I could not have been looked after better by Rohin and his dental nurse. They are an exceptionally professional team at all times. My comfort during the work was given priority and I felt genuinely cared for at all times. The work is now finished and I could not be happier with the result.

A bad infection finally pushed me to try & find a caring dental practice who wouldn't judge me and who would be easy to talk to. The reviews for Fourways Dental Clinic were shining. And rightly so. The Receptionist was beyond kind, she was SO understanding during my initial (tearful) conversation. I was seen the same day by Dr Rohin who was all smiles & so kind. He removed the offending tooth today without any pain. He has made me comfortable to continue treatment.. a first for me. I couldn't recommend this Practice/Doctor more. Thank you Fourways.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have been using this dentist for a while now for all our dental work. Recently I cracked a back tooth (which had a very old filling) and I was panicking about what treatment I needed - I am a nervous patient. Dr Rohin Butani assessed the damage and reassured me that I only needed a new filling and some rework to build up the area of cracked tooth. He carried out a temporary repair on the day of the visit and I was booked in next day for the permanent repair. He was so patient with me and took his time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole treatment. The repair looks perfect and feels great. I feel I am always in safe hands here, I will never go anywhere else and I cannot recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fourways since December of 2024. I initially went as an emergency appointment due to an abscess and because of how well I was treated, decided to become a registered patient. I am extremely anxious and the team have been so patient and understanding, and as of today, I have had four teeth removed and a dental bridge put in place. From start to finish I have felt in safe hands and the treatment has been stellar. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a massive thank you to both Dr Rohin Butani and Miss Danielle Shaw for providing the best dental experiences I have ever had. I required treatment for a newly broken tooth and needed to find a dentist that could fit me in, I booked with Fourways and I am so glad that I did and I will never go anywhere else from now on. Dr Rohin Butani made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease throughout the initial consultation (I am a nervous patient) and I immediately booked in for the repair work to be done at the soonest opportunity. The repair/new filling treatment was painless and Dr Rohin Butani went above and beyond to ensure that the new filling matched the shape for my Invisalign retainers as I was concerned that they may no longer fit against the rebuilt tooth (I am pleased to say that the retainers fit perfectly!). I may need root canal treatment in the future, but I am not worried about it as I know that I will be in safe hands with Dr Rohin Butani when the time comes for it to be done. I then had my teeth cleaned by Danielle Shaw who was absolutely amazing. I usually require full anaesthetic with injections for cleaning which requires treatment over two sessions, however she provided an alternative option (whilst reassuring me that we could still go for the full anaesthetic if I was uncomfortable) using a numbing spray and the treatment was painlessly completed in the one session. Danielle was really friendly and professional, she gave me lots of super helpful information and I am no longer scared of hygienist appointments - thank you Danielle! The receptionists at Fourways are great - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I also like the system they have in place whereby you can opt in to receive a text if you are on a cancellation list if a slot comes up before your appointment date. If you are looking for a new dentist/hygienist then look no further - you will be in safe hands!

Fantastic experience: I'd like to thank Dr Rohin Butani and his team for giving me back my confident smile at long last. After having had a problem with my front tooth for months, which had gradually turned grey and infected, then to my horror it snapped at the root!! After nervously searching the internet and getting more & more confused, I was eventually recommended to Fourways Dental Clinic by a good friend. Dr Rohin Butani put my mind completely at rest on my first visit regarding an implant, as it was a front tooth. I started my Invisalign treatment in June 2023 and my treatment was completed with some composite bonding on my two incisors in July 2024. Dr Harry (as he prefers) is incredibly knowledgeable and he's always honest in explaining each procedure and the outcome which can be expected. Fantastic experience: Well how about this , my third review of Fourways, but then you can take from that I must be very pleased. A consistent level of care, consideration and expertise keeps me going back . For me now its like visiting my dental family, I cant imagine going anywhere else. But let’s consider some of the reasons. The efficient way everything runs, with contact before your appointment and an easy online form filling process , should you need to do it. Appointments are on time and yet there’s still time to chat if needed ,should you have any worries or issues. The proficiency of everyone you encounter is first rate, so you cant really single people out, they are all A plus rating. The environment, relaxing, friendly, and very clean and tidy. Painless, hey did I just use the word painless in a review related to dentists, well yes, I did. Its one of the main worries people have when they hear that word “Dentist” and straight away the mind says “Ouch, its going to hurt” , well it won’t, it doesn’t, so don’t have worries or fears on that front. So maybe from all my scribbles you will hopefully see , the Dentist can be an OK place to go, so if you need one, make an appointment now at Fourways as they will take just the best care of you. It seems Google wont let you write another review on a company, so I have had to edit and add to my original one. As you can see below, that was five years ago (my how the days fly by) Back then I had already been using Fourways for many years, and here I am five years later still telling you all the same great things. You must, like me, get fed up when you read online reviews and someone has raved about a product or service and hasn't even used the item yet ! So at least this review comes again with many years of experience and testing and as you can guess , satisfaction. So make Fourways your choice of Dentist, for me its not Fourways, its the Onlyway. I have been visiting Fourways for a long time now. I can honestly say in all of those years I haven’t had a single thing to complain about. The idea that a trip to the dentist is something to worry about is made a misconception by the wonderful dentists and staff at this practice. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and always give positive feedback to any of my friends and colleagues, especially If I hear anyone moaning of their own dentist. It is a place that will truly make you smile in every way possible, don’t be shy, give them a try.

Fantastic experience: What amazing staff from start to finish. I haven’t been to the dentist for many years due to being to scared to go from a bad experience when I was very young, had to book an emergency appointment due to a very bad toothache from a broken tooth and managed to get in on the same day because someone had cancelled. Dr Robin was so helpful and understanding due to me being so scared of the dentist, I have been back 3 times now and had all the treatments done that was necessary plus seen the hygienist who was also amazing. Would like to say I am no longer scared to go and looking forward to my checkups . Well done to all Fourways staff .

Negative experience: I booked to have a tooth extraction for the next day and unfortunately was sick the day before by the evening I thought I had better not have my tooth out whilst I was ill so I messaged them 3 ways to postpone my appointment. I text I emailed and I went on business chat. They still charged me 120 pounds for not turning up! I never write reviews but they are wrong as I tried so hard for that to not happen as that’s a lot of money for nothing! Shame on you Fourways for doing that!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a ‘standard’ patient of Fourways for over 20 years, but my most recent treatment (completed last week) was a cosmetic procedure - correcting a wonky smile and uneven teeth, brought more into self-conscious focus in photographs. Harry explained at the outset what would happen and made the journey far less intrusive and stressful than I had feared. The standard of care he provided was exemplary all the way through (15 months) and at no point did I feel it was not worth it. Harry is a true professional - an artist and a gentleman. I cannot speak highly enough about him and his team. The results exceeded my expectations and my new smile makes me feel more confident in myself. How do you put a price on that? Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice since late 2020. I was looking to get Invisalign to get my teeth straightened and after looking at a couple other dental clinic, decided to go with Fourways and I couldn't be any happier. Despite my teeth being a difficult case (some teeth were completely out of line, some were rotated almost 90 degrees), Dr. Harpal Bahra spared no effort and he was incredibly hardworking and driven throughout. Mine was a complex case that wasn't simply solved by Invisalign itself; I also needed fixed braces and elastics. And he made sure I had those. He is very result-driven and I got the feel early on he himself wouldn't settle for anything less than perfect for me. For my scenario it took approx. 2 years from start to finish and at the end of it I have a smile that I'm really keen to show on photos; I don't have any small nitpicks either that I feel could be better. I am now on retainers which I wear during the nights. I had many appointments with Dr. Bahra to make this happen. He was keen to ensure he can check in and see how my teeth were doing (e.g. at the initial parts of Invisalign, at the brace phases, at the elastics, etc.). Sometimes these appointments were closer together (e.g. two weeks, or even a week when I was on elastics), at other times when there was more confidence in how things are going he would allow for more time between appointments (e.g. a month or two). However I felt that if I wanted to, I could have had more appointments, which I did do on occasion: I had some issues where my attachment fell off and I was really happy that he could make some short-notice appointments for me to put it back the next day. This made me feel even more looked after. For my treatment, I picked Invisalign Full (i.e. the comprehensive package), and this included everything from start to finish (so the braces were also included). There was a payment plan (paying a certain amount on each appointment, approx. every month or so) which was really helpful for me. The receptionists are also really kind and helpful. Unlike in some other dental clinics I went to, they do have knowledge about the dental procedures which made communication very easy. They are similarly helpful when you call them, from the moment they pick up the phone. Overall I had (and continue to have) an amazing experience and couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: I was quite anxious having seen Dr Pinnear (now retired) for years. I needed a 2 hour appointment for root canal treatment and saw Dr Ankit Patel. I didn’t need to worry. I can honestly say I felt no pain or discomfort and Ankit was nothing but professional and absolutely lovely. He made me feel at ease and kept me informed about the process. Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr Rohin Butani today for a very large filling . It required 2 injections. He put numbing cream on my gums first . And oh my goodness, it was the first time EVER that I was totally relaxed and didn't feel the injections or anything at all . I could of even had a nap , I was that relaxed. Fantastic experience: First time at this dentist today due to a very abrupt and painful abcess. Phoned them at 0915 and had an emergency appointment at 1020. Expected some short term antibiotics and instead solved the issue with a root canal. The dentist was fantastic and was very good at putting you at ease. Could not have expected better, and I'll be continuing my treatment here.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to the dentist for sometime. I told the dentist I was a bit nervous, and he took his time with a great bedside manner. We chatted and he took me through everything needed. I was a little embarrassed I had left it so long, but thankfully everything was OK. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't get a brave soldier sticker. Next was the hygienist, and again she really took her time to make sure I was comfortable. I explained the situation about the problem I was having with my tooth he was very understanding and he explained the options to which I can have done . He made me at ease. I went for the simple option of have this tooth out. This the first time ever over the years when having a tooth out I never felt a thing when he extracted it . He guided me through to what he was going to do from start to finish . I even at to ask him is the tooth out never felt anything and no pulling would definitely recommend this dentist and Ronin. Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to say I must be one of the worst when it comes to going to the dentist Rohin was brilliant could not fault him at all very professional at just made me feel relaxed at all times even though I had root canal treatment which is quite long. Fantastic experience: Brilliant service again. Needed an emergency appointment to replace crown that had come out. Booked an appointment online for the next day. Managed to replace the crown and made a beautiful job, better than it was before. Dentist so welcoming and professional.

Fantastic experience: I have had a bad experience in the past with dentist from a very young age and I informed Dr Ankit Patel of this. He was was very patient and understanding. He explained everything before he did it, which I really appreciate. Not only has he put my trust back in dentist he has made going to the dentist that bit easier. Thank you and thank you to everyone at Fourways they are all very polite and you feel welcomed which is something I can’t say for every dental practice.

Negative experience: I want to leave a review about this place, I can’t even tell the clinic ... I’m terribly sorry that I started treatment in this clinic almost a year and a half ago and that I believed them and left my previous good review about them. First I want to warn everyone - run away from them !!! They ruined my life and most importantly my health. Now I am traveling to different places to restore the bone of the upper jaw, which I lost as a result of their incorrect action and in quotes of treatment. Dr. Butani initially made a lot of consultations with pictures at the beginning, promising me an excellent result, and in the end they left me not only without teeth, but without the bones of the upper jaw, because of them I began to rapidly lose and it was no longer about time, beauty or money, but for my health. As a result, they returned my large amount that I paid, namely £ 5070, but they asked me to sign a paper that I had no problems with the clinic. At first I was surprised and glad that they returned it, but later when I applied to other clinics, many explained to me what the problem was, the reason and who was to blame and should be responsible for all this. At the moment, I am in the process of recovery, but I have already undergone 2 bone transplantation operations and there is still more to do, just to fix what these horsemen and non-professionals have done. I just want to warn everyone, do not believe them, if your health is dear to you, do not be fooled by their polite treatment and friendliness. And on my own behalf, I’ll also say that I won’t leave it just like that, that I will contact the Association of Dentists , I now have huge health problems and not only with my face, teeth , but the consequences for my entire body. Horrible!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dentist for 30yrs. I moved away from the area 5yrs ago but have stayed with Fourways because of their second to none approach to clients such as me whom are petrified of the dentist. I have always been respected and treated so well without judgement just complete acceptance and understanding of my anxiety. Dentist has recently been purchased by new owners and this was my second visit - yes I think I’m staying - I was treated with the same respect and empathy .

Fantastic experience: I thought I had received good dental work in the past until I started to attend this practice. The dentistry and patient care/service here is impeccable. I have had a fair bit of work done here since joining and the work I have had done has been extremely well priced and carried out with finesse. I most recently had a wisdom tooth extraction, I was apprehensive and worried it would be a complicated procedure, but my dentist made light work of it and I was in and out in no time and with relatively no pain. I couldn't recommend more to anyone living in the Harold Wood/Romford/Havering Area.

Fantastic experience: I have had root canal treatment by Harry, very professional and puts you at ease the moment you are sat in the chair. Procedure went well, and everything was explained. All questions I had about the treatment and aftercare were answered in depth. Highly recommend.
