Negative experience: Terrible service, tell you they are going to refur you to a specialist and do not which wastes valuable time. The reception is a mess making appointment sand then canceling giving the reason that the time slot given originally was not long enough for the required work. (Required work that was discussed during the time of making the original appointment) having no information about costs and just making it up as they go then backtracking on their own mistakes and checking with the dentist which wouldn't have been necessary if they had the correct information at the start, constantly calling at weekends to harass you about remembering to attend an appointment on a Monday. You then turn up on time and the dentist is running 20 minutes late, dentist Habib is very rude and inpatient. He has a severe heavy breathing problem which is just a nightmare when you're in the chair. You feel worried that he has a respiratory problem that he may pass on to you. He is incompetent, he fitted a temporary filling that he said would last 2 weeks. I followed all of the instructions and it fell into pieces in my mouth while eating a normal dinner. Nothing hard. If you can give this business a wide birth.

Positive experience: I came to the dental surgery yesterday 08/12. Reception staff were good. Young dental nurse was lovely but the dentist herself lacks compassion and empathy and is rude. I am an extremely nervous anxious patient and had filled in all the forms to this effect. So why I was placed on this dentists clinic. I’m not sure. She implicated that I understood not a word when I first went on my initial consultation. I felt small and patronised. She does need some personable skills and maybe a training course on how to treat people especially those who are struggling with anxiety already.
Fantastic experience: I attended the surgery this week with my 15month old son. Was seen exactly at the time they had booked us in for our appointment. Iqrah was super nice and patient with my Son.

Fantastic experience: I found that I was at ease there the staff are helpful and the dentist gives you good advice glad I went there.
Negative experience: I went to take off my teeth and she give me injection and hurt me and not waited a second then start to take it off and hurt me bad and then I told her to stop and wait 2 minutes then take it off she said not it's OK I said no just wait it's hurts after 2 minutes then she start to take it off I will never go back again. She is not a docter she dont know nothing about dental problem That was unbelievable i never had that experience before
Negative experience: Inappropriate staff at the front listening to music that is disgusting for a professional business, having conversations that all patients can hear about there private lifes And the way they are talking is not professional and not suitable for any professional establishment
Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist for over 25 years .Although dentists have changed over the years,service is still very good. Also the hygienist too.ive since moved out of the area, but still use this dentist. I'm not thinking of changing either
Negative experience: I went to Inspire Dental in Dagenham (228 Oxlow Lane, RM10 7YX) and was seen by someone named Iqra. She was extremely rude and made me feel like she didn’t want to help me at all. I went because I have a broken tooth that I wanted taken out. When I asked if she could remove it, she snapped “No” in a very rude way. She did an X-ray and told me I had two options — an injection to kill the nerve or antibiotics. This made no sense because I didn’t have any infection, so I don’t know why antibiotics were even offered. It honestly felt like she just wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible. I chose the injection option, and during the procedure I felt a sharp, electric-like pain shooting from my tooth up to my head. When I told her I was in pain, she shouted at me and said, “Then take the antibiotics!” I felt completely disrespected, humiliated, and shocked by her attitude. I ended up just taking the antibiotics and leaving. This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and no patient should ever be spoken to like that. I would strongly advise avoiding this place, especially if you expect basic respect and professionalism.
Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to the wonderful team at Inspire Dental. Have been with them for over 15 years and the service has always been great but they exceeded my expectations today and went over and beyond to help me with an emergency. They were incredibly busy as I could see when I got there but the girls were super helpful and patient with me and did all they could to help. Truly grateful for their efforts today and special shout to Dr Kalpit to, first class service as always. Thank you
Fantastic experience: Good afternoon this is Deborah Heather , i came to the inspire dentist on the 27th September , i was very nervous , the gentleman dentist put me as ease straight away , and his assistant was lovely , he gave me options , it was an emergency appointment , he was very reassuring to my concerns and worry , a pleasant experience from walking in the door , to walking out of the door .

Negative experience: Don’t bother going here, they cancelled on me twice, one time an hour before my appointment! Baring in mind I need a tooth taken out, I’m in pain & the temporary filling wasn’t supposed to be in too long, each time they cancelled they gave me another appointment for the next month! Then when I get there got my most recent appointment, the receptionist is all good telling me to sit down, 10mins or so later they try telling me I’m half hour late; which I wasn’t, and they refused to see me!! Tried arguing my appointment time was right & I was not late at all, but they wouldn’t have none of it & sent me away… Their error but they was never going to admit that!! They messed up not me, I knew what time my appointment was Useless! Don’t waste your time with them trust me!

Fantastic experience: Just been in to have a temporary filling. Dr Rachel and Fahat looked after me and made an experience I dread very comforting. Highly recommend to anyone with dental needs.
Negative experience: While the receptionist was lovely and everything went smoothly enough because of her help, Rachael O'Flaherty rushed my emergency appointment and did my filling as if she was not drilling around in an actual person's mouth. She also gave me a one line instruction for my care plan and sent me on my way.
Negative experience: Review for Dr Rachel: I took my dad to an emergency appointment with Dr. Rachel , and the experience was extremely disappointing. She was rushed, disinterested, with no proper explanation of his diagnosis. While taking an X-ray, the equipment hurt my dad, and when he asked her to be gentle as it was painful, she snapped, “Do you want the treatment or not ?” It felt like she wanted him to decline the X-ray just to avoid dealing with him. I understand dentists work on tight schedules, but compassion is essential—especially in emergency situations. Unfortunately, there was none. We left feeling dismissed and confused. Completely unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: I had a great time at Inspire with my dentist Omair. I underwent a root canal and crown implant on a molar - Omair was fantastic throughout the sessions and ensured the procedure went smoothly. The environment was comfortable all through out. Highly recommend him as a dentist, whether it’s for a regular check-up or a complicated procedure.

Negative experience: I went there today with a dental abces and a swollen face The dentist told me to take 6 antibiotics at once Putting myself at high risk , I didn't do thar but maybe somebody else would and might end up in A&E

Fantastic experience: Everything about this appointment was smooth and reassuring. I came in for an emergency appointment, which was arranged just the day before. Although I was running late, I called ahead and the receptionist was reassuring, letting me know it was fine and that they would inform the dentist — making the rest of my journey stress-free. The three receptionists (Rez, Javina, and Muba) were so helpful, answering all my questions and even checking with another dentist to ensure I received the correct advice. They were so welcoming and easy to talk to, putting me at ease straight away. During my appointment, Kaamil (the dentist) took the time to listen carefully to my recent history of issues, carried out a full examination, and explained in detail the cause of the problem, the medication prescribed, the next steps, and the potential risks and benefits of different options. I finally have a clear understanding of the issue, what to look out for and why his recommendation would be best for me. From walking in to leaving, the whole experience was really comfortable. Everyone took the time to provide full, clear explanations, which I really appreciate.

Negative experience: Dr Rachael O'Flaherty is VERY rude and unprofessional!! The blonde lady who I can see others have put in a bad review about as well. She gave me a horrible attitude and when I asked for advice, she said “well their not my teeth, their yours” how someone could be so rude and condescending is beyond me. She rushed my appointment and did not listen to any of my concerns. The overall practice is good and the receptionist are lovely/helpful. It’s a shame this one doctor does not know how to talk with manners and shows no sincerity. I urge anyone who is anxious or nervous about going to the dentist to avoid this lady because trust me she’ll make you not want to return.

Negative experience: I been referred by 111 to this clinic. I been very disappointed by the dentist, no idea her name, blond hair lady. The referral was for my 5 year old child, no skills and manners, she didn't even talk to my child, to explain what she will do, trying to open her mouth without saying anything, i do understand is hard with children, but as they already scared, not talking with them and explain things how can expect a small child to sit on the chair. I had to explain to her which teeth is painful, and she was keep pointing the other side that according to her cannot be that teeth i am explaining to her because she cannot see any cavity, but my daughter's cheek was visibly swollen and she was arguing that cannot be. In the end gave a script without stamp , and had to come back again, as the pharmacist didn't accepted . Very disappointed the way she talked, visible raisist.

Negative experience: I took my partner for a emergency root canal we was referred by 111 it took 45 minutes to be seen after being told to get there 10 mins before our appointment after all this only 20 days after it she has had to call 111 again due to the dentist drilling to much of the tooth away cause half the tooth to break off very unhappy with the quality of work
Negative experience: Will take half an hour to get to you when you're on time then cancel on you when you're ten minutes late.
Negative experience: Second time being at this clinic for an emergency treatment and the experience is just horrible, always left worst and in more pain than when i arrived, saw this female dentist my 2nd time and she broke so much of my tooth in the drilling process and left me with such a massive high filling that i cant even shut my mouth sighs

Negative experience: The only good thing about this practice is dr Patel we have been his patients for years. I have now been trying to book 2 check ups once being held for 48 mins I put the phone down in the end and just now for 23 mins after being told I am 1st in line for 17 mins of these. Just don’t answer the phones.

Negative experience: I may have given a total of 3, one-star ratings to a business over the years. Here is our experience. Called at 0849, number 3 in line, phone was answered around the 48-minute mark. Was told that they couldn't hear me even though I could hear them perfectly. While I was explaining what we needed for our little one, the receptionist was having a conversation with someone else. Was asked if our little one is registered there and after saying no, I was told that they are not taking ANY new patients. If this was present on their website, and I rechecked before posting this, then I wouldn't have wasted time. Not the place to go to for an emergency appointment.

Negative experience: Can't even get through to these people. No one even picks up the phone. Been waiting 30 minutes plus to try and book an appointment. Honestly, it's just very silly now. Its like they purposely leave everyone on hold.

Negative experience: AWFUL !! Had an appointment today at 10am which I have took the morning off work for called them 2 days ago to confirm was okay to go ahead as I missed my first appointment as I was ill and they said that will be fine had a courtesy call from them yesterday to confirm that I will be attending the appointment I then arrived at 9:50 and they had no recollection Of my appointment I showed them the text messages and the phone calls that I received from the surgery and still wasn’t enough. I’ve was waiting over 45 minutes to be seen the dentist omair in that time he see 2 other patients before me and come out and made a comment to the receptionists saying there is no way that he will see me and they offered me an appointment with another dentist at 10:15 so I waited until 10:50 and still nothing ! In that time I had to endure the receptionists flirting with each other very unprofessional will not be returning as I left and walked out as couldn’t endure being taken the piss out of any more ! Has gone seriously down hill used to be a lovely dentist such a shame DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Negative experience: Iam not happy because after taking my tooth the sinus floor was damaged the next day liquid started flowing through my nose. now what I want to do?I booked again for an emergency I got a booking in Eastham I went there but i don't know because this is reason is happening. they were given a tablet of metronidazole 400mg for 5 days.

Fantastic experience: I had to visit due to a 111 emergency. I walked in with a welcome using my name ''Hello M*****' which was nice! I had a 15min wait but didnt mind as used to waiting longer but the receptionist who greeted me (asian male) was apologetic for wait. The dentist who saw me was so friendly and empathetic to my dental issue and pain it was causing. I am going to see when they take on more patients to make this my new one. Such a lovely surgery and staff so friendly.

Fantastic experience: After calling 111 I got an emergency appointment within two hours with a full procedure for a tooth canal. The dentist who saw me was quick and efficient with dealing with my extremely painful toothache. The receptionist after my appointment was extremely kind and helpful by arranging a follow up appointment for me. They are kind of people who make you feel at ease and taken care of after a procedure which is something I feel should be recognised. I would like to thank the practice for allowing me to have an emergency appointment that was dealt with in such a short space of time stopping the pain I had and to the receptionist for their professionalism and kindness. I have been going to this dental practice since I was a child, it’s always been extremely professional with such caring staff throughout from receptionist to dentist and assistants.

Positive experience: I feel the hygienist can be quiet harsh about teeth and advising to get an electrical toothbrush. Not everyone can afford to purchase these items and my teeth were not polished afterwards considering I paid alot of money for the service. I have again encountered the same problem and raised it with the reception. Another hygienist patronised me and told me how to brush my teeth. I was not spoken to in an empathetic way with no personalisation to ask the patient how they are doing. The patient should receive appreciation for having paid a fee and to invest in servicing their teeth rather than the opposite. If it is that important to get an electronic toothbrush why not provide one considering the fee is quite high I am not sure what the patient pays for? I was then told that if I didn't then I may be having to have problems with the teeth with emergency care, to be honest I informed her that I had been ill and instead I felt I was being told off.

Fantastic experience: This has to have been my single greatest experience at a dentist! The practice has a very professional atmosphere and was very well maintained. I was seen by Dr Mirza, both him and the dental nurse exercised a great deal of professionalism and showed the utmost care when treating me. I would definitely recommend this place, even if it means traveling for a while to get there. Grade A dental experience for me!

Negative experience: Very poor quality of service, treating NHS patients like animals or may be worse then animals. Not sure the name of (white) lady who gave me treatment but she is the worst dentist i ever seen in my life, no explanation before treatment, not even gave me enough time to sit properly on chair and push harder a big square plastic device in my mouth which hurt my gums badly, She could clearly see water came out of my eyes but she ignored. Keep asking me to push my chin down when she knows already i was very uncomfortable and was unable to push any further. Over all very rude behaviour. NHS must need to think twice before referring patients to them. A big shame for them!!! Specially that lady.

Negative experience: Worst Ever!!!! I missed two appointments. One because I had child care issues and one because I was genuinely not well. For this reason they took me off their list and in their words I was told "go find another dentist".

Positive experience: Came in here for emergency referred by NHS111. I was pregnant at the time, I and calculus and a sore gum with painful multiple mouth ulcers. Normally they or other dentist won’t see patients but they did because I was pregnant and suffering from it also mentally and was already being treated for mental health as it is. Service: all good, however they slim Dentist with blind hair/young lady was not very friendly I was bit uncomfortable and she kept saying oh you’re pregnant it will be worse - this was my second pregnancy yet she treated me it’s my first and it’s not nice because when you’re expecting everything hurts more as you’re more sensitive. I would only like to come here again because she was good but her attitude is something she needs to work on. Reception is okay, like all other medical receptionist they think they are posh and have a top notch job and act like they are doctors or top Lawfirm Lawyers as if on 60k plus.

Negative experience: Upon arrival at the reception the lady that attended to me completely ignored me and kept on chatting to her colleague. She later attended to me, no apologies whatsoever. When I was in the dentist room we had a misunderstanding of payments and needed a bit of clarity and she was down right so rude and she was rushing me. She dropped water on my right side dripping down from ear to my neck and didn’t bother to wipe it off. I couldn’t talk as I was in the middle of the treatment. As I was lying on the bed the dentist reclined the bed and my legs were caught up under the chair which was at the bottom and chair came up with me it was so uncomfortable. I am really appalled and disgusted with the service. Their service has completely gone down over the years.

Negative experience: Never had any issues until recently apart from never seeing the same dentist twice due to a high turn over of staff. All treatment has to be paid up front before an appointment can be made which I wouldn’t have minded but they cancelled my appointment several times meaning I had to wait another 3 weeks in pain, each time the receptionist lied about the reason, as I was then given a different reason when I attended. It wasn’t the same receptionist each time. After several months of them still having my money I made a complaint they then removed me from the practice leaving me in pain and a swollen face because of an infection.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment yesterday at 3.30 after calling 111 at 12.15pm with very bad pain in my back tooth and was shocked how fast this surgery booked me in. Had x rays and a full check over before finally removing the tooth that was way beyond repair. Dentist and assistant where very nice people. Will be going back next week for fillings. Honestly couldn't have asked for any more. Slept like a log last night pain free for the first time in weeks! Highly recommend this practice. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I had to call 111 due to my rubbish dentist not having any appointments. For months i had been ping ponged with my drs at the dentist meaning every new Dr did consultations, no one fixed the problem. 111 gave me an appointment with Inspire and I was seen quickly. I didn't catch the Dr's name but he was absolutely brilliant! He started a root canal treatment without flapping about it like my dentist have. For months I have asked my Dentist for a RC treatment and every time I saw someone new doing a consultation only and its only made my tooth worse over time. Finally, the Dr at Inspire started the RC treatment for my dentist to finish. I was very pleased, my pain has gone and I can finally chew on that side of the mouth even though the treatment is not finish yet. The Dr was very gentle and throughout he was making sure I was ok and if not he will pause. I felt absolutely no pain and was so pleased at the end. He also explained what he was doing throughout which gave me peace of mind and eased any anxiety. Thank you Inspire! I couldn't thank the Dr enough at that day!

Negative experience: Worst dental practice. Cancelled 4 times day before the appointment as the dentist is either off sick or just not coming to clinic. Then they asked if I want to rebook? Honestly? Worst and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I want to give 5 stars today to this amazing dentist. Went in as an emergency and was greeted by amazing Receptionist Lucy who was very lovely and had amazing customer service skills who made me feel very comfortable. I also want to recommend the lovely Kieran the dentist who took my tooth out. I honestly felt no pain, he kept asking me if I was okay throughout the treatment and he honestly made me feel very relaxed. Negative experience: Worst dental experience I have ever endured. Referred by 111 for emergency appointment. Dentist was in a rush, didn’t enquire much about the problem proceeded with a temporary filling which has done nothing I am still in pain. Dentist was not attentive at all, placed the X-ray in my mouth almost ripping my tongue and could see I felt uncomfortable. Then done my filling, anaesthetic was dropping all on me, site wasn’t even numb yet so I could still feel everything and was literally shaking from the pain. This was all done within 10 minutes showing the lack of care and more so rushing through appointments. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if possible, very poor service and experience. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: Hi, initially I didn’t want to give any feedback as I was slightly disappointed. When I received the email for the feedback it was behind an cancelled appointment because my doctor decided not to work for Inspire Dental anymore. I been told they are awaiting for a new doctor. I was disappointed but I had to accept, things happens, however I rescheduled a different date with a new doctor. Unfortunately my place of work is on the other side of the town, in Shepherd’s Bush and the new doctor doesn’t do weekends like the previous one, however I asked for a latest appointment and I been told 16:45 is the latest.Unfortunately I was stuck in traffic and I been late 7 minutes, after I made a phone call and I did let them know 40 minutes earlier I will be slightly late. I been told if I’m not more than 10 minutes late, to attend, and I made it 7 minutes late, but I lost the appointment even after I been told I can come. When they couldn’t have a doctor available I accepted it, when I was a bit late is not acceptable, this is not ok. Other patients in the clinic was waiting and guess what, my next new appointment will at 17:00 pm, so it is possible to be seen before 17:00. Very disappointed, but I cannot do nothing because all my family members are registered to this clinic. I hope I’m going to find a better place, sorry but this place went down hill big time. All the best.
