Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in years after a bad experience with a previous dentist practice. I was quite anxious, however, my dentist Serena completely put me at ease. She explained everything clearly, was patient and understanding and made the whole visit so much more manageable. The receptionists are also incredibly friendly and helpful!

My child felt completely at ease thanks to the kind and gentle approach of the dentist and the friendly staff. The dentist took the time to explain everything in a way my child could understand, which really helped build trust. They used fun language! It was clear they’re experienced in working with young children and truly care about making the experience positive. We were also given great advice on brushing techniques, healthy snacks, and how to look after little teeth at home. It wasn’t just about fixing problems—it was about preventing them too, which I really appreciated. Thank you to the whole team for turning a potentially stressful visit into something my child now looks forward to. Fantastic experience: Always a friendly reception when you first walk in. I felt at ease even though I had to have injections before my treatment. Mr Staniforth explains everything very well which helps with my anxiety. All staff are very friendly throughout this practice and would highly recommend anyone to go there for treatment

Fantastic experience: Catherine and Juditha were great. Hygienist gave excellent tips and my dentist always relieves my anxiety of dental issues. You can always ask for advice and my appointments never felt rushed. They have stepped free rooms and access and disabled parking. Restrooms onsite. They have been child friendly. We have been coming here for over 10 years now.

Fantastic experience: I have been at this practice for many years the staff are always amazing but I have to give a big shout out to Catherine. I had an emergency appointment which lead to me having root canal and then a crown fitted. I am a very nervous patient but Catherine made me feel at ease all the way. Fantastic experience: My previous dentist Henry left and I was assigned a new dentist, Paul. As an already nervous patient - I was so worried going back for my 6 month check-up. I need not have worried! Paul was amazing and put me completely at ease. He also gave me a short hygienist clean which is usually fairly uncomfortable, but even that was pleasant. Would highly recommend. 5

Fantastic experience: The staff was very caring, patient and explained all procedures in detail. They listened to my needs and offered different options to suit my pocket. They also did not force unwanted treatments on me, l was free to tell them exactly what l needed done.

Fantastic experience: Have been using this dentist for over 30 years and only had 2 dentists that I see. The first one retired and I've seen Catherine ever since who is excellent. The staff are all great there too hence I travel 130 miles for my appointment one way, I haven't been brave enough to change. I value their honest opinions and know I'm being guided to what's best for me.

Fantastic experience: My daugher had an appointment today. First I will say therr is enough parking in the premises. Next you are welcomed ti a very clean well detailed nively decorated clinic. The receptionist were really welcoming and helpful. My daughter 11 is always scared of dentist but we met with Dr Serena who explained the whole process in detail. She was really kind and warm and most importantly was respectful to my daughter's feeling. Ineta was her assistant and was also very helpful throughout the process. My daughter is actually lookong forward to her next appointment. The Dr also explained the complex dental terms in simple form. I will highly recommend

She showed so much care and attention and was just so skilled as was her nurse as well. She saved my tooth which is cracked as well and still have 2 more treatments to go with her. I’ve been a patient there for a long time as well. The staff here are just amazing as they always smile and treat you so good . Highly recommended dentist and worth every penny❤️

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment for loose crown and a second tooth that partially fractured around a large filling. Fortunately no pain, superb removal of broken tooth wall from gum, recemented crown plus advice on options going forward from Catherine Tann. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dental Beauty St Johns is one of the best dentists I've been to in all my years. My husband was seen by Hilary last year and he's very sensitive when it comes to teeth. Hilary was incredible. My recent visit was an emergency appointment, and I was seen by Serena and Ineta. I was booked in on the same day, walked through the process, and my options. I then had my tooth extracted the next day (Serena made time in her diary). Ineta was incredibly supportive, keeping up the positivity. I have been back in due to severe pain, but as always, St Johns had me booked in immediately and I was seen to by Catherine. All the staff, receptionists, dental assistants and the dentists are fantastic, they're caring, sensitive, take the time to listen, and ensure you're comfortable in every way. I would highly recommend St Johns!

Fantastic experience: Hilary was very patient despite numerous visits for an abscess that has been flaring up for the past month. I didn’t feel a thing during my tooth surgery xtraction and she was very clear on the next steps.

Fantastic experience: I required two fillings, my dentist Divya kindly arranged early morning child care for her young children, for the third time, yes I’ve required lots of dental treatment recently, so she could fit me in for treatment at 8am on Friday morning, if not I would have had to wait many weeks! One very large filling in my wisdom tooth & a small one on the other side of my mouth, Divya was so gentle, no pain whatsoever during or post treatment & her assistant Ineta was so helpful to Divya & kind to me, making a super team!! Reception are always friendly & helpful, Karen, Nicky, Paris, Gin & the team! Thank you so much, amazing customer service 30th January 2025 I had another visit to the dental practice this morning for two large rear fillings. Divya, my dentist, was super gentle & professional as always & before I knew it my treatment was completed. Nicky is so kind. She assisted Divya with proficiently & ease, a slick team! Fantastic experience: Romina & Alan were amazing! I had to have an emergency dental appointment on a Sunday which resulted in me needing a tooth extraction. Not only did Romina & Alan come in on a day where dental surgeries aren't open, they came in on a day where it poured with rain! I'm Autistic so new surroundings, new people and procedures I haven't had done before can be a challenge but Romina & Alan made me feel so at ease, treated me like an adult, talked me through everything before and during the procedure, let my husband stay with me the entire time, and went at my pace. I cannot fault them. Thank you both so much! I honestly feel so much better and I'm healing up very nicely. The salt water washes aren't pleasant but I'm still doing them little by little. I also didn't need to worry about the cost as it is covered under my Denplan. Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth extracted last week. I was expecting a lengthy visit and possible complications due to the history of the tooth and because of this I was very nervous. Hilary & Jeta were absolutely wonderful. Hilary talked me through what was going to happen and both her and Jeta continued to put me at ease through the procedure. The tooth was removed in no time and without any complications that I was aware of. I couldn't believe it went so well and I am so grateful for their professionalism and compassion.

His nurse, Ineta, was also lovely and she kindly held my hand during the appointment which I appreciated and felt that it helped to keep me calm. Dr. Paul’s work is nothing short of exceptional. Not only did he replace an old, poorly done filling I’d had since childhood, but he also meticulously rebuilt my tooth to perfection, matching its color so seamlessly that it looks completely natural. I struggled to find the once rotten tooth in my mouth, because the work Dr Paul completed made it indistinguishable from the rest of my healthy teeth. His attention to detail and dedication to achieving the best result left me genuinely amazed. He explained every step of the process with such calmness and clarity that I felt reassured and in the best hands throughout. Rosie was equally phenomenal—her warmth, attentiveness, and constant encouragement made me feel supported and at ease from start to finish. She checked on me regularly, making sure I was comfortable and helping me stay calm during the procedure. Their teamwork and genuine care are truly beyond compare. They didn’t just provide a dental service; they delivered an experience that showed their commitment to both exceptional results and their patients’ well-being. Fantastic experience: I recently broke a tooth and needed an appointment urgently. As my regular dentist was fully booked l took up an appointment with Paul. He put me at ease straight away and explained every point of the procedure as he went along. I needn't have been apprehensive as l felt absolutely nothing. Paul is a very professional dentist and l am nappy to now consider him my dentist.
