This is by far the best dental practice we’ve ever been to. My partner has always had a serious fear of the dentist due to really bad past experiences, but Charlotte, the hygienist, has completely changed that. She’s the only one he’s ever trusted, and thanks to her patience and clever techniques, he now feels comfortable going to appointments — something we never thought would happen. Fantastic experience: I've been with this dental practice since I was a child. My dentist is Chris and will remain Chris until he stops working. They are good in what they do. I recently had a root canal done with Misbah and she and her helper were lovely. I don't only see greenside dental care and Chris as a health service but they are part of my family because of the support they provide and how welcoming they make you feel and to me going else where would just be a stab in the back to them.

After working abroad for several years, we were so relieved to find such a professional and trustworthy dental practice right on our doorstep when we returned. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well equipped, and the reception team is always warm, friendly, and efficient — they really make everything easy. We’re on a monthly plan that includes two hygienist visits and check-ups each year, which works really well for us. I’ve also had a few dental issues sorted here by Chris, including a replacement crown and an implant. Every time, he’s been incredibly thorough — clearly explaining all the options, costs, and procedures up front. The treatment has always been completely pain-free and done to a really high standard. What we value most is the peace of mind that comes from knowing we’re in safe, professional hands. Highly recommend!

The hygienist , Faisal and Misbah the dentist put me at ease and talked me through what was happening every step of the way. Fantastic experience: Latest visit, July 2025. Google is not allowing me to do separate reviews of different visits, but happily, I'm still pleased with the dental service! First, a careful check up from dentist Katherine, with questions answered in easy to understand term, then a thorough and again careful explained hygienist session with Charlotte, and usual good care from the dental nursing team. I've recently had treatment from Dr Peter Robbins. Over three appointments, one of them quite long, he inspired confidence with his high level of skill, as well as professional kindness, concern and conversation. I was put as at my ease as I could be, as he talked me through options, then the procedures as he carried them out. I'm happy with the treatment and the service I received. Thanks also to the dental nurses who assisted.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from start to finish, Bryony made the visit a non stressful experience and made the appointment relaxed & friendly, And going through the options and treatments, with expertise, and understanding the requirements of the patient. On arrival the girls on reception are always attentive to the patients needs, the dentists & hygienist are very professional & go through the process to calm the nerves & the treatments are carried out in a very professional manner and care. And also the correspondence via email/text for aftercare & appointment reminders etc are good. Very happy with the services provided, keep up the stellar work!!.

Negative experience: Today I was five minutes late for my appointment, due to an unforeseen delay, my appointment was 16:25 I arrived at 16: 30 I stood in a queue for 3 mins, to be told you have missed your appointment, despite being on a monthly plan if you want to reschedule you Wii have to pay for the appointment, I have been with the practice around 15 years and usually arrive slightly early and many times have had to wait more than 5 mins past my appointment time, Greenside is one of the most expensive local dental practice in the area, as a result I will be looking for another practice,

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Greenside for many years I’m a 53 year old male adult and for as long as I have been and I have just attending for a tooth removal and filling this week. Chris is an excellent dentist and I am always happy to go when they call me for an appointment and his whole team as well as him makes it an excellent experience from going in to coming out. I feel safe and secure with everybody there. Since I have been going down to Greenside the stigma of people being afraid of a dentist is taken away completely. Thank you to everyone at greenside. 12/5/25 just been down for an extraction. Chris and the team were superb as usual, pleasant , kind , well mannered and talkative. Chris extracted my tooth it was like going to the candy shop to buy sweets that’s how painless it is with Chris , thank you so much.
