Fantastic experience: Been going to the whitehouse in Heswall for many years after a traumatic experience in another practice. Used to see Mark who has now retired. Now see David husband who is amazing and understands the anxiety for some patients. I have actually been there this morning and he is very patient and understand. The receptionists are always very friendly too. And have been to 2 hygenists who, again, understand some patients can be quite anxious. They explain everything they doing and why. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Whitehouse dental practice in Heswall. And that says something from a 67 year old whose anxiety borders on a phobia! Jayne Grace

Fantastic experience: Lovely Dental practice, very friendly team of people,my 91 year old mum was nervous before her appointment as we are new to the area but everyone was so professional, helpful and warm and friendly she needn't have worried. Fantastic experience: I am a lady of 77 years and Mark Dixon has looked after my teeth for many years as he did for my late husband. Things happen as you age and my teeth showing signs of density loss etc. I was nervous at choosing Bonding but do not want dentures!! Mark was thorough throughout. Fantastic experience: I went, everything was on time and I was seen with no fuss whatsoever as is always the case! It is now over two decades that I am with the same dentist, David Husband. Whenever he moves dental practice, for whatever reason, I follow within six months at most! I think this is a great testament to how pleased I am with him and his expertise as a dentist! Luckily for me, he assured me this was his last move... I was also extremely happy with all the staff as well who were all very kind, made me feel at home and did everything they could to help.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist. My teeth aren’t always the easiest to treat and Doug is always so good, has lots of time to talk things through and has turned my son from a dentist hater to a child who counts down the days until he gets to see him again! I recently had a filling and was experiencing some pain after it; I was seen by Jason and couldn’t fault the service I was given. Jason explained what was happening so clearly and put me at ease, he also checked in with me a couple of days later; I’ve never had after care like it and I do recommend the surgery to anyone who will listen to me! The reception team are so lovely and welcoming too. When I initially booked my son in, I explained that he is autistic and really disliked the dentist. The reception staff took him under their wing and put him at ease straight away - this definitely contributed towards his experience. Doug took extra time to talk to my son before he even asked him to look at his teeth - this meant that he built up a relationship with him that encouraged him to trust Doug. The extra time, the consideration of his needs and the comfort and ambience of the surgery have all made visiting the dentist a pleasure for both me and my son. Thank you to all of the team.

Fantastic experience: I saw Doug at Whitehouse dental practice today. He managed to rebuild my tooth, I have total confidence in him. He recently saw my granddaughter whose NHS dentist refused to remove her impacted wisdom tooth which was causing her pain. Doug removed this no problem and her pain disappeared completely. Superb dental practice.
