Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment provision

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic hygiene appointment with Jolene today. It was worlds apart from ones I’ve had elsewhere – really informative and surprisingly comfortable. My teeth are sparkling!

Fantastic experience: I always receive 10/10 treatment at dental health! I used to hate going to the dentist but I always feel so looked after here by everyone. My dental hygienist Alice always takes her time with the airflow and is incredibly patient with me as a nervous patient my teeth have never felt cleaner after leaving an appointment! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end the level or communication and care at The Dental Spa, Brighton, were exceptional. I love the layout of the practice, which has a very open clean feel - dare I say "Scandi"? Nick Van Der Meulen, the Clinical Director is a breath of fresh air. He is very down to earth with great energy, solutuon focussed, creates a calm atmosphere and was so kind with myself, his asistant and everyone else he came into contact with. I particularly liked that he made the effort to come downstairs and greet me and then again accompanied me downstairs so that he could introduce me to Max, my hygienist, Max and his assitant Molly, were also kind, considerate, and the level of communication was excellent. Each step of the way I was reassured, told exactly what was happening and why it was happening and generally made to feel like a very welcome guest rather than a patient. I left my last dental practice as I found the main dentist to be so condescending and arrongant that I had stopped going all together - because the experience was so uncomfortable. I am so thrilled to have found The Dental Spa and could not feel happier with making this change. It genuinely felt like going to a spa to me.

He guided me through each stage of my appointment with a professional, friendly, and engaging manner, answering all my questions with clarity and patience. He and Chevonne make a fantastic team – this was my first visit to the practice, and together, they made it my best dental experience to date. I was also impressed by the range of technology they had available!

Fantastic experience: Teeth Whitening, Dental Bonding Not only do I have the best routine dental health care from the team at Dental Health Spa It’s given me a better understanding of what good dental practice should be. Incredibly kind, patient and understanding and in a safe and secure environment they make dental visits a pleasure rather than something to be terrified of. So much so that I even decided that I’d try the Zoom whitening and get my chipped and stained top front teeth tidied up with composite bonding. What a huge difference this has made to my self-confidence and willingness to smile! I no longer wince when seeing a photo of my smile. All done painlessly and with results that exceeded my expectations

Fantastic experience: Today (21.02.25) I had facial aesthetics with Jolene, she is incredibly knowledgeable and explains what she is doing, why and the expected outcome. I have always avoided botox or fillers having seen hideous results on social media, but omg I'm so impressed. So glad I came! Can't recommend Jolene highly enough. Just had my most recent check up and hygeine visit (20.02.25) My hygienist was Jolene and nurse Tara, who were both amazing; careful and considerate with my axirty, keeping me informed of what to expect. My check up with Mhiran and nurse Molly was equally calm, with due care given and everything explained. Once again I truly grateful to Dental Health Spa. xx Due to negative childhood dental experiences, I am an anxious patient. However, today was my first visit to Dental Health Spa and from the moment I arrived, everyone was understanding and reassuring. Christina explained everything, regularly checking I was OK. Followed by a check up with Nick, who was equally professional and kind. I am incredibly grateful to everyone for making my visit today a very positive one. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: If I could give them more starts I would give them all. I went to them as an absolute mess for a complication with an old implant. I have quite a lot of work done for my short life so I am a very anxious patient and everyone at this practice have been nothing but amazing. The reception team are incredibly accommodating and kind making me feel reassured from the first phone call to working out all my appointments around my needs. The hygienist Jolene, who I am convinced saved my implant, is so knowledgeable and caring. She really took her time to explain the situation in so much detail and evidence making me feel at ease. The cleaning was the best I ever had, my teeth were sparkling after the session but more importantly she gave me my health back! And of course, Dr. Nick and all the nurses that have seen me through this marathonic treatment plan after a really thorough check-up. Dr. Nick answered all of my endless questions with so much patience, honesty and detail, really taking the time to explain from a professional point of view my situation, the plan ahead and from then on. I tried to "shop around" for better prices but I quickly realised that the care for a patient is not something that can be bought. I still have one last appointment (hopefully for a long time) and I never thought I'd be so excited for a dental visit!. Thank you Dental Health Spa :)

Fantastic experience: I love coming here for my hygiene airflow appointments! The reception team are always so blooming lovely, and Max my dental hygienist was absolutely amazing. He used Airflow which is painless and fancy (gone are the days of scraping!), he was thorough and professional, explaining everything he was doing and always checking in with me. My experience was 10/10 from entry-to-exit, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists over 75 years and this one is by far the best. Each treatment is offered choices and alternatives with different costs etc. and is carried out without fuss. THE BEST

Negative experience: I had composite bonding with Mhrin. I went in for first follow up trying to explain that my composite bonding looks much different than the sample Mhrin turned around & said well I have been doing this since many years , kept saying its because the side teeth are not done thats why they look like that sounded like they just wanted to make money & completely dismissed the fact that my front teeth looked so long were bulging forward & looked horrible. I got comments like what happened to your front teeth they are so long & look odd, this really brought my confidence down as I was hoping I would finally have a nice aligned smile after composite. I then went in for adjustment where my front teeth were shortened but they still looked out of alignment compared to my other teeth & I was constantly told it's because it's only front ones you got done. I spent almost £1800 altogether for an absolutely rubbish job done by Mhrin. I later organised an appointment elsewhere paid for it but it was worth it as I was listend to & finally my composite & overall teeth looked normal. It took me alot of courage to go elsewhere & trust another practioner as I was terrified with the service I received from Mhrin & his team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Dental Health Spa a few times and not disappointed! So much easier than my dentist to get a hygienist appointment. Very thorough and helpful practitioner. I love the Airflow cleaning system so much more comfortable than old school cleaning! Thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I saw Jolene for for the first time for a hygienist appointment yesterday, which was about three years overdue (whoops). I was nervous and self-conscious about my teeth, but Jolene was so kind and lovely and reassuring. She talked me through everything and did a really thorough clean, but amazingly it didn't hurt. I don't know what new tech they've got but it was the best dental experience i've ever had. I will definitely be back.

Negative experience: I booked a new patient hygiene and airflow and I have to say I'm really disappointed. It was supposed to be a 45 min appointment. The hygienist was late to call me in, was rushing and when I was finally called in my appt was rushed through as well all done in less than 30 mins total. The start was airflow and I have no idea if it did anything, I was told they're using a plaque disclosure but I wasn't even shown which areas I was getting more plaque build up before it was washed off with airflow. The scaling itself was pain free but again I could tell it was rushed. He only focused on the area I myself pointed out where I get bleeding rest was just powered through and when I got home I noticed calculus deposits were still left behind. This was over a 100 pounds cleaning appointment and the service was mediocre at best. I have gotten my hygiene done for better results in 60-75 pounds range at other establishments in Brighton. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist. I have had Invisalign with Mhiran. He’s an absolute perfectionist and so friendly. All of the staff and dental nurses are so kind. They are also dog friendly and so sweet with my rescue poodle Paddy. Jolene is the most amazing hygenist I’ve ever had. So gentle and encouraging. I have always previously felt quite told off and naughty for not flossing correctly but Jolene is fabulous. I’ve recommended her to my friends and they’re also obsessed with her!

Fantastic experience: I've been to many hygienists before but always felt discomfort when they did cleaning. For the first time, I had dental hygiene, which was done gently and with excellent cleaning results. I highly recommend the practice. Very satisfied with professionalism of the dentist and other helping staff.

In that time I used 6 other dentists and hygienists in 3 different countries - not one of them was anywhere near as good as Christine's wonderful team at Dental Health Spa in Brighton. So happy to see you are here for me now that I'm back and, with new team members, you're still going strong.

Positive experience: I have been a client of the Dental Health Spa for over a year now. I must say at first I was quite intimidated by the rigour of the dental hygiene treatment. However, after my most recent visit, I left with a renewed confidence in my smile. When I got home, my girlfriend was so taken aback by my new teeth. You really do produce kissable results!! I feel secure in your hands, and at home on your chair. Keep on doing what you're doing.

Positive experience: First time using Dental Health Spa. I had an appointment with the dentist first and then a hygiene clean ready for teeth whitening. The staff here are all very polite and welcoming. I was very impressed with the results after the hygiene clean. My teeth came up so clean, all stains had been removed. However the whitening side of things were disappointing, for the cost of this I do not feel my teeth are any whiter and look no different. For these reasons I would definitely come back for a hygiene clean but I would not recommend the whitening.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting the Dental Health Spa for a teeth cleaning. Being American, I love a good scrape-and-polish, so I was sceptical about this new 'Airflow' technology they use. I was pleasantly surprised: the treatment was painless, and my teeth have never felt cleaner! Jolene, my hygienist, was an absolute star. She explained everything clearly and gave me some great tips on how to brush my teeth more effectively. And since I'm usually based in Glasgow and she's from Scotland, she even gave me great recommendations for restaurants. Thanks again Jolene--Rafa's food is as good as you promised!! :D

Fantastic experience: 5 star for the full team at Dental Health Spa in Brighton, starting from the friendly and kind receptionist, the patient and caring hygienist (which I forgot the name, maybe was called Steven I think). I'm a very anxious person in the dentist but he helped me to be at ease. However my biggest star and appreciation is for my dentist Mhiran, he has been an absolute pleasure to have as my dentist. Super professional, caring, explaining me everything in detail and extremely perfectionist. I'm so glad I gave a try to try Dental Health Spa, the full experience has been amazing and this comes from someone who hate going to the dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a combined dentist examination and hygienist appointment with Ibrahim. This was the best appointment ever! Despite the booking system messing things up at the beginning with booking only the hygienist appointment rather than the combined, the receptionist was prompt in chatting with the dentist and they accommodated the appointment to meet my needs. They use a modern gum cleaning method called airflow and the level of bleeding and discomfort was almost nonexistent compared to techniques used by other hygienists on me. The dentist said that this method also more effective. I also liked the experience - the dentist showed me the scans on a TV while I was seating and took a photo of a tooth that requires further work - to show me rather than just telling me. I highly recommend this dentist/ hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I had a whitening treatment in 2022 and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I was worries about my sensitive teeth but I had absolutely zero issues! The clinic is very nice and the staff very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Nobody Likes Dentists IBRAHIM NUMAN is no dentist. He is a master craftsman and an artist. If you have a BUSTED GRILL & TOOTH PAIN like I did.. GO SEE IBBY. He is what you want for this: Professional. Experienced. Friendly. I'm blown away by my results.. & Your results matter to him which is clear straight away. I love my smile now. Fantastic experience: Arrived 40 minutes early due to the rain, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They even charged my phone for me. The dentist was professional and understanding, which made me feel at ease since it had been a while since my last check-up. My daughter was also pleased with her experience. Will definitely be returning for follow-up care with their hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the EMS Airflow+GBT treatment twice & will continue every few months, it’s amazing & pain free. I’ve had fillings after breaking a couple of teeth & although I’m terrified, it was all good. Both Ibby & Mhirain kept me informed of every step during the procedure. Excellent service

This is my second appointment and I got my personal plan created by Doctor Gina and she is so sweet, smiley, friendly, warm and makes you feel at ease right away and explains everything to you super clearly even when you get a little confused with what it has to be done she gives you loads of examples till you fully comprehend the procedure.. thank you so much for being this amiable and also very pinickety and accurate when you perform your job !

Fantastic experience: I wanted to try Facial Aesthetics to see if they would improve the condition of my skin and help with some fine wrinkles. I was happy with the results of the treatments that were administered by the wonderful Jolene. I would highly recommend her as she was very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel completely relaxed.
