troublesome teeth out under sedation. Although pricey the treatment I received was fantastic and I cannot praise the St Faith's team high enough for their ability to make the whole experience a good one. Thank you to all the team.

Fantastic experience: I have a tooth removed with conscious sedation I was put at my ease, had the process clearly explained to me.I have a bad gag reaction normally so dental treatment makes me rather anxious. I was made to feel very comfortable in the chair and sedated and the next thing I knew it was all over. I have had no pain after the surgery. Rather a pleasant experience !

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old child had inhalation sedation for a tooth extraction today and there was no crying! He walked out fully aware of what happened, but was not traumatised. All staff were very kind and encouraging throughout. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I am a dentist worst nightmare for being anxious and stressed at the thought. My own dentist, try as hard as they could, was unable to get near the broken tooth so referred me. I am amazed at how reassuring and swift on the day the dentists and staff were at St Faiths. The extraction took place and I was in recovery and ready to go home without knowing anything about it. Thsnk you.

Negative experience: Friendly but BAD practice. Richard Simons removed two of my 4yr old's molars, charging me 400 quid (on the NHS!) and gave me ZERO advice on how to save the spaces! 4 years later, orthodontists say it can't be corrected, and I'm lucky to find a dentist who will try correct it with a palate expander she has to wear daily for 1.5 years at the cost of 2 grand! Lucky some dentists have a clue how to mop up other dentists' ignorance. **UPDATE: As you can see, St Faith practice replied, suggesting four years later, that I didn't have to pay the £400, when I was clearly told at the time I had to pay it. That's not very helpful! They've also said that they don't advise space-savers. It confirms they have complete ignorance on this matter! Let me tell you more about what problems caused by pulling teeth out of kids with no after-plan! I've since discovered the problems caused by the teeth removal is worse than I thought. Having two molars removed from your child's mouth affects the bite and therefore the ENTIRE mouth, even the other arch. This means my child's lower palate has shrunk due to the top palate shrinking in space. I am very fortunate to have found an orthodontist who has even a clue how to try correct this in my child who is now aged 9 and was 4 when the teeth were removed. I can recommend him. He is David Sinclair, at the Old Clockmakers in Cuckfield, Sussex. But my child having to wear a palate expander daily for 18 months is not exactly great either. It causes her daily anxiety about losing it, and every so often she flips out with frustration at having to wear it. It gives her spots and ulcers and sometimes pains. I have to clean it daily and keep checking on the key-turns. It collects food and odour and it's a bit gross. I have to drive her to see the ortho monthly. The key turns seem to slip back so I don't know if this treatment will even work. We could be paying up to £2000 for this over time, and we still don't know for sure it will open up her gaps again. So, I still feel very strongly that: - if your child has bad cavities, don't be in a rush to remove them. Look at all the options. Can the cavities be filled till the teeth fall out naturally? see David Sinclair at the Old Clockmakers, Cuckfield, who uses gentle filling approach to cavities and may save my younger daughter from the same fate as my other one. - If your child gets teeth removed at St Faith, be SURE to get advice from an orthodontist, more than one if possible. Look int getting space savers or palate expander. - If your child had teeth removed years ago, see an orthodontist about a palate expander. If they tell you it's too late, try David Sinclair. Do not have faith in St Faith to give you the bigger picture.

Positive experience: Hi would like to share my experience, wasn't what I was expecting thought I'd be in for hours but in and out in 15mins had 2 wisdom teeth extracted, had sedation but was awake the whole time, for. someone who experiences anxiety I was put at ease by staff. However the after care staff could of been different as I literally had the procedure given a leaflet for aftercare and walked to my car. It felt very rushed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, I have a very big fear of the dentists, have done for years and when I got told I’d need 9 extractions by my own dentist it put the fear of god into me, although the referral took a while I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough, from 1st point of contact the reception staff were amazing, we talked about my fear and they listened! Onto the day of my appointment today from the moment I walked in i was terrified almost to the point of driving the hour and half home again but they were absolutely amazing, very calming and supportive at reception, the anethsist was brilliant and went through everything, then the dreaded part, the dental surgeon Richard was amazing, had chat about everything and my bad experiences and he very calmly said well today that all changes….and it absolutely did, he extracted 9 teeth under conscious sedation and I’ve been pretty much pain free and feel so much better than I anticipated. If you have a huge fear of phobia of dentist then this is the place to come, if I can do it anybody can, thanks everyone at st faiths today you really have changed my life and hopefully I’ll have my smile back soon

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about how fantastic the service was here from referral to leaving. If you have any concerns or anxieties around dental care this really is the place. I had a wisdom tooth removed under sedation, 15 minutes later I was on my way home feeling silly for waiting so long. Huge thanks.

Fantastic experience: Had one extraction yesterday and would like to express my thanks to reception staff, dental nurses Dr Witzman and Mr Simons for all their help. The procedure was carried out with excellent care and awareness of my feelings. So a deserved 5 stars. Fantastic experience: I took my partner to have some extractions and she was very nervous about the whole process, the staff were polite thoughtful and very respectful of her , she is in a wheelchair and my only quibble is the front door is somewhat of a fight to get through but otherwise very happy and pleased with the work done

Fantastic experience: My partner is a VERY nervous patient when it comes to dentistry, having a severe abscess caused by a rotting tooth she was offered the chance to visit St Faith's, upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff on the reception desk, and was allowed to wait in the car before one of the nurses came to collect her, I was waiting in the car for 15mins before the nurse came out to let me know all was done, all the time informing me that all was well, the staff were amazing, informative, friendly and happy, the surgery was very clean and very professional. Forget the cost!!! St Faith's was worth the visit!!

Fantastic experience: St Faiths were absolutely brilliant and can't recommend them highly enough. As a very nervous patient all of the staff were outstanding and made me feel at ease. Excellent service and outstanding team.

Negative experience: Had a wisdom tooth extraction back in November. The first thing to point out, they want your money straight away, the young lady at reception was rude and very robotic. The actual dentist was much the same, clearly he had been through this many times and was reading from a text book. My stitches lasted 4 days. I got an infection and I had to go to the specialist clinic in Brighton, where they could not believe the state that this dentist left me in. My jaw was clearly visible and I ended up having an emergency operation which resulted in 4 stitches along my jawline and 2 stitches in my cheek. So not a very good visit and I wont be going back. I have to go back to Brighton just to make sure all is good. Really cant recommend this place at all :-(

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank this surgery enough. I have waited 7 months to have a tooth out under sedation due to my extreme anxiety around dentists. The tooth in question has needed either root canal or extracting for 6 years! My dentist also said I needed two top wisdom teeth out. I arrived on the day very nervous but all members of staff were very calm and kind towards me. The anaesthetist was great, he calmed me down and was very patient. The dentist was so quick! It felt like minutes and they was all out. He was very friendly and calming and so good at his job. I honestly can’t believe Iv had this hanging over me all these years and he made it such an easy process. If I lived closer I’d regularly visit. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: After reading the 1 star reviews I totally disagree with others findings of this place. All staff were friendly and welcoming even seeing how they handled a scared child and coaxing them out of the car to go to his appointment. I saw several people with gauze in their mouths exiting after sedation which scared me a little before my appointment. I had to have two extractions and am very anxious about needles and operations, it was over before I knew it started and would highly recommend this place to anyone. They informed me the sedatives weren't as strong as previously used ones (fentanyl) but the local anaesthetic after the sedative meant I wouldn't feel anything and I didn't. I did scare myself reading some of the 1 star reviews before attending but totally don't agree having experienced it with severe phobias of needles and operations. Couldn't recommend it enough - you can't please everyone I guess and dental treatments are never a positive experience. Professional and friendly staff - the assisting nurse made sure I was comfortable calm and very personable, brushing hair out my face constantly checking on me - walking aided to the exit room after the sedatives - amazing

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I arrived at the clinic after being referred for 10 tooth extraction, I was very nervous for the treatment, unfortunately there was a delay due to unforseen circumstances that didn't just affect myself but the whole morning schedule. Treatment was rescheduled for approx an hour later. I returned and was invited in. I explained my life choices / health to the anathesist and they made sure to inform me of all relevant information. Even though I was having a conscious sedation, from the moment I had anathesia administered to the finish of the procedure I have 0 recollection of any of it. I was very worried I would hear drilling noises and feel vibrations but the whole process was no where near as scary as I thought it would be. I was 100% in safe hands. Received call next day just to check up on me and ask if I had any quieries or questions. Thank you Team!

Fantastic experience: St Faiths has been my life saver. When my dentist messed up they were there for me and still are I can not thank the reception young ladies for being such a lovely kind bunch they are always smiling and make you feel welcome and at home. The young Dental nurses are all brilliant too. A big thank you to Richard and Martyn for all they are doing for me. I do not know where I would be if they were not there to recorded what I need doing. They are like one big happy family Thank you all you are the best as far as I am concerned any where in the United Kingdom can not thank you all enough for making me feel welcome and safe and to believe in a dentist not frightened any more XXXX

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the kindness shown by the team in particular the anaesthetist and the nurse caring for me. I was highly anxious and tearful and they did not make me feel like I was being a pain. Such kindness and I was pain free my heroes.

Fantastic experience: I attended this dental practice for my grandmothers appointment due to being under sedation and needing a guardian with her. We were greeted by a very lovely and friendly reception team and taken through to the dentist carrying out the procedure. I have only good things to say about him, the anaesthetist and the dental nurse looking after her. It was much quicker than expected despite there being some hard extractions. The recovery nurse after was also excellent and explained everything to us perfectly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area and cannot thank the lovely team enough for being so amazing today.

Negative experience: My 3 year old son got referred to Saint Faith Dental. Unfortunately, this morning at 9:30am I got a phone call from one of the receptionist who was trying to explain the procedure of the appointment she was very rude, I did not get far with her rudeness! I called back to speak to the practise manager to see if I can get some answers about the appointment I got told the practise manager is not in. Therefore, the clinic expect me to attend my sons appointment with my unanswered questions because the reception was rude to even answer my questions. I do not feel 100% safe sending my child with the disgusting attitude from the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Having needed an extraction,I attended very nervously last Saturday!-All i can say is,-my nurse put me at ease throughout and my dentist was just the kindest,alongside being amazing at what could have been a complicated procedure.I was so tense,-I did not ask names but cannot thank them enough

Fantastic experience: I tried to have my wisdom tooth taken out by a private Orthodontic, due to the enormous NHS wait times. Unfortunately, they couldn’t remove it and referred me to St Faith Dental Clinic. I completely lucked out with the Sedationist. His professionalism and kindness, immediately put me at ease and made me feel safe and in good hands. If ever there was someone who is doing exactly what they should be doing, in life! The whole system at St Faith’s was flawless, fast and pain free. I had no complications and healed really well. The reception staff are also excellent, easy to get hold of and patient. My only regret was wasting time with the private dentist. The service of which was greatly surpassed by St Faith’s, who have put my faith back in British Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this clinic enough. Fantastic service. Warm and friendly staff. Saroj who worked on my daughter made sure everything was explained thoroughly, she was brilliant and Nurse Natalie made sure my daughter was comfortable and calm throughout. Fantastic experience: I have a phobia of going to the dentist and I was referred here by my dentist for sedation for an extraction, my worse nightmare, it was the best experience Ive ever had and would recommend them 100%! Very gentle and kind staff, very, VERY understanding, in the past dentists have made jokes or told me Im a time waster… not here, professional and they do really care, thank you so much St Faiths team!!

Fantastic experience: I had a 2 hour appointment with Alex Shokry and his assistant Brooke this afternoon . The procedure was long and involved. The whole process was made easier by their very professional and friendly approach . They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout my time in the chair . They are both a credit to Saint Faiths Dental Clinic and I would not hesitate in recommending the service Alex provides . Thank you again for looking after me in such a lovely way .

Fantastic experience: My experience with Saint Faiths was outstanding from start to finish. I had a few issues due to my own dentist,and every time I phoned Saint Faiths they were very welcoming and helpful and then agin when it come to my appointment. The sedation procedure and teeth extraction were painless and quick ( not that I remember much after the injection ). Fantastic experience: I cannot fault the care and team from everyone at St Faiths Dental Clinic. Bringing my very nervous 7 year old daughter in for a baby tooth extraction was made Efficiently and with the upmost care for my daughter and myself. The reception staff were lovely explaining all the forms that needed to be filled in etc and the dental staff /Anaesthetist were brilliant. The care during recovery was lovely and even ended with my daughter getting a sticker and brave girl certificate. Hopefully we won't be back any time soon however if we needed to we would be extremely comfortable and calm to return. Thank you again, she is recovering well.

Fantastic experience: I visited St Faiths in December last year to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous but all the staff were very friendly and reassured me. I was initially referred to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out but once in the room the decision was made to remove just 3 as they wanted to ensure I left the surgery in a better position then when I arrived. I appreciated this especially when recovering as made it a much more comfortable process. I healed nicely and had no issues. Fantastic experience: I was in lots of pain with an impacted lower wisdom tooth and spoke to St Faiths who booked me in the next day. It was a tricky extraction but I opted for non-sedation and the who experience was pretty much painless….lovey staff and recovery was no worse than I expected. The whole process from ringing to having the tooth removed was about 24 hours. Totally recommend.

Positive experience: Excellent treatment worthy of 5 Stars as had a tooth out under sedation. However, filling out the ridiculous questionnaire about how anxious I am with various questions, surrounding anxiety is absurd! If I wasn’t anxious when I arrived, then their forms went out of their way to make me feel anxious! Please amend your ways and stop this anxiety nonsense. Also, can you please start to use your waiting room inside? As I said, the treatment was excellent, but the experience not so…

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing excruciating pain as my wisdom tooth was broken and decaying and placed on a nerve. After waiting 3 months for a referral from my NHS dentist, it got to a point I couldn't wait any longer so I called Saint Faiths explaining the situation and within 48 hours had a call saying they were ready to book me in. Feeling nervous about the procedure to have the tooth extracted, as I had never experienced it, I was put at ease by all the team, from the receptionist, the nurse to surgeon Dr Simmons, they clearly explained what would happen and took great care in ensuring I was feeling as relaxed as i could. The last thing I remember was sitting in the chair ready for sedation, and then all of a sudden 20 minutes later being awake in different room. I definitely recommend this clinic, and now 2 weeks after procedure I am pain free. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: I paid a visit to my dentist, he gave the worrying news that I needed a wisdom tooth out. My dentist wasn’t able to help me due to some very ‘hooked’ roots. He referred me to St faiths & 48 hours later I was booked in. I arrived at St faiths & was met at the door by a lovely cheerful receptionist. I filled out the forms & taken through to the dentist area. I believe I met Richard Simmons, I was so nervous at this point I couldn’t quite remember. But as he spoke I was soon put at ease as he was so confident in addressing my dodgy wisdom tooth & how easily it could be removed. The chap that gave the sedative via injection was brilliant, didn’t even feel the scratch, I remember him saying, your be on your way home in just a moment. He wasn’t wrong. The next thing I remember is being strapped in to the car by a lovely nurse. Then sitting at home on the sofa. I don’t remember a thing about it. I don’t recall being in the recovery area, nothing! 24 hours on, I’ve had no pain, no bleeding, no swelling. The sedation, I have to say is a wonderful experience, rather strangely it was a very peaceful & pleasant experience. I just wish to thank the entire team, I’m sorry I didn’t catch all your names but literally don’t recall a thing which is the desired effect. I promise if you come here you’ll be well looked after. Thank you again & I’ll definitely be back if I’m in trouble again.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in years and I needed 3 extractions which needed to be taken place under sedation and I cannot thank this dental practice enough for making my experience so easy, as I walked through the door they had explained everything and as I went in completely terrified the team were outstanding and worked really well with me to have this done , massive shout out to Richard and David as you and the team were all superb, definitely recommend to anyone who is anxious or terrified like myself of going to the dentist as such a lovely experience and was nothing to get worried about after all. Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist, had to be sedated to have a wisdom tooth extracted, I was seen by the lovely staff rather quickly and they had me in and out in 10 minutes tops, the work they did was extremely impressive, they walked me through every step, I hate having X-rays as it makes me claustrophobic, but the lady stayed with me and comforted me the whole time, the dentist himself and his team were excellent, I had minimal swelling and pain the next day and was back to normal rather quickly, I highly recommend this dentist and will be coming back for any future dental work :)
