Fantastic experience: Ive had quite a few procedures done here and everything about this dentist is perfect. All the staff are amazing, polite and just bloody good at their jobs. They care about their patients feelings they dont judge and if every other dentist was like Colosseum then people who are terrified through bad experiences would realise that the doesn't have to be such a terrifying thing. I used to be physically sick before an appointment I'd shake and cry uncontrollably I'd be awake the night before panicking about it. Now I dont shake im not scared at all but I did have a tiny cry whilst I was in there the other day but that was because this amazing dentist is going to help my smile as she's fixing my horrible crooked front teeth. She really was amazing. I can't give enough praise to them.

Negative experience: Dentists are okay I suppose whenever I come the reception/phones are never that busy, I’ve been on the phone for 22 minutes and nobody is answering? But then when you can’t make the appointment they threaten to kick you out!

Dr. Osman and Daliana are a great team and they make sure that I get the best treatment and don't feel anxious. It does mean a lot to me that I'm able to see a dentist without being anxious or worried about the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I actually enjoy going to my dentist there very kind so are the receptionist they make you feel very comfortable my dentist is a lady iv forgot her name but she's brilliant she's been dealing with my teeth for 2 years now and my new dentures are fantastic I love them she's done the most amazing job on them I can now smile with pride I would definitely recommend.. Don't get me wrong it was a long process but well worth it iv never been so happy with the results has you can see on my profile picture you can't even tell there falsies... Fantastic experience: I consistently have a great experience with Dr Waseem Farooq - he is our family dentist and provides exceptional dental care and is always very patient and helpful. The receptionist team is also lovely to deal with and are very quick and efficient.

Negative experience: I spent one hour doing my filling but when I came back home with in 10 minutes the filling fell out and my tooth hurts even more!The dentist kept on drilling and I feel like they made my hole bigger! Now my tooth is more sensitive! It was better before I went to do a filling. Don’t waste your time here!

Positive experience: Good experience overall with nice staff, some of the examination rooms are a little small though and the interior and exterior maintenance could be better. This biggest issue though is that it's so difficult to get through to make an appointment or to cancel one. It's literally quicker for me to catch a bus and speak to them in person than to call them.

Fantastic experience: Was at the practice today, was very nervous since I have a big phobia of needles. Wiktoria was absolutely amazing! She performed my root canal and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. She walked me through all the steps before and during doing it. So happy to have had such a nice dentist and her assistant was very comforting too. Big thank you to them both for making me feel so comfortable!

The examination was very thorough and comfortable. I had advice on dental hygiene. I would highly recommended Osman. Reception staff also efficient and friendly.

Fantastic experience: If you ever have to get anything done at this dental practice make sure you mention Doctor Osman name. He and his assistant Daliana were so nice to me during my visit as they made sure I understood clearly the treatment they were gonna perform and guided me to the best option. The Dentist also spoked Spanish to me and I really appreciate that as I felt more comfortable and at ease give the fact that English is not my first language. I have been going to dentists since a child and never came across any so amazing. It's one thing having a professional dentist but another when they incorporate friendliness and basic human decency. They treat you like people and are just amazing people to visit. I'm terrified of dentists normally however they put me at ease everything just by being so friendly and human. I have been blessed to be able to have this dr as my dentist and I hope he stays for the long run he deserves a lot of recognition for his skills and customer care.
