Fantastic experience: Dr Patel used his half day off to book me in for an emergency treatment. He is always so kind and considerate and of course does a great dental treatment.
Fantastic experience: I’m based in Dalston and was super self-conscious about my slightly twisted teeth. Looked at clear aligners vs Invisalign at different places but Dental & Wellness London’s expertise won me over. They used 3D tech to show exactly how my teeth would shift. Appointments were always on time, easy to pop over from Dalston. Finished with whitening and now I love smiling in photos.
Fantastic experience: I went for several consultations in Islington. The team at Dental & Wellness made the Invisalign process so smooth, always seen by the same dentist. Thank you for making me actually look forward to coming to the dentist! Will also floss and attend for hygiene air polish. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: What can I say…. I hated going to the dentist - hated the thought of parting with my hard earned cash to pay for dental treatment - I mean who does that right?? Never have I been more wrong - Dr Vishal thoroughly cleansed my teeth to levels I never thought were possible!!! I thought my teeth had been whitened - yet he had simply applied his special dental cleansing techniques to make me feel brand new - I honestly feel like I’ve got brand new teeth!! Dr Vishal educated me on dental health & how to keep my teeth clean going forward - I really value his advice & going to see him as my dentist is one of the best decisions I have made - worth every penny!!! Fantastic experience: The best dentist in Islington, hands down! After a full check, I was given the option for masseter Botox, I am so glad I took the option, my jaw pain & headaches are all gone. Negative experience: I had under-eye filler done in May, and I deeply regret choosing this place for the treatment. It was performed too superficially, leaving me with persistent dark circles that resemble bruising. Despite a follow-up appointment a month later, I was informed that it had been canceled without notice, which left me extremely upset. I will never return to this place and strongly advise against going there for any facial aesthetic treatments.

Positive experience: UPDATE: I'm amending this review from 5 stars to 3 stars because I've been getting phone calls weekly urging me to come in, even after I asked not to be contacted as I don't have insurance at this time. It's really frustrating to get multiple phone calls after being told I won't be phoned again. Excellent service both from administrative and dentistry staff. Had complex issue with wisdom tooth that we were able to diagnose and start work on very quickly. Dentist was super non-judgmental despite me not having gone to the dentist for a long time and able to work around some limitations on my insurance. Highly recommended

Negative experience: After visiting my actual Dentist, it turned out this guy missed diagnosing 2 of my other bad teeth. Also it's extremely pricey place. Negative experience: Really disappointing experience. Installed a filling that I started having issues with, and demanded payment before examining it again. Hounded me between appointments to upsell me on whitening, even after I asked them to stop, repeatedly and generally understaffed and disorganised in the clinic, even during my procedure. Negative experience: People working here any nice, polite and respectful. The dentist I met in emergency appointment was quite polite and respectful, but he misdiagnosed a problem of mine. I went in throbbing pain, and after an Xray and a checkup, he said my teeth have no problem, and referred me to a GP. That was a rookie mistake and I was fortunate that I could afford another dentist. The other dentist quickly noticed an abscess that effectively killed one of my teeth and spread to another. This is a rare case, and it is usually hard to spot an abscess if you don't look properly to the gum and the teeth in the Xray images. Still the people working here are polite - it is part of the learning process these things happen, and Im sharing this review as a way to help others who might be in similar position (and the people working in the clinic). I know the emergency appointment is limited for 15 min, but try looking more holistically. I should have been on antibiotics since I met the dentist, and I could have avoided unnecessary pain. I for one would NOT be visiting this clinic again, but I wish everyone working here the best.

Negative experience: Had filling in April, since then I'm in agony, went to check with different dentist, they showed me extray that filling done so deep that touching my nerve. So now need canal treatment and crown to save my tooth. Rest of the teeth left very sensitive after hygiene cleaning done on same day that even the way I talk changed. So disappointing and awful experience

Fantastic experience: To start off, I must say that even though I don't usually write reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience with Lauren and the rest of the team. I stumbled upon a deal on Groupon for a checkup, which caught my attention since I typically can't afford private dental treatment and have been struggling to secure NHS appointments elsewhere. Curious, I decided to give the clinic a call to inquire further. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren, who displayed some of the best customer service I've encountered in a long time. Despite her role at the reception, she demonstrated an impressive knowledge of dentistry and went above and beyond to answer all my questions (later realising she also works as one of the dental nurses!) Her reassurance prompted me to go ahead and purchase the Groupon deal for a checkup, and I was able to book an appointment. Unfortunately, I later contracted COVID-19 and had to reach out to Lauren again. Remarkably, she remembered me and rescheduled my appointment for a few weeks later. However, circumstances took another challenging turn when my partner was hospitalized, preventing me from making the following appointment. Lauren's kindness and care shone through once more as she went out of her way to re-book me for a third time, despite not being obligated to do so. As for the clinic itself, I was thoroughly impressed. It is impeccably clean and exudes a vibrant atmosphere. I was introduced to Dr. Patel, who turned out to be an incredibly friendly and understanding individual. Despite my struggles with panic attacks, he took his time to help me grasp the condition of my teeth, ensuring that I felt at ease throughout the process. I never felt rushed in any way. All in all, this clinic is incredibly accommodating, and I genuinely believe they are lucky to have someone like Lauren as part of their team. Her exceptional customer service, combined with Dr. Patel's friendly demeanor and obvious outstanding experience with dentistry, made my experience truly memorable. I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the clinic and from the very beginning I was given a very warm welcome and was really looked after. The staff were really friendly and Dr Patel, who carried out my tooth extraction did an amazing job in making me feel calm throughout the procedure. Fantastic experience: I’m happy I visited this clinic. Booked the appointment the same day as my visit. Requested a tooth whitening treatment and asked them to contact me for advice before my appointment. They called me 5 min after I booked the time slot and since I was a new customer they wanted to do a risk assessment before and discuss the pros and cons. Very professional. And it make sense, I haven’t been to the dentist for ages so I had to do some touch up/maintenance and deep cleaning before my treatment. So, we basically fixed one tooth, cleaned between, front and back of my teeth and managed to squeeze in the whitening as well on top of that. I’m so happy they could help me with everything the same day. And I’m very happy with the result as well, will book another appointment later this year for another cleaning and a second whitening to keep my white teeth health and clean.
