Fantastic experience: I had an issue with one of my teeth and not being registered to any dentist, Bury dental was recommended to me, so I call on Monday morning and recieved a same day appointment, the ladies on reception were lovely, calming and explained everything. My Dentist Nazia Uddin, was so compassionate and understanding, she talked me through several options until we agreed what needed to be done. I never felt pressured and not sold complicated payment plans. If you are searching for a private practice, highly recommend, also if like me it was an emergency, I would so highly recommend. Thank you to everyone who turned my stressful day, into something much brighter.

My lovely female dentist is brilliant, caring and always gives me the best treatment possible whilst making sure I'm comfortable and not in pain. She's my dentist for life I'd never go anywhere else. Bury dental practice is the best dentist I've ever had. The.Receptionists are also very good, especially Annette who's always welcoming and very professional and I always get an appointment to suit me. I've recommended my daughter and quite a few friends.I relax as much as possible by watching the large screen TV during treatment. I have trouble lying far back but my female dentist naz understands my predicament. Always easy to get an appointment if & when needed. Highly recommended.

Why do I travel the distance is simply because I trust Dr Khan implicitly ,and I wouldnt want to go anywhete else. First class in every way and also the best hygenist. I was also incredibly grateful of being fit in for the emergency appointment I attended on 25th June - always a great service!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, I only went to a dentist when I had a problem and because I didn’t like going I would just tell them to pull the tooth. This dentist spent a hour convincing me to allow him to treat the problem and I have gone here ever since. I even seen different dentist and they all take my fear into consideration and I have never had an unpleasant experience. Recommend them 100%.

I had two implants done in 2022, I was terrified but the dentist was brilliant very calm and empathetic. They did such a great job I can’t tell which teeth are the implants and which are my own. It has always been a really good practise and the new owners do really continue the high standard. The premises are modern ,clean and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over 40 years, I hadn't been to a dentist for a few years having 'suffered' at the grandson of another. However, although I'm not conformable at the dentist, I don't feel so bad here that it would stop me from coming. People are pleasant, efficient and thorough.

The Reception Team are brilliant with a designated receptionist Annette & the nursing team to assist with any clinical queries. I received care & treatment from Dr Khan & Nurse Maria, both realised that I was anxious & allayed my concerns throughout the appointment. The quality of care is first class. Fantastic experience: I am a woman in her 50s and recently suffered horrific tooth pain. I was terrified of the dentist, last attending a practice when I was 13 years old!! I had no choice but to book an appointment to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted. To say that everybody at this practice made me feel at ease would be an understatement! Everything was explained to me fully, every implement or tool used was also explained to me, the processes were quick, efficient and at all times I was offered a break during procedures and thoroughly looked after! So after years and years of not attending a dentist! I am now signed up to the monthly subscription and my 6 month check up already booked in!! Thank you so much for making a terrifying experience so pleasant!

Negative experience: Would not recommend this dental practice, i had to go private after losing my place at my usual dentist so I used this practice and the dentist I had (dr khan) was extremely rude and patronising, while checking my teeth all he wanted to do was multiple extractions and after seeing another dentist recently half of the teeth this dentist said needed extracting don't actually need it, he also told me that my teeth give him anxiety which at the time I stayed quiet because I was a little took back by it but what sort of professional says that. Very patronising and shouldn't be practicing with that type of attitude and arrogance, if I could give 0 stars I would!!

Fantastic experience: The team at Bury Dental Practice are amazing, I've never been a fan of going to the dentist due to gag issues and that's tended to result in moving dentist or not going. At Bury Dental from day one they have listened and understood the issues I encounter and work with me on that. I now never avoid an appointment they've really changed my view to good oral health. Open about prices and the options of payment plans. A traditional small practice, no corporate type coldness at all. Sorted my dental emergency out quickly. In turn I will be coming here bi-annually for my check ups as I'm so pleased with the overall experience.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Got to be the worst dentist in the uk. The sign outside was hanging off, toilet door was broken so receptionist stood guard while I used it. Unclean and I fished with the decorating. Posters hanging crooked on the wall. Dental nurses in dirty tunics. I didn’t hang around to see the dentist. I bailed after all that. It was horrific.
