Fantastic experience: I am lucky to of found Milena at the Hailsham Branch. She gave me a clear plan at the start of treatment I needed. She made the 14 month journey I went through so much easier. She is so attentive and gentle. She was there at the end of the phone when advice needed and always saw me the next day if I needed to be seen. She made this journey a positive one. Fantastic experience: Brilliant service. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and consideration I was shown through my recent dental treatment from the reception team through to the dentists. I first attended with an emergency due to a broken tooth and from there the clinic has been first class in their dealings with me. I had treatment from the hygienist who was most caring and considerate. I'm very pleased with the outcome and the whole procedure was about as painless as it gets when 'having your teeth done'. Negative experience: Good dentist that I’ve had went there the other day for treatment on a tooth and since then my jaw has been in agony which that has never happened before

Positive experience: Very good service and more than pleased with my new Implant. My only criticism is I had to wait a long time for my first appointment then I had to wait to see the dentist (about 45mins). If I need more treatment I will return.

Fantastic experience: I had to visit the clinic as I was having a really bad tooth ache and I had the best service I could have asked for, all staff were kind and professional and they helped me through my time there. I could not recommend them more. Dr. Natalia was brilliant, she gave me the options of why I could have done to my tooth and after Christmas I will visit again, she dressed my tooth and now I feel so much better, so I thank her and the team for that!!

Fantastic experience: Great service great dentist I can’t fault anyone from the receptionist to the dentist assistant but most of all the dentist 100per cent have not been to a dentist since Covid started but have made a new appointment for 6 months time and looking forward to it

I had such awful experiences previously with all things "dentistry" but with no hesitation i can recommend Brighton implant clinic. always kind ,always professional and always mindful that I'm anxious but so reassured by Rohma that I'm in good hands and being very well looked after .

Fantastic experience: Going to the hygienist for me is not a great thing to do as it can be painful and I have sensitive teeth and reflux. However, I have recently been going every 3 months as I haven’t been for years due to the above and Miss Rohma Qasim has been very careful but doing an extremely good job for me. I thank her for her sensitivity and am pleased with the results and even more pleased I won’t be going back until 6 months time .

Fantastic experience: I visit Rohma every 3 months (hygienist). I'm not a great fan of the dentists but l've found her to be understanding, gentle and informative - and l've visited a few hygienists I. my time. Would certainly recommend. I was in fact there yesterday and her Asst (sorry l didn't catch her name) was good too - they make a good team.

Fantastic experience: Had a last minute appointment with Dilara today because of a slight toothache. Firstly a big shout out to the reception team who kindly fitted me in at short notice. Fantastic experience: I got an appointment pretty promptly at Hailsham branch. I came all the way from Brighton and I can say that this was well worth journeying up. Care, service and attention to details was top from receptionist to the hygienist that carried out my treatment. A great deep clean which was needed. I was reassured about my general sensitivity concerns. Both dental nurse and hygienist checked at every stage that I was comfortable and got given aftercare tips once the treatment was completed. Already booked in for my next one! All in all a very efficient team at this branch. Again Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: Dilara was just so amazing. She thoroughly explained the procedure to my little boy and put him very much at ease. She was kind and gentle in her approach and my little boy didn't feel a thing, whilst having his fulling done. I would most definitely recommend her to everyone! Fantastic experience: I have to say that I was impressed byAlberto Saez and his Dental Nurse Gabby. They are a very profession team who carried out my treatment over five visits. They clearly explained the process and answered all my questions. They are very "people" centered and I have recommened their services to two friends who shared my experience
