Positive experience: Good

Positive experience: Been a customer for 14 years and always liked the clinic. I tried to book an appointment for the past 3 days but nobody answers the phone. I had to look for another clinic unfortunately.

Negative experience: Previous patience commented he had been number 2 in the queue for a while and wondered if receptionist was working someone from your establishment said receptionist are hard working well I'm not disputing that. They do work hard. Why have I been caller number 1 for the over hour? Is there an issue with your phones? Receptionists talk to patience for over hr? Does the dentist use the receptionist phone to make calls? I have been in the queue 1 hour 30 min. Please find attached the proof. this is not acceptable. I wanted to cancel my appointment as I have been very unwell but not able to get through.

Negative experience: Spent 45mins as caller number 2 at 9am No ones gonna answer that phone

Negative experience: The lady are the reception lacks empathy, very unprofessional. The practice needs a total overhaul to be very honest. I had a terrible experience with my last visit.

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist today, I was a litte nervous my first time there and I had the loveliest Dentist by the name of Pedro Castro who made me feel most welcome and at ease. The you dental nurse was also lovely as well. All in all I had a wonderful experience at the dentist.

Negative experience: I have no idea what is happening. I am trying to make an appointment for my son. Firstly I was caller 2, then next in line. After 15 minutes I called from another phone to see if I could get through. I was caller number 2 in the queue. The phone rang a further 13 minutes on the first phone and then I was disconnected. In total I have now been on the phone for over 40mins and I am yet again caller number 1 and with no answer. Do they actually have a receptionist working?!! Apparently calls are very important?

Fantastic experience: Receptionist lady who wears a hijab is really nice and kind, she's very friendly, adaptive to your needs. The implantologist here + their assistant are both super nice, their treatment was virtually pain free (aside from the healing phase). So supportive. Highly recommend

Positive experience: 25 minutes I was in queue caller number 2!! Then I got a dry reception finally! Worst practice!

Negative experience: I went there yesterday after over 20 years with no dentistry. I suffer with mental health issues from 15 and I’m now 59.. I left the surgery feeling humiliated and ashamed.. my dentist was absolutely horrid and belittling.. I know my teeth are horrid and I’ll probably need dentures but it took so much for me to even book this appointment.. All he talked about was private care, for the first time in my life I’m on benefits so it’s not an option.. he constantly mentioned my oral care.. I know it has been bad. I’m trying to turn my life around and this experiment broke me.. Zero empathy or kindness.. well done and thank you for making me feel worthless Darran

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I've ever visited. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Both the dentist and the receptionists go above and beyond to assist you. I've always found it easy to schedule an appointment, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

She really knows her stuff she was incredibly helpful, provided me with accurate information, and made me feel completely at ease. I was inquiring about private treatments and pricing, and Fahima was patient, calm, and reassuring throughout the conversation. She never pressured me to book an appointment but instead made sure I had all the details I needed. Her professionalism and friendly manner truly stood out. Negative experience: Such a terrible reception service. I was on the phone for an hour made it from number 4 in the queue to number 1. It rang for another 45 minutes then they just hung up. Several times I have shown up for an appointment after taking time off work only to arrive and be told that the appointment has been cancelled. This is a really poor service.

Fantastic experience: Love my Dentist,always happy and polite receptionist. My Dentist is one of the best dentist I've had, can actually have a peaceful conversation without ever being rushed.

Negative experience: They can't even hire receptionists that will answer simple phone calls. They had technical difficulties hence why I’m appointment was canceled 22/11/2024 by the clinic, they rescheduled the second appointment 11/12/2024 with , I tried to call the reception desk I’m number 1 in the queue no-one is answering the phone. Moreover, from the past three years three times doctors referred me to the hospital however the receptionist failed to follow up the case and I have never been to the hospital. I am not the only person based on previous reviews left to this dental clinic in regards to this unprofessionalism by the people at reception. They don’t even deserve one star review.

Negative experience: Worst experience!! They call you the day before your appointment asking to see if you would like to come in earlier. If you say you’re unable to make it that time and you would like to keep your original time they cancel on you the next day right before your appointment. It’s happened more than once. Do not join this practice your better off finding somewhere else and they never pick up the phone!

Negative experience: Very ironic how most reviews are about the receptionists doing a great job however this review is going to be about your absolutely rubbish phone line. İmagine being in the queue for 4 HOURS! I have been number 2 in the queue for ATLEAST an hour so please do explain what takes so long? A call should take max 10-15mins right? And thats if its not just to book an appointment? Honestly nothing in my right mind can find an answer as to why a denists phoneline is busy for so long? Either it’s not working properly (the time accuracy is definately wrong) or your just not bothered to pick up? Very fustrating and this isnt the first time! Whats the point if people can not get in contact with u by phone for 4 hours! Disgusting.

The dentist Jose is very helpful and explains things very well, gives advice and treatments that are really necessary. Also, Alejandra at the reception is very attentive and helps you find the perfect appointment for you, they have a great team, thanks for everything!

Negative experience: You have to question the credibility of this dental practice if they can't even hire receptionists that will answer simple phone calls. Phoned numerous times of the day (morning, afternoon and then evening) to the point I left the phone up to closing time with no response despite being in queue 1of1 for an hour. Moreover, I am not the only person based on previous reviews left to this dental clinic in regards to this unprofessionalism by the people at reception.

Negative experience: Its messed up not right not good and a shame, you are going to be waiting for someone to answer the phone 10 mins 20, 30 even hour why? very busy you would think none stop reception working over hard, HELL NO!! I have phoned, stayed on phone all the way from elephant and castle to Peckham dental waiting all that time and still no answer, arrived there to find receptionist with one elderly patience which she has already attend and still i was put on hold?? why its clearly not busy as they would like people to assume. fixes waiting time to answer phone. I will probably get a generic answer and they wont actual address and try change anything for the better.

Negative experience: Dentist Jose Neves ! he is unprofessional rude and irresponsible i see him because i hade pain my tooth and he told me he have to remove it my tooth and he start remove my tooth with out give me an injection or Anesthesia.i asking him what are you dowing how could you remove my tooth with out giving or injecting me Anesthesia he sed comeon even a child do this with out. i have very bad experience with him
