Fantastic experience: My 11 year old daughter saw Jonathan Lee twice this week for a number of teeth to be removed, for a brace in the future. She was extremely nervous and Jonathan and his nurse put her at ease from the moment we arrived. The entire process went so well, so much so that she was unaware that the teeth had even been removed! Really positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Today I was seen by Dr Samir and I was really pleased with the level of care he gave me and my son. He was very professional and advised me thoroughly on the next steps to keep my teeth healthy. He taught us how to floss effectively to maintain our smile. Dr Samir’s amazing dental nurse, Lovana was very quick and thorough with her assistance to our care. Would really recommend Dr Samir.

Fantastic experience: These guys are top and i cant thank the whole team enough and espicaly Samir Sameen and the nurse who looked after today after taking out 6 teeth. After having bad experince before at another dentist this was a painless cant thank you enough top class job guys

Negative experience: Ripped off these they charged my misses in twice..not doing nothing..how can you charged a patient in £49 just for booked an appointment and then £40 for only a letter of prescription that mentions to go and take medicine from pharmacy..I wanted to reported these people's they are ripped off.

Fantastic experience: The team at Absolute Dental are first class. I have always been happy with Dr Jon Lee as my dentist but recently have also seen Daniel who is also absolutely first class. The treatment and care are second to none. The rest of the team are also professional, polite and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Fantastic experience: Thank you for the excellent dental treatment received from Dr Zain Mahmood and his assistant Susan. I practically had zero pain following the procedure despite it involving complex work. Thank you to the friendly reception staff as well.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Fantastic reception staff but they very much want your money at the cost to your actual primary care. No emergency appointments available despite being on dental plan and, having paid several thousand pounds for dental work and Invisalign, that wasn’t fully finished they push on to the next issue which, in my case, was a dental implant. £500 deposit paid which, IMO, wasn’t needed so early. As for the implant, Just the one tooth mind….. I’ve since found out I need three! So I am going for a removable denture with ALL THREE TEETH on it! I could explain the specifics of what was the final straw but, having recently had a tooth removed for the replacement with an implant my crown came off and I had NO lower bite! It was painful to eat anything without my lower gums being in pain… No appointments for TWO WEEKS!!! So much for emergency appointments being available. I went to another local dentist who got me in the next day! They sorted my crown which should have been on my dental plan! It cost me £120! Plus I’ve paid three months of dental plan I haven’t used….. That is a waste of £198 I shouldn’t have had to pay! Denplan were useless too as they pay the money to Absolute and are ‘Just the facilitators of the plan’ absolute? Absolute JOKERS! Focus on your PATIENTS, not the next thing you can ‘sell’ Having removed my ‘rose tinted glasses’ I am actually appalled by how things have gone with this dentist! You NEED to get the basics right first.

Fantastic experience: I get nervous when it comes to dental issue(anyway, don’t use dentist until I must to) but with this place I’m at half way to be okay to visit dentists more often, Klaudyna the receptionist is funny and we had little laugh with my registration and Dr Mahmood was my hero on the day of my visit, had an extraction, he did a neat job and very fast, didn’t bother me at all( still have that tooth ) Definitely recommend this place, keep the good job up guys, thanks

Negative experience: I was terrified but when I got there the girls on the desk where very nice to me.they helped me fill in the forms and was very polite. When I saw the dentist haven't through everything with me and put my mind at ease he was very gentle and for the first time in my life I was totally relaxed .thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Went for my first visit today after only being on their waiting list for 2 weeks, the practice is modern and very clean, reception staff very friendly and professional and put me at ease, I saw Daniel and again he and his assistant put me at ease, they explained everything clearly, were very friendly and very professional, an all round brilliant service from a very good team. I have always feared going to the dentist through out my life .I obviously went but dreading the thought of sitting in the chair wondering what might be found. I joined this practice and needed some fillings and some cosmetic work done. I can honestly say my fear of the dentist has gone . DR Zain Mahmood has made this happen. He fully explains what he is about to do and asks if I’m ok with this . I have gained my smile back . The dental nurses are very happy and friendly too . The reception staff Claudia and Erin are always smiling and welcoming. I definitely recommend Dr Zain Mahmood especially if you have a fear of going to the dentist,I’m confident he will illuminate your fear. Fantastic experience: Myself and daughters been with Absolute Dental a long time. All staff are kind, patient and caring. I’ve been able to get appointments quickly. I needed an appointment for something quite minor today and was seen quickly and taken seriously. My daughterhas been able to go through with treatment, involving teeth removal for braces, thanks to lots of time and reassurance even though anxious and could easily have backed out. Positive experience: My experience with the dentist and the assistants have always been professional and nice. I am registered as a private patient and enrolled for the Denplan(emergency treatment included during day time). However my recent experience with the receptionists was disappointing. I got many of my teeth filled from the centre recently. Unfortunately one of them started developing pain that worsened by Friday. I was convinced that it needed immediate attention and also being a long weekend. I was given an emergency 10 minutes appointment the same day(being a Denplan member). It was a working day for me and due to traffic and work arrangements to be made, I reached 5 minutes late. The receptionists were not keen about my concerns and asked me to wait at the end of the queue. Though they were fully aware of my visit and they were not letting me see the dentist who was waiting for me. I have had situations in this centre where I had to wait for 20 minutes in the waiting room, because of previous patients. I completely understood the situation and didn't make any complaints or comments. There was also a situation before(with family) where the receptionist's behaviour made me(as well as my husband) feel uncomfortable. I am pointing this out so that those who are responsible are aware and can be prevented in future. I feel sorry to see the centre's reputation getting affected by those people who are not kind and considerate.

Positive experience: Saw a new dentist here and he was super lovely. This place is fairly nice but small. Reception can get very busy. There is a downstairs and upstairs, the waiting room downstairs can get very busy & there is nowhere else to wait to escape the noise which is bad when autistic. Waiting is usually no more than 20mins so its not totally terrible but it is still hard if more than a couple of people are in the waiting room. There is a single toilet downstairs by reception. Desk staff are mostly polite and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Had a re-root canal today done by the amazing Dr. Jonathan Lee and his lovely nurse Melissa. He managed to save my stubborn tooth and get me out of pain. Thank you to both of them !

Fantastic experience: Would just like to say how brilliant Christina is. I get a full appointment, not a quick in and out. She is so so thorough and tells me where I am going right or wrong. She explains everything. I feel so confident going to her as my hygienist.

Fantastic experience: Jonathan lee and assistant yet again did a great swift and pain free job of extracting a tooth . Always happy to explain things . Recommended for myself and my kids as a calm dentist plus nice calming assistant too . This dentist will save a tooth if he can he has saved a few of mine but this time there was no point it was a goner

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth taken out by Dr Mahmood on Tuesday. I have been having some issues with anxiety, especially around health concerns so obviously faced with having a tooth out I was imagining the worst case scenario. Dr Mahmood and his lovely dental nurse couldn’t have been more understanding and patient. Faced with a number of questions I had Dr Mahmood was calm, explained everything well and managed to have my tooth out in under 5 minutes. The lovely nurse assisting him was reassuring me throughout and the whole process was pain free and easy. The days following I have experienced zero pain or complications. Thank you again, I couldn’t be happier with this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Had two crowns and a filling done. Hina and her assistant Sana were fantastic. Everything was explained and they were very understanding. I am very pleased with the results.

Negative experience: Exteremely rude receptionist called me to book me in for next month in advance which was good 3 weeks notice and i said im going away then she started warning me they wont be abale to see me if i cancel next time with absolutely rude attitude and tried to talk back to me what ever i said,did i expect you will call me today to book me for next month and try to warnibg me?change clinic name to absolute rude dental clinic

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I've been to! The general team are all very welcoming and nice, and Dr.Jonathan Lee is an excellent dentist! Not only did he do an amazing job performing a root canal and crowning of a very difficult and problematic tooth, he also spent time listening to me and thoroughly investigating pain I had in another tooth with no immediate or obvious cause. This definitely made me feel confident that Dr. Lee was approaching my general treatment with a thorough understanding of the issue before diving in. Also, the two dental nurses who worked with Dr. Lee on my various visits (Llevana and Sanah) were very comforting and did a great job supporting Dr. Lee whilst also making sure I didn't drown on my own saliva :) !

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency after a sports incident. I was incredibly stressed and upset about this. I was treated by Jonathan Lee and Bianca. I was called in the following morning with an emergency appointment. They went out of their way even during their own lunch break to make sure this was resolved. Fantastic experience: Fantastic new gold implant crown fitted today by the finest dentist in the country, Nadeem. A new trainee dental nurse, Kiran, assisted. Kiran has two amazing teachers in Nadeem and Negin. She will learn much from them. It’s so marvellous to come to a dental practice knowing that you have complete confidence in all of the staff.

Fantastic experience: I was an extremely nervous patient today due to having dental work. I explained this to Hind and Jess they did everything they could to ease my anxiety. They informed me of exactly what was going to happen before we started the treatment. Constantly through the treatment if I was okay and what was going to happen next. At the end of the treatment what I needed to do for my next appointment. If like me the sounds and smells of the dentist make you uneasy, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Hind and Jess. Negative experience: I started going to this dentist when my children were little. I carried on going as my children grew and I got divorced. Me and my children were nhs patients so the dentists would change every few years which was fine. The most recent dentist we’ve had for a few years, and he seemed to dislike my 12 year old daughter who has some mild additional needs. The last three years she’d have to ask repeatedly for a sticker and wasn’t allowed to pick one herself. He told her you get what you’re given. When she struggled with him putting some paste on her teeth he told her and I quote “stop the dramatics”. I moved my daughter to a different dentist trying to give him the benefit of the doubt as perhaps some dentists aren’t great with children. The new dentist told me within minutes of her appointment that she had a cross bite and he was referring her to an orthodontist and there would be a three year wait. Jonathan Lee, her old dentist has never noticed, or certainly not divulged this to us. It’s a shame cause she could have seen an orthodontist earlier had she been referred earlier. He also referred her to the hospital for X-rays as he could see the process was distressing her. But he didn’t get angry with her or stressed. Anyway, having moved my youngest daughter to a different dentist, myself and my older daughter continued to see Jonathan Lee. My last appointment a couple of weeks ago he told me I needed a wisdom tooth removed and the tooth beside it drilled and refilled. I made an appointment at the new dentist for a second opinion as it’s quite traumatic having a tooth out never mind a tooth being drilled and refilled. I had x rays and a consultation at the new dentist and he told me I didn’t need any treatment at all. I didn’t need to have an extraction. I didn’t need a re filling, that my teeth were absolutely fine. I’m very relieved to say the least, but I’m also upset, disappointed and disheartened. Besides all this, this dentist in absolute dental would almost remind us we were nhs patients like our value was less. He said once that I was lucky to have all my teeth, as I can only presume he believes nhs patents over 40 don’t look after their teeth. We felt ‘less than’ with this absolute dental dentist which we never did with prior dentists we saw over the years, and I don’t have a chip on my shoulder at being a nhs patient through circumstances not in my control. One of the receptionists had been really rude over the phone when I asked her to check my daughters name was written correctly as it wasn’t matching her student hc2 form. She kept reiterating it was my fault and responsibility to check such things when I was only asking her to check my daughters name was written correctly. Again that made me feel “less than’, like I was being judged. I felt from the receptionists that there was an air of judgement around nhs patients. I’ll be paying for my dentist care at the new dentist, but frankly I’d rather use my food money and eat less than me and my daughters suffer any more at the hands of absolute dental. Jonathan Lee in my opinion needs training on how to work with children at the very least.

Fantastic experience: Very good dental practice and lovely staff. My family and i have been a patient of the practice for around 6 years and we've had excellent experience every single time we have visited the practice. My mum was seen on the same day for an emergency appointment. She was out of pain on the same day for which i cant thank enough.

Negative experience: Every time there is a long wait, today I had an appointment that was canceled without a call and the girl at the reception was arrogant and rude. I will never go back there again

I have some health issues which can make visits difficult and challenging for the staff (epileptic fits triggered by lights) and they treat me with the upmost care and and help. I can't praise them enough. Nadeem is my dentist and he is absolutely wonderful. I have needed so much work over the past years and he has been so kind and caring giving me the best treatment possible. Nadeem and and the whole team have always gone the extra mile and it makes their service second to none. Negin (hope I spelt that right!) is one of the most wonderful.dental nurses that I have ever been fortunate to.meet, and Nadeem is the best dentist I have ever had. Their empathy and compassion are a tribute to both them and the practise. I have recommended a number of people to the practise and all.of them are.completely satisfied with the practise. Fantastic experience: If you are scared of the dentist, this is the place to go, I hadn't been to the dentist since I was 15 due to past dental traumas, they were understanding and gentle with the process and even allowed me to listen to music while I had my filling done. The hygienist was understanding and gentle. My teeth have never looked better and I have a new found confidence because of this practice. And I won't be changing for a good while.

Fantastic experience: After struggling for days to find an NHS dentist for an emergency appointment at the beginning of February, I came across Absolute Dental via a third party. I was offered an appointment with Jonathan within 24 hours (as a private patient). The price of my appointment via Emerdency was reasonable and the practice is within a good travelling distance for me with plenty of on street parking. The price of any treatment at my appointment was also reasonable. Jonathan was extremely sympathetic to my concerns, and alleviated this quickly with a thorough explanation of the problem and what steps needed to be taken first and foremost. I was not charged for this consultation by the practice, and I was also not under any pressure to make any immediate decision regarding further treatment. Yesterday I had an appointment with the Hygienist and both Katie & Sue were extremely professional, caring and thorough. Care and diligence is at the forefront when treating patients. With both Jonathan and the Hygienist, my immediate needs have been explained thoroughly and I am now receiving the treatment I need, knowing that I am in extremely good hands with the team. The practice is clean, well maintained and the receptionists are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Yes, private treatment of course is more expensive, but there is the option to take out dental insurance with the practice which is provided by a reputable provider, for a minimal monthly amount over 3 cover levels which covers basic annual routing monitoring, cover also offers discounts for further treatments, therefore depending on what treatment is required you can budget for private care.
