Fantastic experience: I visited a number of dentists over the years who told me my teeth will never be straighter or can be fixed. I faced years of not smiling with my teeth on show in photos, anytime I would laugh I would cover my mouth. I got told to make private appointments with orthodontints but most likely they will not be able to do much except maybe remove teeth! With £500 being the consultation fee. I queried a number of dentists regarding Invisalign and I was told this would not work with my teeth as my front stuck out slightly invisalign will not be useful. I was convinced after research it could help. I said to myself I would have one more go at visiting a new dental practice and query regarding Invisalign. I had an appointment with Baiju Kothari and explained my continuous disappointment. He asked me what I wanted as my goals and outcomes. Within two months, Baiju had a plan drawn up explained it to me and liased with Invisalign to make an 11week plan to help me get straighter teeth. Every step he was amazing, priced very fairly did not do more work than required, printed me a payment plan and treatment plan and any questions he listen and took the time either face to face or on the phone to assist with my queries. The reception staff are fantastic, always do their best to help to assist however they can and very pleasant. I have no finished my treatment and I have to say I have never smiled as much in my life as I am now, I am confident in my smile and I do NOT cover my mouth when I laugh or smile for me this has changed my life and my confidence. After spending most of my life getting knocked back to any hope of achieving what I wanted all it took was to find Baiju Kothari to make it possible! Amazing person and a fantastic dentist. Would recommend to everyone

From the outset and my first interaction with the reception staff and dentist Joe Devine, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Through all my consultations upto my final appointment there was never any judgement on the state of my mouth only clear concise opinions on what the best way forward would be. I can honestly say if i had been a patient of Joes previously my teeth would never have ended up in the state they did, he really is a fantastic dentist and gets you fully relaxed and confident in him, he really is a quality dentist and i would have no hesitation in recommending Joe or the practice to anyone

Fantastic experience: My Step dad recently visited the practice to see Dr Roseanne Clark, he is very anxious when it comes to dental treatment and hadn't seen a dentist in several years due to a bad experience when he was a child. Roseanne and her nurse Ellis were very understanding and caring, they delivered excellent treatment and explained everything thoroughly. My Step dads fear of the dentist is now gone thanks to Roseanne and Ellis, would recommend East Kilbride Dental Care to any anxious patients the team are fantastic !

Fantastic experience: Having not attended the dentist for many years due to my fear of needles and dentists in general, I had no option after putting up with toothache for so long, I explained this to Roseanne (dentist) who put me totally at ease and understood how difficult it was for me attend. She wasted no time in removing my tooth and I couldn't believe how easily it was done, I had several appointments after that and I can honestly say that for the first time in many many years I had no qualms about attending a dental appointment. Met with Dr Baiju, who completely put me at ease without any judgment, which made a huge difference. I explained that my missing and discoloured teeth were adversely affecting my confidence. Fantastic experience: I suffered from an extreme fear of dentists as a result of a horrendous orthodontic experience. A chance conversation with Baij, one of the dentists, about an issue I was having as a result of the botched treatment led me to a consultation on what my options could be. I attended today to have an extraction and a bridge fitted and I honestly could not be happier. My options were explained clearly to me and my mind was put at rest at every turn to help me make an informed decision on my treatment, I wasn’t even aware that the tooth was out he was so gentle. He wasn’t even fazed when I burst into tears, honestly can’t rate them highly enough, I think I can now attend a dentist without feeling like I want to be sick . I have my smile back again

Negative experience: Joe is a nice dentist but quite pushy with higher priced treatments. Too much focus on making money for this practice, which is owned by his brother, when people are struggling.
