Fantastic experience: I had a large chip come out of my tooth. This dentist arranged an appointment the following morning right after I called. Just a few days later Dr Xia0-Li Du completed the proceedure; Fast, efficient, friendly and good value. Everything I want from a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I went with my 2 kids (2 + 7yrs old) to see Dr Du & Anna it was a good experience with no tears they were excited for stickers but they didn’t any. Regardless, there were no tears and they did enjoy it they’re excited to go back in 6 months. As for me, Dr Du was amazing she fixed a filling for me (thank you so much!). I’ve been going here since I was a child and now I have children so they’re definitely really good!! I recommend them Update: They did make up for the stickers and have been amazing at keeping their stock filled since :)

She fixed issues with my denture and fillings efficiently and with great care — I couldn’t be more grateful. The receptionist was also kind, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. Negative experience: For a first time and new patient appointment Dr Xiaoli Du was extremely unwelcoming and dismissive. The entire appointment took 5 minutes, hardly enough time to really assess a new patient, ask about any concerns, agree any plans if necessary. The filling put in has already come out and it’s only the next morning. Disappointed it an understatement. Any wish to pay for treatments in future evaporated even before the end of the rushed appointment. Having had a check-up privately I know the issues and not one of them were brought up or discussed, shocking. After one visit I’m finding somewhere else. Word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertisement. Very rude Dr coupled with subpar service.

Fantastic experience: Very helpfull the only place took me in as NHS emergency patient, all other dentist around who just say NHS service available but when you call none take in new NHS patients.. This clinic called me back and said we can take u in, I appreciate it the service very friendly staff and doctors also extremely helpfull

Everytime I have an appointment with Dr Patel, he is always very friendly and goes into great detail about what treatment I need and what options I have. Dr Patel takes his time to listen to any concerns and answers all my questions. He's a caring and down to Earth Doctor, and his dental assistant is friendly and welcoming aswell. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They explain everything well, and always pleasant with a smile and very welcoming. They're very accommodating with their appointments, and very professional when handling everything. Very efficient Dental practice. Very happy with the care I receive.

The doctor's room was noticeably dusty and there was dirt on the floor. It made me question whether the premises are cleaned regularly at all. I wonder if the NHS oversees and regulates the cleanliness of dental offices like yours. Fantastic experience: Went to this dentist today for the first time and was blown away by how amazing it was! All the staff were helpful and the dentist, Dr Xiao-li was amazing. Got seen quickly and my treatment was all done very quickly. It’s now my new dentist. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: NHS Dentist in West Kensington : Went in had a chipped tooth they fixed it straight away very accommodating very polite and kind straightforward. Waiting on some night guards took the impression today because I grind/clench my teeth when I sleep . Five stars very nice dentist. :) I had to fill-in a form as it’s my first time there I have social anxiety and I felt very comfortable. I’m on the waitlist to be a patient. Still, I called the day before gave me an appointment next day my concerns took on straightaway.

Negative experience: Incredibly incompetent reception staff. Absolutely terrible service. I booked an appointment by call and when I travelled all the way for my checkup they denied scheduling the appointment because I did not pay a deposit in advance despite them not even asking me for it. The Asian man and woman are incredibly rude and incompetent. To whoever is reading this, please DO NOT go here because you will be making a big mistake.

All staff do their utmost to ensure that all visitors are comfortable and happy. Procedures are explained in detail through every step of the process. I have had braces fitted to realign my teeth here as well as countless other procedures, and I have never left feeling anything other than completely satisfied.

Negative experience: Had an appointment booked for 9.15am on Boxing Day- unfortunately I had a severe family emergency over Christmas which led to me getting a 6hr coach on Xmas day to be with my family - I arrived at 5am and called the dentist at 9am to tell them of the emergency and not being in London. (I actually called at 8.30am when they opened but no one answered) They refused to let me rearrange and said I should have called last Friday (Christmas was yesterday and Monday) the emergency happened yesterday and I explained this - the receptionist said he didn’t care and reiterated over and over how I needed to let them know last Friday. He then also told me I was lying and I didn’t phone up at 8.30 - my phone records say otherwise. I sincerely hope nothing ever happens to one of their family members - I was crying on the phone and this disgusting man told me he didn’t care I should have called last week? My family member was alive then - I hope this receptionist loses everything

Negative experience: One of the worst dental practice I have been to! I have been attending this dental practice for nearly 2years, but due to their unprofessional service, I am forced to leave the dental practice for a better one. They expect patients to call them 24h before appointment time if fallen ill but don't send the correct dental appointments for the correct patients! Then when you pont that out to them they expect you to remember the time by heart. Absolutely unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: Dr Du is a life saver, I once had a terrible accident and broke my front teeth and was crying in distress, she fitted me in immediately and sorted me out. My teeth look really nice and natural and are very functional, four years later I’ve had no issues with them. She gave me a crown and root canal and I didn’t feel any pain and the results are great. My regular checkups with her are really good, if I need a bit of composite bonding or some fillings she always does a great job. Hao the receptionist is lovely, he’s always friendly and sorts out my appointments. The hygienists here are lovely too. I will always love and appreciate this dentist surgery.

Fantastic experience: I came in with my mother to see the dentist for some dental treatments and Dr Xiaoli Du provided a very thorough and professional high quality service. To mention the Root Canal Treatment was absolutely perfect, Dr Shah Keval restored a tooth was nearly lost. My mother had an appointment with Ms Bozena, the hygienist, and felt that she provided a very pleasant experience. The reception staff are also lovely and friendly.
