Fantastic experience: More Than 5 Stars! I recently accidentally fractured my tooth, and as someone who has always had a genuine fear of the dentist, I was incredibly nervous about getting it treated. After reading so many glowing reviews and doing my own research, I was recommended to visit The Centre of Dental Excellence and specifically to see Dr Kushal Gadhia, and I am so glad I did! I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Gadhia and his wonderful nurse Ayesha. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely calm and at ease , it honestly felt more like a spa experience than a dental procedure , complete with lovely calming background music! ☺️ Dr Kushal is not only exceptionally skilled at what he does, but his positive attitude and incredible energy are amazing, you feel it as soon as you walk in. He is one of the kindest, most understanding and caring dentists you could ever meet, and he truly goes above and beyond to ensure every patient feels comfortable and cared for. This experience has shown me the difference between a multi-specialist dental clinic and a regular clinic, you really do get what you pay for, and the level of care is on a completely different level. My fear of the dentist has eased so much after this visit, and I can confidently say that Dr Kushal Gadhia deserves more than 5 stars, he is simply the best dentist in London. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I was seen today at the Centre of Dental Excellence for an emergency appointment. Dr. Raveendran and his nurse, were both extremely professional and gentle throughout the treatment. Would also like to say thank you to Jalpa, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Fantastic experience: I have had a very pleasant experience with Centre of Dental Excellence recently. The politeness, the professionalism and quality of the service are at the top, just like what you see in their name. They are excellent indeed in every aspect. I was treated specifically well because of my disabilities. Mital (the dental specialist) and Angela (the administrator) gave me a lot of help to make me easier and convenient. At the beginning of the treatment, Mital explained in details about what my problem was and what he was going to do, and then he did it very gently and thoroughly. Fantastic experience: I am a general dental practitioner that has been referring patients to this centre for 5 years. Whenever a patient has needed specialist intervention, I have never had any hesitation in recommending/referring the clinicians at the Centre of Dental Excellence. Every single patient that has been seen there has given positive feedback and the outcome has been favourable for all parties. Once their consultation/treatment has been completed, a very detailed follow up report has been sent advising on any further follow up required. Sapna, the treatment co-ordinator, has been nothing short of excellent in dealing with referral queries. The admin staff, including Angela, Marta and Vanisha, have been fabulous in their involvement with patient care. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practice. Dr Mukar was very clear and helpful with explaining the treatment that I needed (removing tooth decay and adding a filling). He also presented before and after treatment photos to demonstrate the various steps taken to complete my treatment. Also need to mention Ayesha who helped Dr Mukar with the various appointments I had and she was excellent. Finally Angela has been handling the booking of my appointments and has always followed up the next day after an appointment to check that I was ok which I really appreciate. Fantastic experience: I’d like to preface this that I’ve always been terrified of the dentist, even at my big age. But honestly every single person at the Centre for Dental Excellence is truly wonderful and gave me the best care. I came in hating my smile, especially having had a snaggletooth randomly emerge and move all my teeth. I had that removed which was shockingly not painful at all and I felt in very very safe hands. Then I decided I wanted to correct my teeth with braces with the magician that is Dr. Neil Patel, it’s been a journey having braces again and I’m over the moon with the results and even more so with the care I received. Dare I say it I think I’m actually going to miss my dentist and the whole team, cannot recommend them all enough.

Fantastic experience: I had to receive an implant after damaging a tooth - Dr Gadhia (and Catalina and Monika!) were excellent. The whole process was simple and the surgery itself pain-free and easy with great aftercare help provided. The implant itself looks completely authentic, no one can tell. I’ve also been seeing Rumana for hygiene sessions who is brilliant as well. Really nice place with good people.

Fantastic experience: I have completed today almost six months of dental treatment at the wonderful Centre of Dental Excellance in Stanmore - 1 implant and a bridged crown. Yes, my treatment was long lasting and slightly irritating but it has all paid off in the end. I recommend this specialist centre, particularly to any person hesitating whether they should give them a try... The care, compassion, kindness and dedication shown to me, a somewhat nervous patient initially were exemplary. Their priority is putting patients' needs first. Very expensive but the final result was worth it......

Fantastic experience: Was referred by my local dentist due to a missing tooth on my front lower set of teeth. This had caused me issues with self confidence and found myself trying to talk without opening my mouth too wide to avoid people seeing the gap. From the offset everyone including the receptionists were very welcoming and Dr Rodriguez and Nurse Catalina became the familiar faces who looked after me throughout. We discussed several options and ultimately I decided upon getting a bridge. The process was so efficient, with appointments being offered at earliest opportunities and even when the bridge first arrived from the lab Dr Rodriguez was not fully satisfied with the colouring so he sent it back and I could tell he took pride in wanting it be done to perfection. When the bridge was fitted I have to say I am over the moon with the result. It looks amazing and blends in with my existing teeth so well. It has given me a full confidence boost. It is my first time using private dentistry but it has been worth every penny for the service received. If I ever I need any further work doing I wouldn’t be looking anywhere else other than here. Fantastic experience: I recently completed my treatment to fit dental implant and was delighted with the service I received from the Centre of Dental Excellence, Stanmore. The staff were very caring and explained each stage of the process thoroughly, so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole experience was an education especially with the use of such advanced technology. Granted having implants is not a pleasant journey at the best of times, but Dr Gadhia and his staffs were wonderful. and I felt that I was in very good, experienced hands. Fantastic experience: To be honest I have been to quite a few dentists in the last few years because I just wasn't satisfied with the level of treatment (or lack of) not to mention compassion to my dental issues. With being put on lengthy waiting lists with no updates on when you would be seen and being left in the dark. I had been through so much headache because I couldn't find a dentist that I was happy with and trusted. I was seen by Dr Puja Morgan and her assistant Eugenia at this dental clinic. Absolutely satisfied with the treatment. I had a molar extracted that had plagued me for roughly two years. I had been to three dentists before finally coming here and they all refused to pull out the tooth as it would be a complex extraction. I was even referred from a previous dentist and had waited for nearly two years without even being informed that the referral never went through (it was bounced back) And yet, after all this, I was luckily referred to the Centre of Dental Excellence. Dr Puja is a skilled dentist, Eugenia the assistant was polite and helpful, the process was smooth for me. When I had an issue after extraction it was solved quickly, I am nearly fully healed now and I felt they did a fantastic job, for more complex treatments they are well equipped to deal with them and nowadays it is hard to find a dental clinic you can have faith in. I would definitely recommend the Centre of Dental Excellence and would return in the future for any other issues

Fantastic experience: I've had two fairly 'heavy' dental procedures here which were of course not pleasant, but both Mital and Eugenia looked after me incredibly well and made the whole affair much easier than it could have been. The after-care has been excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I only had the second one yesterday, do have some pain still, and yet I'm still recommending them - that's how good they are :-)

Negative experience: I agree with the other reviewer, this is full of fake reviews. I had a full check up in February, plus a so-called deep clean with this practice. It was more just a thorough general clean. Today I was asked to pay another initial consultation fee of £100+ just to see another dentist at the same practice. This seems money grabbing over care and I trust my gut. I have now booked with an alternate private practice. They have charged me just £30 for the initial consultation. My advice is to shop around - you can do way better.

Negative experience: I believe alot of the reviews here are fake . I was charged over £2000 for what was no more than an intence couple of hygienist appointments and some advice as to how to clean inbetween the gums . When I questioned the hygienist as to why it was so much she immediately become very defensive and cited the fact it's a specialist practice and one of the reasons was that they had a few dental picks instead of one or two . On my final appointment with Doctor Ghadi or Kushal as he likes to be know . He turned up late , looked in my mouth for about 1 minute charged £150 said all good and turned on the high pressure sales tactics using fear about losing all my teeth to sign me up for a maintenance programme which was about 1000 per year other wise my teeth would fall out. I decided never to go back and that I had been ripped off. 3 years later I have just been seeing regular hygienists at £70 per time 2 times per year and all my teeth are fine and gums in great health. Avoid this place unless you want to be conned out of alot of money .

Fantastic experience: I saw the hygienist today. She was very friendly & kind. I'm so happy with the treatment I received and with the entire service, from start to finish. My teeth feel amazing, thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mital Patel, Eugenia and rest of team were professional, made me feel comfortable during the procedure with excellent care and point of contact service for any questions post procedure. Thank you for making it such a comfortable experience given it was my first time under local anaesthetic. They are an asset to the organisation.

Fantastic experience: I receive dental hygiene treatment from Priyanka. I am not technically qualified in that field, but she seems very good. The treatment can be uncomfortable or even painful, but Priyanka does an great job of keeping it as painless and comfortable as possible. She also has an excellent friendly manner.

Fantastic experience: I have had two appointments with Rumana Husein (dental hygienist) and both times the work has been conducted in a very professional calming manner. So full marks from me, I highly recommend her to everyone and will return when I need any treatment in future. Chris Wright

Negative experience: I had an appointment and I was about to be late 40 minutes, they told that they can’t reschedule or refund me anything from the full amount of £562. I was doing a root canal treatment that was split into multiple stages and this was my first missing. At least they should have offer one time free reschedule or partial refund.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Ramona who was amazing with my son for his first teeth clean. She made him feel at ease and did a great job, and he now looks forward to his next visit

Fantastic experience: I had two upper wisdom teeth removed by Dr Puja Morgan and Catalina and I couldn’t rate them highly enough - they made me feel completely at ease and were extremely caring, and technically brilliant at extracting my teeth. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the dental treatment I received from the hygienist Ramana H.For many years I had been facing challenges in respect of my gums .Ramana trained me to clean my gums effectively at home.This has been completely life changing . She remained consistently professional and empathic in her practice.I highly recommend her and the centre of Dental Excellence.She is such an asset to the practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Puja Norman and Catalina were fantastic in their approach and execution of a tricky tooth extraction. They made sure I was comfortable, aware and took great care throughout the procedure. What normally would be quite an anxious and daunting experience was made much more pleasant under their care. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist to Centre of dental excellence in October . So far I’ve had a great experience, the reception are very friendly and in particular a lady named Kellie who usually phones me the next day after my appointment to ask me how it went . The hygienist and Dr Mital do a superb job. In two appointments the hygienist listed all the tools that I would need to improve my gum health and manually showed me how to use my electric toothbrush more effectively , recommended me a new oral b electric toothbrush to use which has really helped . I was happy to know that at my second appointment with her that the plaque levels were gradually improving , though I have a long way to go. On Wednesday 23rd of November I had my first ever deep cleaning. Beforehand I was very anxious and nervous for this deep cleaning but it went better than expected. Dr Mital and his assistant treated me with care and eased my anxiety . I recommend anyone who wants to improve their dental /oral health to visit the centre of dental excellence. I wish that I had visited this gums specialist and periodontist ages ago .

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my treatment to fit a dental implant and was delighted with the service I received from the Centre of Dental Excellence, Stanmore. The staff were very caring and explained each stage of the process thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole experience was an education especially with the use of such advanced technology; I am so pleased I chose this practice.

Negative experience: This place is what nightmares about Dentists are made of. I went in with one filling needing replacing and was told I needed several more, over the course of the next few weeks (after being charged quite a lot of money for them) I went and had the first filling replaced and then the others. Within a few weeks of having fillings replaced which I had only done on their recommendations (I now dont think they needed replacing) I experienced excruciating pain in this tooth. When calling the practice to see someone about it (being in huge pain) I was advised by the secretary that the I needed to give her card details to charge me £150 to come back and see someone - she wouldn't budge on this - its a joke. She then went on to advise me that I most likely needed a root canal, because the filling had hit a nerve - so the lady answering the phone gives dental advice here too. It turned the filling was no where near the nerve. Anyway I managed to get back to see them, where they chipped away more of the tooth on one appointment thinking the tooth was cracked. On return they just followed standard procedures for cracked teeth putting on a metal band which cost me another £150 on the tooth which made no difference, and I needed removed after a few days because it was so uncomfortable. Then telling me its most likely the tooth was cracked and that it was hard to treat. The tooth may not have cracked had they not drilled and removed a filling that was giving me no trouble, at all. I wanted my records to show another dentist, when I asked I was made to fill out a subject access request form - it took them some time to return the records to me, and it was full of nonsense notes that the Dr had fabricated based on his conversations with me probably to avoid being sued. The Dr here gave me no clear plan on what course of action to take when the tooth was cracked - no help except putting a band on it and a temporary filling, literally no direction except for saying it was hard to treat. They basically gave me a filling which was unnecessary and cracked my tooth to the point I am still in pain. Total spent at this place was £1175.00 Result Cracked tooth Filling that has broken within 1 year of being placed They might be polite and courteous but whats the point if they can't treat you properly? Really really disappointed, having spoken to other dentists these guys are expensive too - avoid at all costs

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this dental practice by my NHS dentist for specialist treatment for a very badly infected front tooth .I was seen by Dr. Dipti Mehta and she gave me all the information about the treatment .My case was quite complicated ,but Dr. Mehta was absolutely amazing, giving me all the right advice and she was highly competent to deal with my issues and did a brilliant job. She is very caring and made me comfortable at all times. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone! Very clean and professional practice and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A BIG thanks to Dr.Mehta and to all the staff!!!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Dr puja Morgan & Nurse sapna and the lovely dark haired lady on reception they dealt with my tooth extraction which I was not looking forward to, they turned it into the best dental experience I’ve had in my life making me feel at ease the whole time, playing music of my choice in the background I didn’t even feel like I was in the dental chair, they gave me excellent advise on after care and even gave me a aftercare phone call a week later which I thought was the icing on the cake for me. The practice was so plush and modern with screens on the wall to show you X-rays and pictures etc. I wish I was using this practice in younger years. Thank you guys keep up the good work! Tobi

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Shah for some composite bonding , he was so kind friendly and professional and gave me perfect advise on how I wanted my teeth to look , to which in turn I get many compliments, he also advised on whitening which has brightened up my smile and make me feel more confident, prior to seeing Dr Shah I had seen Rumana for a Hygiene appointment she was amazing and very Thorough throughout and made the appointment very enjoyable. She is also very warm kind ans endearing ans professional. The staff are great all very friendly which make coming to the dentist an enjoyable experience, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was really worried and scared of having my 4 wisdom teeth extracted but thanks to Dr Eyeson and Eugenia all went amazingly! They were both really professional and comforting at the same time as this was my first extraction treatment ever. I received follow up calls after every appointment and Emily has always been really prompt in allowing me to come back when needed for any in person check ups! Really happy of the whole experience! I have just had my second appointment with the AMAZING Puja Morgan and Catalina having my teeth out and they instantly put me at ease made me feel so comfortable and couldn’t feel anything! Fantastic experience: My son was on the waiting list for an extraction under sedation. The wait was too long so I took him to see dr puja Morgan at Stanmore. She managed to convince him to do the treatment without any gas!
