Fantastic experience: Registration was very easy and quickly got an appointment. Dhaval Shah was amazingly thorough and explained what he would be doing. Once he had finished the examination and x-rays to me in a completely professional way but making sure I understood the treatment plan. Would definitely recommend the dental practice.

Positive experience: Good service, on time and with a smile. Waiting times for booking in treatments is long but I know that is probably NHS waiting times and nothing to do with the practice. The practice is looking tired, but again nothing to do with the treatment received. Very happy.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I called the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating (I got through immediately when calling at 9-9.30am), to arriving in the practice where everyone was so warm and welcoming, to meeting Muriam and team where they took the time to onboard me, and they were super kind and informative throughout the appointment. I highly recommend this practice, and I don't say that lightly :) thanks all!

Fantastic experience: As I am a NHS patient I wanted NHS treatment today for a two broken teeth which were part of an old bridge. Dhavl offered me three options for repair two costing significantly more that the NHS option which is what I expected. As I agreed to a new replacement denture that will now have four teeth mounted instead of the current two, Dhavl took impressions right away and said to book an appointment for four weeks time for two extractions and a new denture fit. He also told me exactly what the full cost would be which means I know what treatment I'll receive and how much it will cost. So all together happy with today's outcome and looking forward to getting all my front teeth back!

Fantastic experience: At my age my teeth have much to be desired, but the hygienist was friendly, patient and showed me how to look after the ones I have left. And if I’d known about this years ago I might have been left with a few more. My concern however is the price and how many people miss out because they can’t afford to pay. Such a shame!

Fantastic experience: The dentist examined my teeth and took xrays as they were last taken 2 years ago. After examining the xrays the dentist provided feedback of the results. She gave her recommendations, and asked of any concerns I might have. I felt comfortable that any decision of future care was my decision.

Today's dentist (Zahraa) was amazing, she really helped put my autistic son (22) at ease and was thorough with all 3 children. Zahraa was friendly but professional. Fantastic experience: Stony Dental Practice has always been a very clean, efficient and peaceful place to go. The staff are very helpful, although there is a lot of churn through the dental practitioners, which I suppose is just visible because of the time between visits. However, everyone has been excellent, always offering useful advice and tips on cleaning and mouth/gum health. Fully recommend Stony Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: Seen promptly on time. The dentist listened to all I had to say regarding my oral health. Following X-ray and examination she explained in detail the next steps and alternative options and was very reassuring. She arranged for further xrays at MKUH regarding a long standing problem. Right from reception through to the examination I felt reassured and valued. A great experience and cannot recommend them highly enough. It was like private dentistry but NHS prices.

Positive experience: I was disappointed by the wait time having got there 5 mins before my appointment and then waiting 30 mins to be seen. That said, the dentist was excellent. He work was thorough and offered various treatments. Very professional and friendly. Nothing was forced on me. I would really recommend this dentist.

Positive experience: Annual checkup. Friendly professional welcome. Identified I needed an X-ray to clarify a problem. Showed me the X-ray and explained my options. We agreed to leave it for now and review it in 9 months. Very happy with the visit.

Fantastic experience: My usual dentist is on leave at the moment so I saw a lovely lady today called Ka. She was really helpful and started straight away on the treatment I needed. I’m quite nervous at the dentists but Ka was absolutely amazing thank you. Also so was her nurse. I had impressions done and the mixture unknown to me was all over my face. The nurse washed all my face for me before I left the room. How nice is that!

Negative experience: Did tooth filling on NHS which came out next day, waited a month to have it done in private because there was no appointments, new white £360 filling is coming off + not levelling up, yet I can't get emergency to correct it for another week. This is a joke. 2. After leaving this review on, I was called to see the same dentist I was told I had to wait a week to see, just to level the same tooth she did a day earlier. Now the dentist won't have me on her register anymore which is unprofessional, maybe she needs to listen to their recording at the reception to understand how I was lied to, just to have me in pain for a week or visit a different dentist company at my own cost. I'm disappointed in this dentist surgery and my family/friends won't be visiting them again.
