I would like to say a big thankyou to all members of the team at Park Dental for there brilliant professionalism and care when dealing with my dental journey . I've always been a dental coward and when my transplant consultant told me to get my teeth in order! I decided with a couple of recommendations to go with Park Dental. From the outset they put me at ease, reassured me and explained all my options . Farid suggested a course of treatment that ended last week with me having five implants and one bridge being fitted. This has allowed me to smile with confidence. With all the technology they use now, combined with the way they look after you has made the trip to the dentist trauma free. I cannot thank them enough and would always recommend them as best place to go for all thing s dentistry related. My wife is now starting her own journey with Park dental after seeing my positive smiles throughout the possesses. Mant thanks Mark Garrett

Fantastic experience: Called to see if this dentist was taking on NHS patients. Although they wasn’t, Nicole who answered the phone spoke me through all of the options on how I could join the practice. Keeping my options open but this is definitely worth the review

Positive experience: Not overly impressed with having to wait longer in waiting room to be called than the appointment lasted, especially with the taste of "music" played in waiting room, which included a song with obscene language.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Park Dental Practice for over 55 years and have always had good advice and treatment. Over these years staff have come and gone but all have done their best to keep my teeth in good order. It has moved premises several times but all have been clean and well fitted out. My routine visit today for a check-up and to see the hygienist was quick, painless, prompt and friendly. I could not have asked for more and would recommend Park Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous and apprehensive yesterday when I visited Park Dental in Poole. But I was put at ease, and my tooth extractions were painless and quick thanks to Farrid and the lovely lady with him. Im on a journey to implants but feel very confident this was the right decision.

Fantastic experience: A perfect dental practice visit. There were comfortable seats available in the reception area and our dental surgeon - Ioannis Paraschos entered the reception area on time and escorted me into his surgery. I found the whole visit to the dentist to be pleasant 11/10 for my score.

Each staff member does his/her job efficiently and professionally and the combined result is a very good experience for the patient. Exactly as it should be. I was quite nervous about having wisdom tooth extraction, but Dr Asghari and his team put me at ease. The procedure and aftercare were explained well, with good communication throughout the process. They were very kind and gentle and very thorough in the information they gave me about my examination. Costs were made very clear and both shown and emailed to me.

Fantastic experience: I've had excellent dental care from Park Dental for over 40 years and by Farid ever since he took over the practice. I always feel relaxed and calm. The Poole Park Dental Team not only provide dental treatments but tak just as much time discussing oral care and preventative treatments. I had a dental implant in 2012 for a Crown that had lasted 20 years but needed to be replaced. I've been very pleased with the implant and it looks just as good today as it did 11 years ago. I highly recommend Park Dental Practice.

Positive experience: Put an hour on my parking. arrived 5 mins before appointment. 15 mins check up and 15mins hygienist who had to be advised by my wife to get me in quickly as my parking was running out!. Otherwise lovely practice and friendly service.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer care, as usual, from the whole team of reception, hygienists, technicians and dentists. Everyone takes a personal approach to making an essential service as painless as possible. Given that its only a twice a year visit it feels welcoming and safe and secure. The new reception area is as welcoming as the team.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient, I couldn’t recommend these dentists enough. Each member of staff I have seen has been patient, kind and understanding throughout my appointments. I have really appreciated how they have all explained their processes along the way each time too. I came here for an emergency appointment after many years of not visiting the dentist, and having sudden pain, but have since had a routine appointment and a hygienist appointment which both happened without any extra stress thanks to the staff here. I have been particularly pleased with the fact that I do not feel pressured to make further appointments or to accept any treatment that I have not felt necessary.

Fantastic experience: had a Root Canal done initially and then 2 crowns fitted with Farid, initial prep work was a couple of hours, but was able to have breaks in between and wasn't in any discomfort. Had the crowns fitted 2 days ago which felt a bit tight, but both crowns have settled really well. No issues at all and bite back to normal. Recommend

I might not have been dealt the luckiest deal in the the toothypeg lottery, but I certainly feel fortunate in the excellent dental care I have received over the years. I am always greeted with a smile from the friendly reception staff and continue to be impressed by the professionalism and care Farid and the team exhibit at each appointment. The investment in technology and modernising the practice over the past few years is impressive to say the least.

Fantastic experience: This has been my dental practise for a few years and where I've undergone the most difficult of denistry work in my life. I'm an oldie so the first time I remember going to a dentist was 70 years ago. Farid's surgery is a welcoming bright affair which is far removed from the dismal dentists of the 1950s. Farid has done a lot of work renewing for me 40 and 50 year-old fillings and performing an extremely long procedure where it was necessary to remove a 35 year old cracked root canal filling with the added complication that my own bone had grown over part of the filling. The work was finalised by filling that gap with an implant along with a second implant. He has been so thorough and it's not been quick work. He has constantly checked progress never rushing and given plenty of time for my gum to settle, testing for bone strength, adding bone where necessary doing umpteen x-rays, photographing with a 'thing' I've never seen before. Shall we say I don't think it would have been possible to be any more thorough in any way. Farid's team were himself and always 2 of his assistants in my procedures and all are clearly professional and competent with Farid constantly issuing soft speedy instructions many times a minute which gave me confidence throughout the many hours of complicated dentistry work I've had done. Even with the 2+hour long procedure to remove the root canal filling which my own bone had grown over, there was no aftermath pain other than needing a few paracetamols for a few days and salt water washes. I completely recommend this dental practise and thank all the charming team for making it as pleasurable as dentistry can be.

Fantastic experience: The Team (Staff) & Park Dental are Great; efficient and polite :-) Nobody likes to pay for dental but if you get good care & treatment it is good and you get that here.

The dentist Ioannis is excellent and there appears to be a good understanding between him & the dental nurse who is very efficient. He explained the cause of the issue and what needed to be done. Fantastic experience: I attended this practice recently for my 3 monthly dental hygienist appointment and twice yearly check up with the dentist. I have been a patient for many years and have always found the staff were friendly and helpful. There has been a big investment in equipment and the whole place is beautifully decorated and clean. The standard of treatment has been consistently high for both check ups and treatment. I cannot recommend this practice too highly. I attended this surgery yesterday, 18/09/24, to have a chipped tooth repaired. I received the usual high standard of care, this time from Dr Ioannis Paraschos who was concerned not in just repairing the tooth but also ensuring I was not in any pain. Praise too for Noelle my dental hygienist whose preventative work every 3 months is certainly keeping my teeth and gums in good condition.

Negative experience: Unlike my first visit in that week.. the 2nd visit was the opposite as in .. the atmosphere …was Cold .. my private life with one of your staff(my daughter) should not affect your work life regarding myself as a patient .

Fantastic experience: Seen promptly when having dental pain. Timely treatment plan organised immediately and next appointment booked. Just had the new crown fitted to the implant. Producing the crown now involves a swift scan of the mouth using a hand held device so quick and pain free. Thank you team :-)

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth in the centre and Dr Farid Asghari extracted the remainder of tooth and inserted the first stage of an implant at the same time. As the gum was very thin we had to allow sufficient healing time before the next stage.During the entire procedure Dr Asghari and his team were all very professional and caring and I attended the surgery several times for him to check on the healing.Eventually I was able to have the crown fitted successfully.I cannot fault the care and attention I received through the whole procedure.I thank you Dr Asghari and his team for your excellent service.Mrs Gillian Manuel

He was brilliant with my daughter, explaining the importance of brushing her teeth and was understanding when she was a little nervous about her check up when it was her turn in the chair. Personally, I found Dr Angelos Sideris to be very thorough, friendly and professional as was Sara, his assistant that day. I usually visit Noelle for my hygienist appointments, who always does a superb job, is super friendly and puts me at ease when the sound of the equipment is putting me on edge!!

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous about having an implant to replace a very wobbly front tooth. "People" had told me how uncomfortable this procedure could/would be. I've used Park Dental for many years and built up a high degree of trust in their services. None the less I was still apprehensive. I'm pleased to report the whole process was really easy and pain free. They guided me through the course of events, stuck to the agreed time table and I'm thrilled to say I have an implant fitted and working without any of the trauma "people" told me to expect. 10/10 :-)
