Fantastic experience: My son needed a tooth removed for braces to be fitted. The dentist was very calm and talked him through the process. The dentist gave us comprehensive aftercare information.

Fantastic experience: I have only ever been registered at this Dental practice (The Chantry, Nuffield house and now its new location within the Stow shopping precinct) and am now 70. A dental visit is usually accompanied by a small amount of trepidation. However I can honestly say that I’m no longer sure why? Long gone are the days when treatment was painful. I guess it’s a fear of the unknown. Highly recommend Dr Dusam Beko and his assistant. They both offer time, patience, understanding,and empathy. They are not to leave . His assistant (Jackie?), always greets me with a tremendously welcoming smile, and asks how I am . Today I saw Alex for discussion about an implant. Alex took into account my current health problems, advised procedures necessary, and chose the best route for me. Thank you

Negative experience: My mum went to this dental practice and saw Dr Dusam Beko. She had her denture mould done three times before she could pick up her dentures. When she went to pick them up, she tried them on in front of him and informed them that they were too loose and falling out and clearly wrong size. When my mum said "look they are falling out" as she was talking, the doctors responded by saying " just buy some glue." That's when one of the dentist assistant tried to assist the situation by offering glue however they were stopped by the dentist who rudely said to the assistant not to give her, "she should go and buy it herself" My mum tried in vain to tell them the dentures were wrong size but the dentist wasn't interested. She felt unheard and felt she was given second class treatment by this dentist because she is an NHS patient.

Today they went above and beyond for me when I got a large, unexpected payment due after my treatment. The receptionist really helped me out and made me feel comfortable, going above and beyond what she needed to do. I am extremely grateful to her.
