Fantastic experience: Really love this dental surgery. My whole family attend here. We visit DR FAISAL, hands down the best dentist we have ever seen. Great with children and patients he really takes his time and educates us with oral hygiene etc. whenever I have an tooth infection and need an emergency appointment the surgery really helpful and book me in. The surgery really clean and the receptionists are really kind and helpful. We’re never going anyway else .

Fantastic experience: Had a very good experience at Gentle Dental Care after going there for the first time yesterday. I have had an issue with a wisdom tooth and Dr Faisal ran me through exactly what the issue was, what could happen further down the line, and prescribed me what I needed to fix it. He was eager to help, which isn’t common in my experiences.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been registered at Gentle Dental Care since at least 1998. The entire team are extremely kind and caring from the receptionists to the dentists. I won’t be moving anytime soon. I should mention that I used to get really anxious about attending dentist appointments but that is no longer an issue as any recommended treatment is explained fully and with enough detail for you to make an informed decision. Thank you for all you do and keep up the amazing work !

Fantastic experience: Review by Harsha Popat: I came for treatment at Gentle Dental Care 391 Wikham Road, Croydon last week for 3 appointments. The surgery reception was very clean and the receptionist friendly . The waiting room was also very clean and inviting....hot and cold drinks were available. The waiting room has nice pictures soothing to the mind like the name of the dental practice. I did not have to wait too long to be seen. The dentist room was amazing! It had a view of a beautiful garden.I was used to four walls in my local surgery in Hillingdon. The room had the latest equipment machine.The wall was covered with qualifications of Dr Mishal Sachdev and I was resured that I was in the best place! I saw different dentists to cover a different area in my gums and teeth. Everything was explained to me before the treatment was done. The tooth canals search was quick I did feel any pain or too much discomfort. The staff are very professional and I was happy with all the three appointments. I intent to return after a couple of months to do more work on my teeth. I went to my local dentist.The reception is ancient,same as it was twenty years ago.The wooden bench in the reception is the same. The dentist room is the same! The four walls with nothing are the same! That dentist suggested I take out my wisdom tooth.... quiet the opposite advise given at Gentle Dental Care.Since I have osteoporosis I should not take out the tooth. Instead root canal was found to preserve that tooth n another tooth too. I am grateful to the staff of the surgery to take care of my teeth and my smile too

My children enjoy and look forward to attending his appointments. He makes the whole experience very gullible and accessible for my children. They don’t feel scared or frightened from the procedures and the credit goes to this dedicated team that allows them to feel at home every time we visit them. Dr. Faisal is a very experienced and methodical dentist, I recommend his services to specially mums with young children. They often award my sons with their famous superhero stickers that my children love. My baby loves attending their appointments because he knows he will get the Spider-Man sticker at the end.
