Negative experience: Poor experience with this practice. I had booked & had an afternoon appointment confirmed online; I rang to explain I could not access my phone at work but would be attending the appointment as I was in agony with a wisdom tooth issue. Arrived in my office after work to a text message stating my appointment had been given to somebody else. I am still in shock that this is possibly seen as acceptable customer service. I will take my custom elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Overall I found my experience great everytime I come. I am a nervous patient and find it very difficult to come to the dentist regularly but I am wanting to change this but I needed work done this time and I have been left bruised and in a lot of pain in my left cheek which they said is due to the injection to numb being put into my cheek muscle by mistake. I have had a check up since and they have been fine and I have been reassured. I do like coming to see the dentist at bank dental as they are lovely I just haven’t been very well since I have had this bad experience. I know things can happen by accident so it’s nothing I am blaming just with being a nervous patient anyway I am now even more. I do know they will look after me and that’s all I can ask for.

Fantastic experience: I was met with friendly and helpful reception staff and after a brief wait was escorted into the surgery, where the treatment I received was first rate. Diane, the dentist, kept me fully informed of what my treatment entailed and was really gentle and thorough. I'm never nervous prior to going to an appointment at this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to this practice 07/07/25, because of a change of circumstances I had to leave the dental practice that I have attended since 1973. I must say that the dentist and dental nurse were really helpful and put me at ease.

Negative experience: I've never been a massive fan of this dentist. Every time I come for a check-up, I always get told to book in with hygienist and come back. What happened to a basic scrape and Polish with your checkup?? So you have to come back again and pay another £48. So basically, you pay £27.40 for someone to look in your mouth for a couple of minutes, then another £48 for someone to clean your teeth for 10-15 minutes! #rip off brittan!

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to become a patient at Middleton Bank Dental Practice and can’t thank Dr Fazil and Nurse Shaunna, for their patience and kindness. I was terrified of dentists after an unfortunate experience many years ago, but thanks to this wonderful team of Dr Fazil and Shaunna, I can quite happily recommend the Middleton Dental Practice. I have had quite a lot of work done and I can now smile confidently and I can honestly say,I am no longer frightened of having any dental treatment. I would also like to mention the lovely calm atmosphere at the practice. From the minute you walk into the reception area, the staff welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you once again.

Positive experience: Your the only dentist that asks for money upfront for treatments. I would never pay upfront for something. It's a regular occurrence that appointments are cancelled. I have had it twice now and while I was waiting you rang someone up to cancel theirs as the dentist wasn't available. Apart from that everything else is ok.

Negative experience: Only reason they are getting one star is because their not letting me leave zero stars. They fixed my wife's teeth which cost us 1200 they gave 5 years warranty and now claiming they gave 12 months. The job they did didn't last 6 months. My wife's teeth were better before they did the job. Now it's all falling apart the material they used is going all yellow for some unknown own reason, they can't do anything to solve this and don't seem bothered at all. They are LIARS and will scam you I promise. Stay away from these guys. Their just there to scam you and give you misinformation and make u feel stupid. There are far far far many better dentists than these guys. Who are just here to scam you and do a temporary fix. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I WILL BE SEEING YOU FRAUDSTERS IN COURT

I learnt new things about my daily dental care responsibilities that I wasn't aware of before. Extremely helpful. Thanks! My second airflow treatment with Areej Dosa went great (3/3/25). She took time to give me a thorough clean and answered my questions, giving useful advice on my personal daily care. The staff are always lovely. Highly recommend Middleton bank dental. Thanks!

The manager of the practice is always polite and well-mannered, keen to provide support wherever it is required. I have always been able to secure an appointment at this practice, within an appropriate timeframe. The dentist I see is amazing. She is highly skilled, up-to-date with new practices, and explains exactly what she needs to do. She offers advice around the different options/scenarios that are open to me and how they are likely to impact on me. I never feel pressurised to proceed with any treatment. My dentists expertise are extraordinary good ensuring I feel totally relaxed (at my ease) as procedures are undertaken. I full appreciate that dentistry is not free, it is merely subsided by the NHS, however, I believe that Middleton Dental is excellent value for money. The practice has such a wonderful team. I am very grateful for the care and service they're always striving to maintain. Thank you.

Positive experience: Maryland bridge fitted in may 2024, The tooth broke after six months and had to be replaced. I had to wait a couple of weeks for a replacement as the dentist that did the procedure had moved on. He had to be contacted to return and carry out the procedure again.The support staff where very helpful and polite.

Negative experience: My husband had an appointment today which was booked 2 weeks ago following a check up. He had paid £120 deposit for the recommended treatment. Two days ago he returned from a cruise and has obviously picked up a bug as he got up feeling dreadful and full of a cold. Feeling unable to attend the appointment he called to ask if he could rearrange the appointment for next week. Was informed by the receptionist he couldn't and he would forfeit the deposit. Wouldn't recommend this practice.
