Fantastic experience: Was referred to Rosconnor dental practice in waterside Derry to.get a problem back tooth extracted and I really wasn't looking forward to it but I need not have worried the reception staff were fantastic and my dentist Sarah was absolutely brilliant she and her assistant put me at ease straight away and made me very comfortable through the whole surgery i didn't even know the tooth was out. I had a great experience from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience: We were seen very quickly. The girls were all very friendly and welcoming. The practice is held in a lovely setting with a fully equipped waiting area. We were there early and so parking was no problem. The dentist was a really lovely woman who was very informative and made my extremely nervous daughter feel at ease.

Negative experience: Watch out for ‘ necessary’ pre treatment 3D scan cost me £200 just before Christmas. So called specialist couldn’t pull out wisdom tooth. He Needed help from Scottish dentist next room who was more experienced. Spent 2 hours on a chair.

Positive experience: I would've liked a top up of anaesthetic as I could feel some pain the 2nd half of the surgery and I definitely felt the stitches but overall with sedation I felt relaxed and don't really remember much until I started feeling pain again. This is down to my Connective tissue disorder and its not uncommon to need a top up during procedures. (I had 10 teeth/roots removed)

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous at getting the tooth out but Sarah was absolutely fantastic. From the minute I sat down on the chair she explained what she was doing. She totally put me at ease. The tooth was out in no time and although I needed stitches I've had very little pain and no bruising whatsoever. I definitely visit Rosconnor again and recommend it to everyone.

I was petrified coming into the office and she explained everything and involved me in the process which put my mind at ease. I was in basically no pain after the surgery and the recovery has been a breeze so far! Complete contrast to my experience in Canada where I began to hate the dentist!! Fantastic experience: I attend this clinic on the 27th January for a tooth extraction. I am an extremely nervous and anxious patient. However I wish I never worried about the appointment because the staff from when I entered the building until I left where amazing. They made me at ease straight away they talked me though my options. Due to be being so nervous I was set on getting sedation but after meeting rachael and the dental nurses I opted to try the procedure without any sedation and I asked them if I felt I need sedation could I, and this was no bother. I ended up getting an xray and the tooth extracted and even though I was so nervous looking bad they definitely reduced my fears in the dental field. They were more than kind and patient with me. And I would highly recommend them to anyone. And if anyone is worried about attending here, don't be they are earth angels!!
