Fantastic experience: It’s pricey, but both of the dentists are amazing at what they do. I always feel welcome, comfortable, and know that I am in safe hands, only worry about the price (lol) nothing else. Would not go anywhere else (except when I am in my home country). Thank you

Positive experience: I’m little disappointed with my experience at this practice. I was searching for local hygienists and was drawn in by the advertised “special offer” on Wednesdays. To view availability, you’re required to enter your details — came to find that Wednesdays were fully booked for several weeks. Because of this, I didn’t go ahead with the booking and instead looked at other clinics. The following day, or day after, I received a call from the practice offering me a Wednesday appointment due to a cancellation, which I accepted. The cleaning itself was okay, though I left feeling that my teeth weren’t thoroughly cleaned — particularly the lower front four teeth, which I did point out during the appointment. That alone wouldn’t have prompted me to leave a review, the techs were lovely and professional, but what really brought me to write a review (this being my first ever Google review) is that I feel the practice was dishonest. After the appointment, I informed the charge is £80 — despite the website clearly listing the price as £75. I was told the £75 rate only applies if you book through the online link. However, I didn’t call the practice — they called me — and this detail was not mentioned. Also, £75 is not a “special offer” unless you attend a practice Harley Street. They did “honour” the charge for £75 but I really didn’t appreciate that this is offered as a special offer when £75 is the standard price for a simple clean and I had to inform them that I was called for this appointment. I had booked under the impression that I was paying £60- If I had known the actual cost would be £80, I would have gone with a different practice in Highbury — where I’m sure the issue I raised about my bottom teeth would have been addressed more thoroughly.

Had gone for Invisalign treatment and Dr. A H went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results in time for my wedding, including multiple iterations of the plan and composite bonding. The value for money was also much better than some other practices in the Finchley area. Appointments were never rushed and convenient opening hours. All procedures were well explained and documented.

Fantastic experience: My wife went here in desperation, after visiting other 3 places who failed to nail the proper diagnostic to account for the pain she felt. Whereas I am open to admit we might have, in a small part, unknowingly contributed to those initial results by having the wrong impressions of the cause at the beginning, that really didn't prevent the Eyes and Smiles specialist to get it 100% right when his time came, and it only took a few minutes of talking with my wife. That sets us in the right direction. I am very sorry our tight budget doesn't allow us to deviate from NHS providers at the moment, but I immensely recommend this clinic, which we would undoubtedly have as our go to!

Fantastic experience: I use to go to the private dentist in central London for the last 13 years but I change to Eyes&Smile few month ago due to the fact that, I was not happy with the last treatments. I paid so much money with the previous dentist but within a year, everything started to falling apart. That was my turning point.. I decided to seek out a new dentist to get a second opinion. The clinic has a very calm energy and I felt so lucky to meet Preemal. He took time to listen to my story, took several pictures and wrote me a very detailed report. I also booked an emergency appointments and I must say, they were extremely helpful. I usually get nervous going to the dentist but I love going there to see Preemal and Susmita! Thank you for the great job and am loving the results! Highly recommended!

Firstly I was so grateful to get an appointment on a Saturday especially as they had to move some appointments around to fit me in. As a nervous patient, I found the dentist to be very friendly, professional and was put at ease from the first moment I entered the room. I was very pleased with the treatment and advice I recieved and would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a new dentist or an emergency appointment.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found the right dentist. A month ago, I had unbearable tooth pain which kept me up all night I googled for a local dentist and called Eyes and Smile first thing. They accommodated me straight away I was seen by Dr Preemal Haria and he explained the procedure of root canal after taking X-rays and photos of the affected tooth The procedure was long, gentle and was done in stages which took several weeks but relief was instant. The dentist and the nurse were professional, gentle and understanding that I had great fear/phobia of dentist, and kept me at ease. Outstanding quality and care 10 stars ⭐️ if there was a choice!!

Fantastic experience: I chipped my right front tooth last night and it was really bothering me so I called eyes and smiles for a last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. The dentist fixed my chipped tooth beautifully and I’m extremely happy with not only how my tooth came out but the overall service.

Fantastic experience: Preemal really knows his stuff. Previous dentist told me I need a denture plate for a missing tooth but he did a bridge from the adjoining tooth and I've got my smile back! The other thing that really impresses me is the way he numbs you up before commencing his work. I've never been a lover of injections but he makes it almost pain free. Highly recommend Preemal.

Fantastic experience: I went to eyes and smiles after seeing 2 other private dentists. After several appointments the other 2 dentists said they were not able to replace my caps and I would need to look at getting in plants. Another issue with dentists is that when you need intensive treatment i found that even although its private and expensive the space between appointments can be as long as 5 weeks. My experience with eyes and smiles was completely different. I was able to get timely consecutive appointments. They did a fantastic job and my front teeth have now been re capped and I'm very happy. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience of being treated above and beyond by the lovely Dentist and Dental Nurse dring my complimentary teeth clean due to a previous misunderstanding when trying to book an emergency dental appointment. The Dentist could not have been more apologetic for the misunderstanding and gave a thorough 60 minute teeth deep clean along with follow up advice and even a complimentary whitening treatment! Really impressed and touched by the service I received today by this practice and would highly recommend to all! Many thanks eyes and smiles! Much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Joined this practice 3 weeks ago having not been to the dentist since before covid. I was previously a very nervous patient due to bad experiences with old dentists. My first visit was a dental checkup with Akhil which was really relaxed and professional. He was kind and talked me through everything including taking X-rays and photos. He has given me a good treatment plan. I then saw Anett the hygienist the following week and she was also extremely friendly and professional. They have changed my views on going to the dentist now. I am no longer worried about it and look forward to getting a good routine and having teeth with great health again. Understandably prices have gone up, but I am happy to pay with the service being so pleasant. Thank you Akhil and Anett xx

I was so nervous I burst into tears as soon as I walked through the door….. they must have thought what kind of fruitcake do we have here!! But they were fantastic at making me feel calm. Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice, I cannot recommend highly enough - their pure professionalism and fantastic level of care, support and advice. I wish I had known about them years ago when I first began experiencing gum disease and eventually loss of teeth. I went to the practice in April and from the first appointment I knew I was in safe hands. My existing denture was a partial one, with a gap where another tooth had been lost at the side, remaining teeth were loose and coming down below the denture, embarrassing and unsightly and definitely nothing to smile about. After weekly appointments which were always arranged at a convenient time for work commitments, I have been today fitted with a new denture, which I am so happy with. It looks great and even an over bite which I have had since childhood has been almost perfectly corrected. The advice has been spot on all the way through and I have always felt confident that I would receive the very best of care throughout my treatment. I now have the confidence to actually smile again without immediately becoming self conscious about my teeth. Not ideal having dentures but if you have to have them then I would recommend 'Eyes & Smiles' they will do an amazing job. Absolutely first class.

Negative experience: Honestly don't bother, save your money and go to a dental practice that isn't in the business of ripping you off!!!!! I went to the practice before Christmas and had some minor treatment done, I was charged £75 per tooth, have receipts and bank statements. My partner goes there and has the EXACT same treatment done, gets charged £398 for 3 teeth. He was on the chair for the best part or 24 minutes !!!!!!!!!!! I have called the surgery and spoken to both brothers whom have been anything but helpful. I struggle to believe that in the space of 8 weeks prices have doubled! Speaking to other people since the incident I can't believe that I ever went there !! EVERYONE comments , not how great they are as dentists but what A RIP OFF they are!!! They charge whatever prices they want based on what they think you pay. I don't mind paying for a service but don't con people !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Akhil as I was worried about my wobbly teeth and bleeding gums. On my first visit, I had the most thorough teeth examination I've ever had, he talked me through all of my options and recommended hygiene treatment for my gums. After having the treatment, my gums have stopped bleeding and my teeth already feel less wobbly. I will definitely be going back for another review soon, and have already recommended this clinic to my friends.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant professional dentist. Super happy with the service, having had a fall I broke front tooth, which was going to fall out completely, the horror! Having no front tooth. After speaking to a number of other dentists, they all said that the mould impression would mean losing my tooth for a few weeks. However Eyes and Smile had the best technology so that this didn't happen. Impressions were taking using a 3d machine and kept my tooth until a tooth could be made. Alway very happy, seen quickly and kept me informed along the way. Very efficient service, needless to say after my visits, my whole family have changed dentists to Eyes and Smile and we couldn't be happier. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that suddenly dropped out over the Christmas period, so was looking for a dentist, who were local to me and that had done similar work in the past. I also did not want to pay over the top prices and living in Winchmore Hill, locally the prices are high. I arranged a consultation with Preemal and I have to admit I was very pleased with how I was treated. He took time to explain everything to me in laymen's terms. They were very compliant with all COVID 19 regulations and made me feel safe from the offset. I have now had my temp tooth fitted and one filled and I am so pleased with the results and with the competitive prices. I have always been nervous with dentists; but I was in safe hands. My existing denture from elsewhere wasn't fitting and causing ulcers but luckily the dentist here was able to make the shape perfect for me. Gums are feeling much better! Can't wait for my Biriyani tonight .I'll be coming back in the future for all my dental care! Thanks again

Fantastic experience: I needed to see them recently as emergency for a fractured tooth. They managed to see me immediately during the bank holiday as no one else was open. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic! Had my front 2 teeth implants done recently after my own teeth had suffered from gum disease. Preemal explained the whole process to me and made me feel comfortable during surgery. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Akhil at the dental clinic. He did one filling, 4 fissure seals and a full clean & polish. I was really happy with the service, the dentist is very friendly and informative. I hardly felt any pain during the procedure and the work has been done to a really high standard. The prices are good. I would recommend Akhil and the clinic overall - in my opinion probably one of the best dentists in London.

Fantastic experience: Went here last week for a dental emergency swelling from my tooth and gum. They saw me quickly and helped get rid of my pain. Now I can eat again! Definitively recommend this clinic for teeth and eyes. They’ve always been there for me over the years. So happy that they are nearby and I can get there easily with the 221 bus
