Positive experience: On the very rare occasion I was 8 minutes late (traffic), the staff were very understanding and the dentist completed my treatment with no issues. A welcoming practise that is why I have been there over 20 years.

My children see Dr. Robert Ivens, who is equally fantastic. He’s brilliant with kids – patient, kind, and able to put them at ease with his friendly approach. After two decades of consistently great service, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended for both adults and children alike.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Prestbury Road Dental Practice has been fabulous. My first visit was an emergency appointment just before Christmas 2024. I was in a lot of pain and anxious about what was going on with my teeth/gums. I was seen extremely quickly. The dentist and all the staff were so kind, compassionate and caring. Which was very reassuring due to the pain I was in. The practice was clean and appeared to be very well run. All the staff were polite, professional and made me feel very welcome. I have recently been for my full check up and have signed up for a monthly dental plan. I would highly recommend Prestbury Dental Practice to all my friends and family. It is hard to find a dental practice nowadays that you can rely on, trust and be absolutely happy and confident with. Prestbury Road Dental Practice certainly lives up to its reputation.

The nurse suggested I make an appointment to have it looked at. The receptionist had me seen by the dentist within 5 minutes and he sorted it out for me. Brilliant service from start to finish.
