Negative experience: Mother came here for treatment and had her teeth absolutely butchered. Over priced treatment plan and staff forever wanting money. Requested to speak with management- to be told I was speaking with head of reception. Being passed from person to person with no real idea of my Mothers treatment plan. AVOID at all cost!

Fantastic experience: Hi, I had six front crown two of which at the front snapped after 15 years and I had two front teeth put on a plate. This made eating really difficult. I went to see Shiree on a free consultation day and decided to have a top implant bridge with his advise. I would like to say that I am a REALLY nervous patient. Shiree took out nine teeth at the front , I was given a local anaesthetic as procedure took 8 hours to remove teeth and come away with a temporary bridge . The care, understanding , and treatment I received has been amazing. Yes it’s expensive but it’s worth it. I had my final bridge put in today and am so pleased with result, you would never know they are not my own. It has taken 9 months to complete but you can’t rush perfection and appointments backwards and forwards and the treatment from all the staff has been amazing. I thoroughly recommend you go for it if you are considering implants Thanks to all at Gentle Dentle Crowborough Denise

They fitted me in and really helped me as I was in so much pain. I’d highly recommend Shri and the team, so much so I’ll be changing my dentist to this practice from now on.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a cracked veneer replaced at Crowborough Gentle Dental and I can’t recommend this practice enough! Every single person I came into contact with was nothing but lovely. Replacing my veneer was a trickier task than usual as the colour of my veneer had to be made just right to suit my front teeth, and Hazel took great care of this. Throughout the process, Hazel explained everything she was doing and she did the most fantastic job. I’m so grateful for the amazing service I received, and was made to feel ease with the friendliness of all the staff. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist - the whole team are amazing and caring. I’ve had laser treatment and I can already tell the difference after a week. Shri is very passionate about everything he does. I have now decided to go private and carry on with Gentle Dental because of the positive experience I have received.

Negative experience: I attended Gentle Dental as a new patient with Dr Shri. After routine X-rays, I was told within minutes that my gums were in a “moderate to severe” state of periodontal disease. I was then given two treatment plans: 1. Around £500 worth of hygienist appointments that “may or may not help.” 2. Over £3,000 worth of “laser treatment” to supposedly regrow my gums. Dr Shri repeatedly showed me before-and-after photos on his phone, insisting they were genuine, then played a promotional video for the laser treatment. I was strongly pressured to make a decision immediately and told that the other hygenist appointment I had booked were “not worth doing.” When questioned again 'will this re grow my gums' the answer was 'yes'. The whole experience felt like a sales pitch rather than a professional consultation and the high pressure sales tactics felt very scammy. I requested a refund for the hygienist appointment several days later it was eventually refunded, but only after chasing. I have since been to another reputable local dentist who confirmed my gums are nowhere near the severe condition I was told they were in. Instead, my actual dental needs were identified: two wisdom tooth extractions and an implant. After treatment with a standard hygienist, my gums are now in much better health. There has been no “gum regrowth,” which I have since learned is not realistic, especially for the type of treatment Gentle Dental were promoting. I left Gentle Dental feeling misled, pressured, and very concerned that vulnerable patients could be sold expensive, unnecessary treatments. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Plus the place is generally pretty shabby.

They managed to fit me in sooner than expected for a tooth extraction under sedation and considering my fear of the dentist, they made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, thank you!!!

I was made to feel completely at ease and have been delighted with my treatment. Fantastic experience: Crowborough Gentle Dental, they’re stars! I broke an existing crown recently, I called up and got slotted into an appointment to assess the damage. There was just enough tooth to save!! After talking over the options I decided to have a crown made on their incredible machine, the process happens in house, a 3D image is taken and the cnc machine then makes a new part while you wait, amazing!! A few processes later I was good to go, start to finish was a little over an hour and virtually painless Great service, Great people, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I don't often write reviews but wanted to take a moment to recommend this dental practice. I hadn't been to the dentist in years due to a broken tooth, which I was embarrassed about and scared to have removed. I rang many dental practices in Crowborough and none seemed to think it was urgent, despite me saying I was in pain. I then came across Gentle Dental and left an enquiry on the website. I was surprised but pleased when I got a call within 5 minutes and an appointment the next morning. When I arrived, the receptionists were welcoming and kind, sensing my nerves. My dentist was smiling, and she and the nurse tried to put me at ease, making no comment on why I had left my broken tooth so long. Whilst they offered sedation to have the tooth removed, I decided to go ahead without and throughout the dentist and nurse kept reassuring me. All my procedures since to have the tooth replaced have been done with the greatest professional care. My dentist took her time, explaining things and always putting me at ease. No one likes the dentist but when you have a welcoming smile from the receptionist, a super professional and kind dentist, and staff who stop to say hello, it really makes it easier to attend each appointment. My mum and sister have since visited and their dentists showed the same care. Whilst this practice is not NHS registered, it is worth the extra few pounds. I cannot recommend this practice enough; please just give them a try!

Fantastic experience: I finished my Invisalign treatment in March and was very impressed with the care and guidance throughout the whole process. I'm very happy with the final outcome and liked the fact they didn't try to rush to sign me off and wanted to aim for perfection. All of the staff are very welcoming and was always greeted with a smile and chat by Julie and Alison on reception. Dr Shreyas was always on hand for any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone thinking of having any treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Gentle Dental by my previous dentist as I had severe wearing of my teeth and needed more specialist work than they could provide. I was seen by Shri who made me feel at ease right from the start. He outlined a treatment plan for me to restore and improve the look of my teeth using composite bonding. Following an initial ‘trial smile’ I had a full day appointment - which for someone who always feels nervous and anxious at the dentist would normally be impossible. But Shri and his nurse Saketh couldn’t have been kinder or more understanding. Shri explained everything that he was doing as he went along and ensured I had any necessary breaks and Saketh was equally reassuring and kind. I can’t thank them both enough for looking after me so well. I was absolutely delighted with the result and have gone from being someone who didn’t like to smile - as I was embarrassed about my teeth - to someone who can’t stop smiling. I would also like to mention the wonderful Julie on reception. Welcoming, friendly and kind she also made me feel very much at ease, right from the first time I called to make an appointment - she’s a real asset to the team. Gentle Dental is the right name for the practice - professional, caring and thorough in all that they do. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received at Crowborough Gentle Dental for Invisalign. Dr. Shreyas and Estella were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was originally thinking about going to Turkey for treatment, but I’m so glad I stayed — the results have been incredible! The ladies on reception are also so lovely and incredibly helpful. They didn’t let me finish until I was 100% happy with my teeth, and their support throughout the whole journey has been second to none. At every appointment, they took the time to check in, communicate clearly, and make sure everything was going smoothly — I always felt involved and reassured. Fantastic experience: I've had a few visits at Crowborough Gentle Dental recently and every experience has been excellent. I first saw the lovely hygienist Swetha for a thorough clean she was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Today, I came back to have my fillings replaced with Dr. Shri, supported by dental nurses Saketh and Estella all so warm and welcoming. Dr. Shri is clearly passionate about the art of dentistry. He took photos throughout the process so I could see the before and after, the results are incredibly natural, like the tooth had never needed any work at all. Booking appointments is super easy too, their online booking system is quick and straightforward, which makes the whole process even smoother. I honestly can’t recommend Crowborough Gentle Dental enough. The whole team is kind, skilled, and genuinely care about their patients.

Negative experience: I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I paid a very large amount of money expecting high-quality results, but what I received was far from what I was promised or hoped for. For the price I paid, I expected a much better outcome, and to now be told I need to pay even more for additional whitening is incredibly frustrating. I feel misled and taken advantage of as i was a young girl wanting to feel confident in my smile. Definitely not the experience I thought I’d be walking away with, especially after such a significant investment.

Negative experience: No more gentle than any other dentist Waste of my time and money. Went in for a filling and just for them to look at it is £55 for 5 mins of BS sales pitch. Repeatedly waffling on and pausing and prompting you for an affirmative ´yes’ response to then present you with a piece of paper for £515 more - too embarrassed to say it out loud. That’s 5 times more expensive than the previous good dentist’s work. Not surprised they saw me quickly and could fit me in the following day - must be too expensive to have any patients . When you fill in their questionnaire they are already trying to fit you up for extra work. Avoid as there is a better dentist in Mayfield and Horam to mention only two.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to dentist for many years due to dental phobia, I cannot recommend this dental practice in Crowborough enough! From start to finish, the experience has been outstanding – professional, reassuring, and refreshingly honest. I came in with a mix of concerns – a missing tooth I was unsure how to replace, a cracked back tooth that was beginning to decay, and a general worry about the state of my oral health. What I received was a clear, step-by-step treatment plan, tailored specifically to my needs and budget. Overall, this team truly redefines what dental care should be – gentle, transparent, and centered around your long-term oral health. I’m genuinely grateful for their expertise and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: At last, a dentist who really cares about their patients. They could not be more aptly named. They are kind, considerate and caring people. Yes, it's not cheap, but you are paying for peoples expertise and we all know that there is nothing much worse than toothache. I have had a variety of treatments in the past couple of weeks. One of the best was the crown fitting. They have a machine that makes them on the spot so none of that temporary crown stuck on (which may come off) but all done in one day. I never thought I would day it, but this is one dental practice that is a pleasure to visit.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this dental practice enough. Especially if you have dental phobia. I suffer with severe dental anxiety and Shri made me feel relaxed and calm. After having a bad experience in the past I was put off going to the dentist for years. I was able to have a tooth out which had been causing me problems for a couple of months. Julie the receptionist goes above and beyond for you and is so helpful. I have finally found a dentist that I am comfortable with. I highly recommend Shri and his amazing team.

Fantastic experience: I have just been for two visits to Gentle Dental and I have finally found an empathetic, compassionate and professional dentist. I am dentist phobic and I am autistic so I have avoided going to the dentist for some time. The dentist I saw was Melissa who was fantastic. Melissa was extremely kind, patient and compassionate. She made no issue that I was stimming, crying and shaking, I struggle to even swallow when I’m in such an anxious state but Melissa just paused patiently waiting for me to take a breath. I now have a treatment plan and yes I’m still terrified but somehow it seems doable now I have found someone I can trust. Also a special mention to Julie on reception who is so very kind and patient, Julie immediately put me at ease when I first rang for the appointments and throughout my visits. I highly recommend Gentle Dental if you are Dental phobic and/or autistic as their approach is wonderful. On another subject it was also noted I have EDS and bruise easily so this being taken in to account makes my experience 5 star plus!

Fantastic experience: I had a peri oral dental appointment with the hygienist as I’ve had ongoing issues with gum bleeding and I had a build up that needed more than just a routine hygienist appointment. I have never been to the hygienist before and had heard stories about pain and even more stories about perio oral treatment! I cannot recommend Shurti (the wonderful hygienist at CGD) or the procedure enough, it didn’t hurt at all and I wasn’t even uncomfortable! My teeth and gums feel amazing and she has really put me at ease in relation to the future of my gum health!! Thank you so much to all the team! I would recommend anyone who is offered this treatment take up!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my experience if it helps someone else’s decision for Invisalign’s. Let’s just say I have done my research and contacted and been to six other dental clinics, that offer this service but I am so impressed with gentle dental. From my first chat with the most helpful and understanding receptionist to being greater by a lovely lady called Paige and the most nicest, friendly, caring and must say attention to detail dental practitioners. I was blown away i didn’t feel I out stayed my welcome all questions answered very thorough with the treatment plan. Walking away a very happy and excited patient to start my teeth journey for a more confident smile. Highly recommend being someone that is a nervous person attending the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Shri undertook a dental extraction of a wisdom tooth yesterday.He explained the process thoroughly in a professional and friendly manner. Shri sought feedback from me throughout the process as to my pain levels. The whole procedure was completed quickly and I was given clear verbal and written post procedure information as to the care of the socket, with a follow up consultation appointment made. All the staff at this practice are extremely helpful and proactive in the interests of the patient.

A very pleasant experience, and whilst the words ‘extraction’, ‘relaxing’ and ‘therapeutic’ are never usually used in the same sentence, in this instance it couldn’t have been more the case. Negative experience: I came to the clinic hoping they would fix my sensitivity in the gums and tooth. They had tried two fillings on the same tooth and that did not resolve my problem. They told me a root canal was not an option and that a skin graph was the only option knowing that I have a chronic condition. Due to my chronic health condition, EDS, I decided to have a second opinion in London and the new dentists I saw all told me that a skin graph is not an option due to my condition. The new specialist dentist told me that the nerve was severely damaged, which the dentists at Crowborough Gentle Dental did not say. I have now had a root canal with this new specialist and it has resolved my problem. I would advise that if you have a chronic health condition that you get a second opinion if a skin graph is an option they give you at this clinic. Apart from this, all the staff were friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am dentist phobic - will avoid the dentist as much as possible. I had to go today as I had a broken tooth. The staff were all fantastic and really reassuring as soon as I walked through the door. The dentist numbed me before he administered the anaesthetic so I didn’t even feel the needle going in. He had to remove an old filling before he could rebuild my tooth - I felt nothing. I would highly recommend visiting Gentle Dental.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would! Staff are ever so friendly and supportive, from the moment you step in the office they are welcoming and attentive. I am near the end of my Invisalign treatment and I couldn’t have done this elsewhere as you just wouldn’t get this type of customer service anywhere else! During my visits, Dr Shreyas was so helpful and made sure I was comfortable with each step of my treatment. He answered any questions clearly and confidently, gave easy to follow instructions and was always there if I needed more reassurance. My only regret is that I didn’t get Invisalign sooner!! But it wasn’t too late, I’m currently 8 months in and my teeth have never looked better. Honestly, I highly recommend Crowborough Gentle Dental, you won’t regret it!

I’ve not been to the dentist for a good 8 years and I came across Crowborough Gentle Dental after a tooth cracking. The whole procedure becoming a new patient was super easy online and was able to get a slot the week later which I did not expect. When the time came for the appointment the reception team were so lovely and helpful in particular I think her name was Julie and she was great! Hazel was my dentist and she went through everything that needed doing to my teeth. As I expected I needed a fair bit of work doing. The treatment plan was divided up into about 5 or 6 sessions I think. Hazel was absolutely amazing explaining every time what she would be doing each time and made me feel at ease as I’ve always been terrified of the dentist. Hazel’s helper was also really great as well. I’ve just finished my treatment and I could not be more happier with it all and I really do want to thank the team at Crowborough Gentle Dental for making the whole process so easy and pain free! Fantastic experience: Where do I start? Without doubt, the greatest dental experience I have had. Perhaps undervalued, the reception team welcome you on arrival and make you feel very comfortable before treatment - often sharing stories of their lives and checking in on yours! The highlight for me was the expertise shown by the Invisalign dentist - Shreyas - which was the reason for my visits. He was meticulous, resolute to satisfy my requests and continued to make adaptations to treatment, ensuring the outcome was as good as could be. A fantastic dental practice with professionalism, kindness and care sown through its very walls! A huge thank you from me!

Negative experience: I came here hoping the ‘name’ would reflect the ethos and being nervous after previous experiences of taking time to go completely numb I needed some level of understanding, instead the male dentist told me the drilling pain was in my head, he left my filling rough and I was unable to chew normally for 2 months until it had worn down, he told me I was phobic and needed sedation. As a consequence of this experience I’ve avoided going to any other dentist until I recently had to, the experience at the practice in east Grinstead was worlds apart, they listened, they numbed me with precision they checked me frequently, they showed compassion, I didn’t feel a thing and they spent ages polishing off the teeth to ensure they were comfortable to bite. I would like to add though that the dental hygienist (Melissa?) was absolutely fantastic and checked in with me throughout.

Negative experience: Charged me as a new customer when I'd been before. Butchered my teeth. Charged me a fortune for the privilege. Filling fell out within 6 months and they still had the cheek to ring me up to tell me I was overdue on my check up and I should book a new one. I did.....with another dentist.

Fantastic experience: After months of pain in my jaw, countless treatments and TMJ exercises that did not work I finally got the help I needed at the Gentle Dental practice. Dr Shri and the team are brilliant! Every visit there is a joy as you know that you will be well cared for, whether you go for a treatment, teeth cleaning or just a check up. For my TMJ pain I had a number of sessions of laser treatment which got rid of the pain, popping and grinding in my jaw as well as a digital tmj splint made to order that has made a tremendous difference just after 24 hours of wearing it. The care at the clinic is outstanding; from the reception staff, dental nurses and the doctors. Thank you team Gentle Dental!

Fantastic experience: Can only speak very highly of the dentists and the hygienist at this dental surgery. They are professional but also very kind and live up to their name. This week I had to see the hygienist and I can only praise her for her prompt and efficient service. I was very nervous as I have always found this treatment to be painful but she was so gentle that it did not hurt at all. She put me at ease and explained everything very clearly. A lovely manner.

Fantastic experience: I’m petrified of the dentist and needed emergency appointment, they managed to get me appointment that day, medication i needed before having my teeth out. I choose that sedation method and it was amazing experience. They kept me rest assured. They were all kind and thoughtful, supportive and understand my fears. I went again today to have another two teeth out same experience as above. They go above ans beyond I feel so relaxed about going as I know I am in amazing hands. Fantastic experience: Dr Shri recommended me to have Dr Melissa's work for front teeth rebuild and crown replacement in the last month - I had excellent results with very gentle and sympathetic work in the chair. The whole team works well together including practice owner, associate dentists, assistants, hygienists and reception. I have used them since the practice helped me at short notice some years ago. Fantastic experience: I was seen by Shree for an implant, which I was really quite nervous about. However Shree explained everything that was going to happen at every appointment, was thorough & kind, never felt rushed. The prep work appointment was a long one, but Shree & his nurse were always advising me what was next etc, instructions were clear. End result is excellent, fit is perfect. Yes, it is expensive, but the work & care that I had I couldn't fault !

Fantastic experience: After my usual dentist failed to see a tooth problem and couldn’t fit me in for a month I went to gentle dental. Their staff saw me within 3 days and spotted the tooth problem and operated on it the same day and then were also able to book me in for a hygienist clean next day before I go away with work for 4 months. Thank you to Shri, Paige, Rosh, Estela and Shewta for being really friendly and amazing. I’ll see you all again in 6 months! I could not recommend this dental team enough!

Negative experience: Paid nearly a thousand pounds for a filling that lasted 2 days. A crown that lasted 3 weeks. When that fell out I was then told I would need a post and costly root canal treatment by another dentist. The nice bit is the lady that did the crown. Very pleasent to deal with and she said the new crown would be free of charge. Sadly still, nearly a grand spent and no tooth apart from the crown that never was to be.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hazel de la Rosa, who initially fitted me with veneers. When it became clear that veneers weren't the best option for me, she went above and beyond by replacing them with crowns at no additional cost. Hazel was incredibly attentive, hardworking, and personable throughout the entire process. Her welcoming accessible communication style and consummate professionalism really sets her apart. I cannot recommend Hazel highly enough for anyone seeking great dental care. Likewise the Dental Nurses and the staff on reception are wonderful. Great dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Great welcome by friendly receptionists and the dentist put me at ease in the chair. I had been offered implants at the previous dental practice but the alternative that was offered by this dentist fitted my lifestyle, look great and I could not be happier.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken crown in the front and found that they offered an emergency service. On receiving a photo of my tooth he agreed that I needed emergency treatment. I was immediately offered an early appointment. The treatment I was given was excellent and i was given a temporary fix and an explanation of what further treatment I would require for a more permanent result. I was really impressed and grateful for the prompt service.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and called Crowborough Gentle Dental in the hope they could offer sedation to help extract my tooth. I had been seen locally by out of hours and had a failed extraction so the pain I was experiencing was excruciating. I travelled 50 minutes to see Shri and as an anxious patient, I can honestly say it was the best thing I did. He was so calm, reassuring, and Paige was lovely too. I honestly cannot fault the experience I received. Everyone was so calm, reassuring and welcoming. Would I travel 50 minutes to go back there? Yes!! Without a doubt.. Shri managed to separate the tooth to pull out 3 roots, and it was then discovered that the reason for the excruciating pain was because of nerves being exposed and I'd been left that way by the NHS. I honestly can't thank them enough, their personable skills and professionalism outweighs anything I've ever experienced at a dentist before. THANK YOU!!!!

Fantastic experience: Julie was lovely when she called to arrange my appointment on receipt of the online Contact Form that I had submitted and she was so understanding at how distressed I was feeling. To get an appointment so quickly was such a relief and I was truly grateful. As for my actual consultation with Shri, I cannot put into words how amazing he was. I had contacted CGD as a new patient and was not expecting to be treated in such a caring and compassionate way. Shri personally called the Dental Lab at my appointment on Monday to ask if they could make an urgent temporary fixing by Friday so that my smile could at least look cosmetically fine for my Daughter's wedding party celebration this weekend. The effort that he put into persuading them was so unexpected and was so appreciated and, after a terrible 2 days of feeling so anxious and upset about how I was going to cope with the prospect of looking awful in any photos, the relief was indescribable. I am totally indebted to him and am so happy that I managed to find such a wonderful, caring Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a recent filling elsewhere and they cracked my tooth. Gentle dental were fabulous in fitting me in quick and tooth the whole tooth out for me. Hardly any pain and no side effects after. This was in September 2023. Like most people, I avoid the dentist as I’m scared. My daughter had recently had treatment from Shri and I thought I’d book in for a check up. Shri and Paige were lovely. He checked all my mouth and teeth, answered my questions and gave me a good report, just the hygienist would be good. I walked to the receptionists Julie and Alison commenting that Shri was nice! Little did I know he was behind me!! Well, that made me hot and red!!! In all honesty, Gentle Dentle have helped me and my daughter out in emergencies and the check up today was pain free. You get text and calls as reminders which isn’t a bad thing if, like my family, we have lots of appointments. Hygienist is in May so watch out for my review!!

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't rate gentle dental enough! I've always suffered with extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists, this being due to a bad experience with a dentist many years ago. I then got recommended gentle dental, and since I've been with them it has truly been a life changer! I truly have lost my fear and I don't have to be put to sleep for anything at all anymore. I can't stop smiling and I couldn't be more happier. Every single member of staff is so polite, happy and they are always smiling. I love the positive and happy atmosphere every time I walk in. I honestly can't thank them enough for what they have done for me so far, and for being so truly amazing and supportive and getting me out of my fear. I have and will be continuing to recommend gentle dental to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Gentle Dental for a while now and I’m an extremely nervous patient with complex health problems and a wheelchair user. The receptionists and the Dentists are amazing. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you. I saw Shri today and he and his assistant were brilliant. I could stay in my wheelchair as have trouble transferring to the chair. All my questions and concerns were answered in great detail. I was treated with respect as always and although I still get extremely nervous before my appointments they soon make me feel more relaxed. I highly recommend Gentle Dental definitely a 5***** practice.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start, I have never been happy with my teeth so I thought my only option was to go abroad and get my teeth done but then I had my invisalign consultation at gentle dental and they said what they could do. I was still very skeptical, but my wife wanted me to give it ago before going abroad. My treatment plan was 6 months, which I have just completed, and I must say I am very happy with the final picture. So please come and have a consultation and see what they can do for you before going abroad. I just want to say a big thanks to the whole team at gentle dental. I am always very helpful and professional.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic dentist! The staff are always so lovely and friendly. I particularly had a great experience today... I have massive anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and since recently moving to the area, I needed a filling. I have a big phobia of needles, however, the dentist Shri and dental nurse Paige were absolutely fabulous! They were so supportive and understanding, they were so easy to talk to and kept me distracted while having the injection. Shri then kept me updated throughout the entire filling and was very positive about everything. I feel my fear has definitely gone down after this visit. I couldn't recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I went today to see the dentist Harris Ahmed, what a great dentist. I'm a very nervous person in dental care but he explained everything and put me at ease. A lovely nurse helping who was great as well. I highly recommend this dentist if like me you are nervous patient. The nurse was Estela just wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Had a really bad gum infection around my implants and was in danger of losing them (done elsewhere ten years ago). Shri used this new magic laser to clean it all up and avoided me having to have really nasty surgery and stitches. PAINLESS This laser is definitely the way forward in all sorts of dentistry. We are so lucky to have access to this in Crowborough. Thank you Shri and Paige and all the staff. Also now thank you Dr Haris and Estela for sorting out my lost inlay. Great team. No pain at all!

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist until I came across Gentle Dental. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming and are brilliant at creating an inviting atmosphere in what can be quite a sterile environment. The dentist Shri is an absolute asset to the practice. His kind demeanour immediately puts you at ease and he is the literal embodiment of the 'gentle dentist'. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Shri & Gentle Dental Crowborough. My gums/bones had really deteriorated through anti-cancer treatments. I dreaded my first visit for fear of losing teeth but I needn’t have! The team were just brilliant. I had the laser treatment over 3 sessions which was surprisingly painless. Now 3 weeks later & I am simply astonished at the results. My gums are healthy & tight again & my teeth feel much stronger already. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have not been to the dentist for many years as i am not afraid to admit and a bit of a coward as a result of many bad experiences in the past. I can honestly say that the treatment i received from both Haris (Dentist) & Paige (very capable assistant) was fantastic. A large filling and two broken teeth fixed later i am a very satisfied customer and will be returning on a regular basis. Fantastic experience: Having been in a lot of pain Saturday and Sunday, I messaged Gentle Dental at 14.06 on Sunday with the hope of being seen early Monday. Shiva messaged me back immediately and I was seen by Shri at 14.30 the same day! I was given Antibiotics and a follow up appointment for the Tuesday. Truly, a great experience from start to finish.

I contacted Gentle Dental online Sunday evening and was seen as an emergency the next day. I was completely put at my ease by Julie the receptionist right through to the dentist.
