I truly appreciate the kindness and attention I received during my visit! want to thank my dentist for her kindness and effort. One of my front teeth was broken and left a gap that made me feel very shy and not confident to go out. She did her best to fix the tooth and put it back in place, even though the chances were very small. She explained everything carefully and made me feel comfortable. I truly appreciate her help and the care she showed.

Negative experience: Very horrible experience...I do not recommend getting any service done here.....they have no professionalism at all and they made me feel uncomfortable the whole time I was there. The receptionist were lovely.While I was waiting in the waiting area....one of the dentist had their door open and we made eye contact by accident and she got angry at slammed the door which created a unwelcoming atmosphere. Then my dentist came and got me to do my check up and while she's doing my check up her and her assistant was patronising me the whole entire time.Making jokes at my expense due to me having anxiety.I was very polite and I just came there to get a check up....I did not come there to be made fun off and I didn't deserve to be treated that way.

Fantastic experience: Well st dental clinic is a place where I would highly recommend to others. The receptionist is the first port of call as you enter and is whatbsets the standard. She is welcoming friendly, professional in her demeanor, always trying to accommodate a patients preference and all done with a smile. The only dentist I have interaction with has a warm caring and calming demeanor, always professional and a reassuring way about her making my anxiety less of an issue when visiting. aying that the staff that I've seen are welcoming and greet you with a smile.

Negative experience: Honestly, I would not recommend this dentist. I have fillings done and since that my teeth has been so sensitive. My eyes were blurry and never had that before during the injections, I would avoid and visit a different dentist.

Negative experience: Dentist receptionist is just rude ! He need’s to work on his customer services skills . After making a call to say that I won’t be able to attend he didn’t even ask he just said my daughter would be taken off , which I responded then he hung up the phone.

The receptionist was very helpful. She called the denture studio. The dentist and nurse were also very helpful. The dentures were installed on the same day. Fantastic experience: I never would have imagined I would be writing a great review for a dentist! Having only had bad experiences, a couple of them traumatic enough to stop me from going to the dentist for many years! I definitely became ‘scared of the dentist’… Until now! I can not even find the right words to recommend Dr Zola and dental nurse Shihab enough! Dr Zola is not only excellent in her work but added to that, she actually listens, is caring, understanding, attentive and also goes steps further than you would ever expect. Dr Zola makes sure you leave her chair as every dentist should, with a healthier mouth and you having a better understanding of your problem. My normal and past experiences is they just pull the tooth out! Dr Zola shows and explains her X-rays and also gives you ways to help improve your gums and tooth hygiene in general at home. Honestly, after my first appointment, I’ve only had two, I could chew, eat and smile, when I’ve been in pain trying to do that for a while now. Dr Zola, in my opinion, is proud of her work, she is dedicated whether you’re private or nhs, you get the same fantastic treatment. Dr Zola has also taken on ‘homework’ to work out how to bridge the ‘new’ gap that has appeared in my front tooth/teeth purely to help me aesthetically! Which obviously will help my confidence. Unbelievable! I’m just so grateful and thankful, really has given me my confidence back, in only 2 visits thus far! Wow! Thank you Dr Zola and Shihab you both are truly amazing! I just can’t thank and recommend you enough! Update: I revisited Dr. Zola, and she has miraculously closed up the gap I had in my two front teeth by using her excellent bonding skills! The colour match is perfect and Dr Zola demonstrated remarkable patience throughout the process. This has not only enhanced my smile, but also significantly boosted my confidence and sense of self. Dr. Zola's dedication to her patients' satisfaction and her commitment to delivering outstanding results are truly commendable. Thank you so much!

Xavier used to be our dentist and he was wonderful, now we have a new dentist and we love her. She is loving with my kids, explains things in detail, cares for her patients. Honestly 10/10

Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist who genuinely cares about you, and is very gentle!

Negative experience: I had 2 fillings in 1 tooth back in 2020. I don’t know what has happened to my teeth but it was meant to only be at the top of the back tooth but I seem to have black filling also at the bottom of the back. I had to go here again sometime after to have the filling redone and now something isn’t right again as seems to be infected and I won’t be going back. I will have to now pay more money and go to another dentist to fix this filling as it has been poorly done.

She is always really thorough and explains everything really well and takes care through the process. My regular dentist here is Nona and she is also very good. As I am private she always explains everything carefully and with care so that I can decide if I need treatment or whether we can try alternatives. The receptionists are also very professional and friendly.

Negative experience: Wasted 1 hour on the phone for an emergency appointment on Boxing day and after an hour and slowly moving up the queue, it automatically disconnects you, no one ever answers. Absolute joke, update your system! Everywhere else is now out of appointments because I've wasted an hour sitting on hold to these stupid systems.

Fantastic experience: I had a checkup in the morning and managed to get an appointment for that same afternoon to have a root canal treated which was done without too much pressure and now im pain free. (What a difference a day can make).

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars, I really would. I had a rather disappointing experience with Well Street. Unfortunately, their lack of responsiveness became evident when attempting to make bookings, as they consistently failed to pick up the phone. The pricing seems exorbitant, even for registered individuals, and it's disheartening to see that despite being a regular, they still charge private check-up prices based on the duration of the last appointment. The overall lack of professionalism and customer service, coupled with the facility and service not justifying the cost, lead me to strongly advise against choosing Well Street. I would not recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: On my 32 years on this planet. I have never experienced such grace and care from any dental practice. Even the receptionists are amazing. I'm recommending this practice to anybody that wants great dental care. They are top shelf!

Negative experience: This dentist is awful and always has been, so reckon half these reviews have gotta be fake. I’ve been going to this dentist for years and it was actually nicknamed ‘the butchers’ as they will do what they want to your mouth/teeth then try and charge you for it! The front of house staff are disgustingly rude and leave you waiting for them to acknowledged you. The dentists don’t listen to your concerns, stay away do not waste your time and money here, very unprofessional and fraudsters.
