Positive experience: the surgery is always clean and spotless. i only giving three stars because the receptionist jacque is unpleasant. i would come back again.

Negative experience: Dr Patel is amazing but one of the receptionist (Jackie) is very rude. The other lady is nice, but Jackie is so rude I literally do not want to call up anymore. I'm changing dentists because I don't deserve to be spoken to in that condescending, aggressive and highly abrasive manner. I've never experienced such rudeness in a dental surgery before I am honestly appalled. People should not work in customer facing roles if they have no compassion for other people. Be a good person.

Negative experience: I am only giving one star to one reason due to the receptionist, that is extremely rude to clients over the phone and in person. Regarding the first of my appointment, which I was booking over the phone, I got mislead about the time of the appointment because the time of the appointment was 16:15 but I thought it was 16:50 and the receptionist said that I have been sent a email to remind me but I didn’t receive anything, not even in spam or junk, I didn’t even get anything confirmation that my appointment was at 16:15. So when the receptionist called me, we booked another appointment but she was really rude and unpleasant to me. When I was looking for a dentist for my daughter, this clinic had very good reviews but recently I have noticed that the good reviews have dropped mainly due tho this receptionist. For the good of the clinic I recommend you to find a different one or change because the actual dentists are very good and have done an amazing performance on my daughters teeth.

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault the wonderful ladies on reception and was very well looked after by Eniko and her lovely dental nurse whilst having my filling repaired and a small root extraction. All the while I was kept informed of what Eniko was doing whilst she put me at ease throughout the procedure. Excellent dental treatment all round.

However, I encountered a visit to Purbi yesterday and after my questions to her , Purbi gave me the information I needed to feel safe and secure in the chair…. Negative experience: I have visited this clinic multiple times, but unfortunately, the same unpleasant situation keeps repeating – the girl with glasses at the reception is consistently rude and unfriendly. Sadly, this is not the first time I’ve encountered such unprofessional behavior from her. It’s a shame because the dentists do a great job, but this kind of attitude at the front desk leaves a bad impression and makes me reluctant to return. I would expect more respect and attention to patients, especially from the first point of contact.!

Negative experience: Was very disappointed and disgusted with Gravesend Dental clinic rang for an emergency nhs appointment and was told it would be £27.50 band A which I paid promptly a day after the appointment they rang me and said it wasn't actually a nhs emergency appointment but a private one and asked to pay the rest of fee when I asked how that was possible because I asked before taking my son and they confirmed it was a one off nhs emergency appointment only to turn around and say they runned out of those and changed it to private without telling me until a day later and wanted the rest of the fee and if it wasn't paid straight away I could expect a bigger fine and bailiffs to turn up on my doorstep! Honestly was shocked by their service and pressure to pay which I did but gutted I never got some advice from a third party to see if this is acceptable to be quoted one nhs price and with a flip of a finger charge for private without any forewarning

Negative experience: I phoned to ask when my appointment today, and Jackie answered, very rude right away, butting in stopping me talking just wanted my dob didn't care what I was saying, I've had this many times from the receptionist, they say they send out emails but don't put any subject meaning we don't get them, Jackie said I was the only one complaining about this... they don't give out a card no more, don't call no more, so how are we supposed to have something with our appointments on, but Jackie's reply was everyone else manages fine your the only one complaining, then I said to Jackie I'm trying to be nice here and I'm getting annoyed with how un-coperarive the receptionist was being... then she replied, but your really not tho, accused me of being aggressive and ended the call, the receptionist in this place are awful towards patients, looking at other reviews I see I am not the only one, you will be hung up on and talked to like crap... avoid this place spend your money elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Had my 2nd visit today with Aniruddho the Hygienist. Firstly it's so good that i can visit the hygienist on Saturdays as i work full-time. Secondly I can highly recommend Aniruddho who is very professional, polite and patient. I was scared to go however he made me feel very comfortable and i am really pleased with the service. I no longer fear the hygienist.

The dentist and his assistant were supportive, my treatments needs, the cost and were really supportive of me as a dental phobic patient. My teeth reflect this and at no point did they make me feel embarrassed or ashamed , just discussed how we can resolve the issues I have and how we will move forward with it in a way I will feel safe and confident- just amazing and I am so happy that I made the initial appointment and landed with the team and Mr Anuradha Wijesuriya Arachchilage Don as my dentist !! And he also notes that it was my birthday - it was an outstanding experience. Thank you

Fantastic experience: My recent dentist visit was surprisingly delightful, who knew reclining in a chair with my mouth wide open could feel so spa-like? The dentist was a tooth whisperer, the staff practically handed out gold stars for flossing, and while I left with only one cavity, I did leave with a mild existential crisis over how clean their tools were compared to my kitchen. I also forgot to tell you that the Christmas tree was still up in the waiting room

Negative experience: The receptionists were rude the few times I had communicated with them over the phone and in person. I had them hang up the call on me when I asked for clarification on the type of treatment to have and the duration of treatment. I perceive a bias towards me for as I disclosed to them that I have high functioning autism.

Negative experience: Not happy at all, I went to see the hygienist last month and I have been left in so much pain where I’m trying to find emergency treatment now. They wouldn’t allow me to see her unless I pay. Then I’m trying to book at being number 1 in the queue to be number 10 now, I don’t rate this surgery from my own experience now.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time or money going to this awful dental practice. It’s the worst level of Incompetency I’ve ever experienced in a professional place. Incompetent staff, receptionist need training. No manners or respect for customers personal details. BE WARNED YOU WILL BE TERMINATED FOR LEAVING A REVIEW THE MANGER (KELLY) Doesn’t like! The receptionist adamantly told me she’s worked there for 6 years & doesn’t know what I’m talking about when I was only trying to book what the dentist told me to book. The manager who wasn’t there when the receptionist was so rude but she appeared after to tell me the receptionist is upset! I’m upset too but that’s fine. Unprofessional incompetent awful staff with a pathetic manager who can only respond when staff is upset. However if clients/ customers are not happy that’s unimportant and doesn’t need addressing. There’s only 1 staff member left who is great. The senior dental surgeon is brilliant the rest need massive amounts of training. Don’t bother to ever ask the manager Kelly to call you back, it won’t happen. She only responds if her receptionist says she’s upset. This dental practice has gone downhill since this new management started. Absolutely awful Since Fran the dental surgeon has left it’s not worth visiting this practice. The reception staff was shouting across the room “are you paying for your treatment or are you on benefits, if it’s benefits then which benefit are you receiving” I couldn’t believe what the so called women was shouting at me in front of other clients. They told me the wrong time for my appointment then had the audacity to tell me I’m late when they told me the wrong time. The dentist doesn’t get much right. Management needs to train staff on common etiquette, manners and how to be competent and have good customer service. They have actually made my mouth worse than it was before I attended. I will be looking for another dentist as they always cancel and the best dental surgeons all leave this practice. It’s only getting worse, I need to find another dental surgery.

Positive experience: It's okay- not great. As someone who is terrified of dentists the management of anxious patients leaves a little to be desired. The one major problem is trying to get through on the phone. It'll often be 15+ minutes to speak to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Ok I only marked it as a nine as was running behind but it’s not their fault I was willing to rebook but they insisted it was ok, and very apologetic. The treatment it’s self I’ve not seen the nurse before but was very jolly and helpful the dentist was also very helpful it was to check the fit of new dentures she also explained that the dentures can be adjusted (I have a very old crown that is becoming loose) as I may need that one removed. I can’t fault this dentist/ dental practice all the staff are friendly and helpful. I have said to family members to sign up to you and anyone who reads this

Negative experience: I was number one in the queue on the phone however i still had wait over forty five minutes being number one for someone to answer the phone! Eventually i managed to speak to someone and was able to join this dental practice & was told i would be contacting within three weeks, it’s now been six weeks & no one has contacted me & again im constantly ringing the practice & being told I’m number one in the que & being kept on hold for over a hour now. This has happened three times this week already.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and very professional. Areas clean and tidy. Only bad thing I have to say about them they were pushy for me to see a hygienist when I said I could not afford it . Which annoyed me alittle.
