Negative experience: SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHEthese people at this dentist dgaf about you, your needs, your wishes. they just act like they care and go on about their day. they removed me as a patient and now i have another headache of finding another dentist. could’ve been a blessing in disguise that i was removed - THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE!!

Negative experience: If you’re thinking about registering with Abbey Dental, don’t bother, save yourself the headache. The receptionist is so rude it feels like basic politeness is beneath them. Every phone call is an ordeal, and trying to get any clear answer is impossible. It’s like they’ve made being unhelpful part of the service. The communication overall is pathetic. They’ll happily leave you in the dark about appointments, treatment plans, or anything important. To make it worse, they’re removing patients from their list without even bothering to give any prior notice, leaving people suddenly without a dentist. One day you’re registered, the next you’re not and they don’t even think you deserve an explanation Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid if you value your time and sanity. It feels like they simply don’t care about patients at all, which is pretty shocking for a dental practice. Completely unprofessional, stressful, and downright disrespectful. I’d strongly recommend going anywhere else.

Positive experience: Even though I got taken off the dentists list of patients, due to not attending (including covid years, I would’ve appreciated being notified before being taken off) I can confidently say that reception team have gotten better. They are now Practicing kind and patient practice at the desk (Would mention to improve on being patient to people who don’t use English as their first language.) Dr Rohit Kumar has always been great! He treats my mum and is always patient, and makes sure she understands everything before treating her. Very reassuring that she is in good hands

Negative experience: I was a regular customer who used to use this practice. Right now they removed my name from their system because I’m not attending the practice for more than six month. Without notifying me removing my name is unacceptable. The stress are not friendly and they are kind of rude to me and other customers.

Negative experience: Staff are very rude & mannerless. Everytime I have visited my self and with my kids each Time I had to wait 30/40 min. Never called on time. In the seating area upstairs staff are slamming the door too loud it’s very annoying in every minute. Management should take necessary action to provide a minimum good service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this dentist. Very disappointed, very disgusting service,

We had not received any prior communication regarding this policy or any changes to patient eligibility. Instead, I was told that we would need to find another dentist to provide care. It is disappointing to encounter a dental practice that appears to prioritise only regular, returning patients, seemingly for financial reasons, rather than offering support to all individuals in need. Negative experience: Just called and spoke to someone called Twezel (doubting this is there actual name) asked for a appointment and wad give a date in June (please note we are in much right now). Explained the situation that I needed a appointment for my mum as she has an infected tooth and would like an appointment after Ramadan so April. The reception turned about with a condescending tone and asked 'asked why she fasting'. Honestly I don't think anyone's religious choice should be judged especially by someone working in the NHS as they need to treat everyone fairly. Been with the dentists for generations but they really need to pull up on their receptionist behaviour as the conversation I had was and is unacceptable

The practice did offer appointments however as you wanted a particular dentist, they have no appointments until June. We could however have provided an appointment as an emergency usually within 24 hours but it would be with whichever dentist is available.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for over 15 years, up until recently their service has always been amazing. In October 2024 I went for a check up as one of the fillings I got felt sensitive and I had a feeling something was up with my teeth. The dentist did an X ray and said my teeth are fine and I should continue looking after them. Perhaps in the next few years they will need to do a root canal if I don’t keep looking after the fillings, but I was advised all good. In December 2024 I went abroad and saw a different dentist. He did an x ray and identified many issues with my teeth 1) I needed a filling for an exposed cavity 2) I needed the root canal treatment urgently on the sensitive filling as it had been infected severely from the X-ray images he showed me. As you can see, if I continued with Abbey Dental’s advice I would be in a worst situation later on. I have decided to go to a new dentist and unfortunately will no longer be having check ups at Abbey Dental.

Negative experience: Incompetent receptionists who provide false information over the phone, and when challenged about the information provided against the information on their website and NHS website, they get worked up and refuse to help. I was told by a receptionist on my last call that they are a private dentist and do not provide NHS treatments… the receptionist was more than happy to book me in for a paid service after checking my details on the system, however the moment I mentioned that I am exempt from payments and want NHS treatments, I was told Im not registered with the dentist anymore

Negative experience: Absolute crap. My elderly mother is in agony for past week due to her wisdom tooth and these people who she is registered with have the audacity to tell me to wait till February 2025 to be seen for a general appointment. Disgusting, shame on you.

Negative experience: I would like to share my experience of visiting you today, Ms Samiyah Kalam. You have been provided dental service to our family for many years and my children have even grown up before your eyes, but I was honestly surprised today by your unprofessional, unceremonious cynicism with which you suggested to me that go to a private clinic for treatment, without even trying to hide the fact that you provide me with poor quality services. If I could afford to have my teeth treated in a private clinic, I would not have been listed as your patient long ago. Of course, I will complain and object to you that after your crown my jaw did not close and it was uncomfortable to eat! Yes, I will complain after the fifth time of a temporary filling in a tooth, that the filling crumbles after a short time!! Yes, I will complain if you put temporary fillings and do not even try to save the tooth, it is easier for you to remove them. And how did you want your patients to react to your poor quality services? They kept quiet and praised you? I have never complained before in many years of being treated by you, but I have never encountered such rudeness with any other dentist, believe me I have had a lot of them, including in another country. Of course, it is easier and simpler for you to remove all teeth or put in temporary fillings made of low-quality materials so that the teeth will all fall out on their own. That, I believe, is how I lost my teeth with you last year, that now I have nothing to chew with! Yes, I can admit that not everyone is genetically given good teeth from their ancestors and you have to fiddle with such teeth. But, if patients with a bag of money are your priority, then why do you take on work with NHS patients? Why do you take on providing services if you cannot provide them more or less efficiently, I am not talking about it being at the highest level??!!! I also believe that a dentist should provide good service equally to all patients, not just those who have money. And I don't believe that you don't get a pound from the government to provide dental services to patients like me. You accused me of being ungrateful to you. And how can I thank you after such rude service? Your patients will always be grateful if you provide satisfactory treatment to them. I am terrified to think that in the few months I have to wait for my next visit to you, I may lose several more of my teeth, especially the one that urgently needs a crown. Almost two years have passed since the problem arose, and I still cannot complete my treatment of these teeth. The reception at this clinic and your assistant guy is always friendly, at least with me, they always listen. You fixed my crown today, thank you for that and for that you found a convenient date and time, but you put in a temporary filling again today, I hope it will last, as you said, 2 months... Absolutely terrible..

Negative experience: The receptionist was rude and need to be trained in customer service. Disgrace to the practice and they make up the rule as they please. I called 2 hours before my appointment because I was just tested positive for Covid. I was told that I missed an appointment which I called in to cancel in December 2023 due to sickness and according to them another appointment in 2017! Bear in mind I have been with this practice for over 10 years so 3 times in 10 years…..hmmmm! Therefore they will be removing me from the list. This is ridiculous and I will be addressing this by reporting this to NHS England.

Negative experience: Extremely rude receptionist with an incredibly condescending tone, called in and went in, in person to make a simple query but not only are they incredibly unhelpful they deliver their responses in a very rude tone. Huge lacking in basic customer service skills, the patronising tone is not needed at all. Safe to say first impressions is not great at this place.

Negative experience: Swing and a miss. Have found them to be a bit flippant about recommending treatment and vague about recommendations, which meant I had to rebook a further check up to then request treatment (and pay for it). Then one minute the treatment is a filling the next it's going to be a sealant of some sort. With good intentions she tried to fix a chip in one of my front teeth with some sort of paste and was happy for me to leave the building with teeth that were completely uneven and aesthetically ridiculous. She then got quite defensive and very dismissive when I reentered the room and asked her to undo the botched job, making it quite uncomfortable to ask her to remove it all properly. When she'd got most of it off I was then ignored like a kid pretending not to see someone in the room as I stood up. I then spent the rest of the day trying to chip the remainder of whatever it was off my teeth after leaving which incidentally has resulted in another small chip. So thanks for that MJ. Couldn't fault the first few visits to Abbey Dental but after the past couple times wouldn't recommend.

Negative experience: Had 2 emergency’s apps the first man was fine respectful as anything 2nd white lady was snide and abrupt with everything I said regarding my use to antis biotics and procedure with my tooth when I’ve said that the infection is still present and I may need more anti biotics she reluctantly gave me them claiming I can’t have them for long( I had server tonsilitis for the course of a year and took more then 10 days worth) and to top it all when I’m clearly in distressed and anxious from the thought and speaking on the procedure she tells me to “wear my big boy pants” (I have servere health anxiety ) …highly dissapointed no regards for how uncomfortable and on edge I felt because Im a “grown man”

Fantastic experience: Yesterday morning I found myself in great need of an emergency dentist and it was arranged via NHS 111 for me to go to Abbey Dental. From the moment I entered, I was totally put at ease and was aware of the competence and kindness of all of the staff with whom I came into contact. I was seen very quickly by a pleasant young man named Kieran who kept me updated throughout the entire time and explained any/everything to me to enable me to go forward with a plan with my regular dentist. Bless him as he was working a 12 hour shift and the sun was shining outside, but Kieran was kind and didn’t let it phase him. I cannot thank the staff enough as I am now taking the appropriate antibiotics and the ball is in play for which I am eternally grateful. A marvellous experience

Negative experience: On the 29th of February I had an emergency appointment by the NHS 111with a dentist , in first floor dentist she is very unhygienic , rude and unprofessional. In England we don’t expect such dentist .

Negative experience: I visited this dentist today after a 111 referall because of an imoacted wisdom tooth that was swollen and really painful. The dentist carried out an xray, and gave me antibiotics but he did not clean the gum around the area with the impacted tooth which is really difficult to reach with a tooth brush.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Samiyah and Habib for many years and have always been treated with kindness and patience. My recent treatments took a few weeks, I was fitted in and given excellent care. I have a much more confident and happy smile due to the treatments I received. As a side note, my son who is Autistic , was very nervous of the Dentist, but he has been seeing Dr Samiyah and Habib for a while now and he is comfortable going for treatment with them.

Fantastic experience: I had to visit here after an emergency call to 111. Since a temporarily repaired tooth broke, and my regular dentist was on vacation, I had no other option. After two sleepless nights with indescribable pain, I was referred here to Dr. Kiran. Honestly, it was the best dental visit I've ever had. Dr. Kiran was extremely attentive, gentle, and kept asking me how I was feeling and whether I was in pain. I am extremely grateful for the professionally provided assistance. Fantastic experience: Dr Samiyah has been my dad’s dentist for almost 6 months and he received the best possible treatment someone can ever get under NHS dentist. Previously his dentist advised him to take his tooth out the one he got root filled by Dr Samiyah and also got a crown on without any discomfort. Dr Samiyah has been very kind, gentle and so responsible to my dads through his appointment even if he doesn’t speak English. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: Rubbish dentist. We requested that they fill a referral form for barts dental clinic but they never filled it up, nor even acknowledged the email requesting this for months.... This is after chasing them and calling their receptionists several times. We have now signed up to a new dentist nearby who are miles ahead in providing proper customer service. Stay away from this dentist!

Negative experience: I have been a patient of abbeydental for many years. Dr. Rohit kumar is my doctor, he absolutely a nice friendly person, I am always happy with him. Today i had an appointment at 3 am. But i was not happy with one of the lady receptionists. I also noticed her rude and unfriendly behaviour with patients 3/4 times before as-well. Today I had a very bad experience with her, she totally has no manners, unfortunately i don’t know her name. Later i spoke to another receptionist called Tanzina she was very nice and listened to my needs and i told her how i upset i was about the other woman’s behaviour. I also asked Tanzina for the woman’s name but she said she can’t tell me. She needs to change her voice, tone and attitude with the patients. She treats us as if we are beggars.

Positive experience: My experience has been mixed depending on the dentist. Dr Rohit Kumar has been brilliant - very attentive and thorough and has treated my whole family well. However, a certain other dentist has been misleading and not treated me well. Ali who is on the front of house team has been continuously amazing for a number of years, always quick to help and very supportive - much appreciated! My thanks to all the hard working and friendly staff there, especially the great front of house staff who really try their best and are very helpful. Room for improvement: appointments continually being cancelled and rescheduled at very last minute notice with no thought for the customer - this really needs to be fixed. If it were not for some of the helpful staff, the rating would be lower. People who call for emergency appointments should not be so easily dismissed. Properly investigate and look into misleading and scam artist dentists - they are rare but when they do turn up, they need to be formally disciplined.

Negative experience: Was sent here for the emergency appointment from NHS with a severe pain as my regular dentist is elsewhere. They took an X-ray and assured me that everything is fine, questioned whether the pain actually is there and when I pointed out to the breaking filling said it must be the small chip on the tooth that is causing pain. Needless to say that pain did not get any better. Week and a half later went to my regular dentist - after taking an X-ray of the same tooth turned out there is a tooth infection underneath the existing root canal treatment that needs to be treated immediately and requires antibiotics and referral to the specialist. I wonder how the same X-ray can show two different things? I might have not expected a referral from the emergency services, but at least antibiotics to ease the pain and stop infection spreading further?? Wasted time and £25.

Negative experience: I have been referred here by 111 as needed an emergency apt.. There’s a lots of condition in emergency apt. Dentist will see only one tooth at a time even though your situation is critical and for one tooth also if the treatment didn’t worked in 24 hours then patient has to go through with same procedure again like calling 111 and they will refer you to different dentist and payment again. They explained these things also: Maybe your situation will be worst after this temporary treatment then you don’t have to call here and I had exactly the same. Called 111 again and the same procedure. Nobody cares about the patient what they are going through with this. I’m also a healthcare professional working in NHS deals with cancer patients. Always try to do extra miles for the patient. Actually we need to respect our profession rather than focusing on money.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Was referred here after calling 111 at 1am on Friday in excruciating pain due to a filling that worked lose. This practice called me the following morning and swiftly booked me in. The reception staff were very friendly and the dentist I saw quickly fixed the issue, clearly explaining everything and constantly checking I was ok with no pain or discomfort. Very professional and I’ll definitely come back and use these as my regular dentist from now on.

Negative experience: I was booked in for an emergency referral. During the emergency call I had stated clearly that I have TWO teeth that are impacted and cause me severe pain. On the day of my appointment the dr said it is only 1 tooth per appointment? Did not even bother listening or even checking to see the problem with the 2nd tooth. Now I would have to book a separate appointment for my 2nd tooth that is still causing me heavy pain.

Fantastic experience: I wish they were accepting patients as I would happily go there. Had to pop in for an emergency as my wisdom tooth was causing problems. They gave me a full inspection and sent me home with some antibiotics. My currently dentist, made a referral but never inspected my tooth to see that I actually had an infection as well and it wasn't just a nerve problem.

Negative experience: The experience started off well.. I was scared to go dentist but was referred by 111 as needed an emergency apt.. dentist was nice and didn't feel much..however they had to temporarily fill a tooth and they said would last a few weeks/months and to go see my dentist if it causes more problems.. 2 days later I was eating a banana when the whole filling came out.. so when I called reception the service was shocking first of all said its how I look after it.. 1 it wss 2 days later and 2 can't get much softer than a banana she said its not my problem this was a temporary solution ( which I do get ) but to pay for it not to even last 2 days and when I asked what solution they could offer she basically said nothing you have to pay again if u want to be seen and there was nothing she would do.. when I asked to speak to the dentist apparently he wasn't there for another week and half ? The women was just rude on the phone and tbh I'd rather not go back! So after paying out for the treatment for it not to last to then have a rude receptionist who just seemed not to care

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for more than 10 years. My dentist, Dr Kalam is excellent. Apart from her obvious high level of experience, the sincerity and level of care she gives is far superior to anything I have ever experienced from other dentists, even when comparing to private care. Compared to others in and around London, I can comfortably say that she is the only dentist who puts the patient’s dental needs first, actively advocating for tooth preservation rather than the quick fix, less-time consuming, but ultimately substandard solutions that other dentists often take. She keeps me fully informed of what is happening and the options I have, treats me with upmost respect, and goes out of her way to make sure the end results of any crowns I have, look amazing. She is a true asset to the health care profession.

Negative experience: Shocking experience with one of the dentist upstairs. Complete waste of my time. Told me she was going to take my tooth out and literally 7 days later didn't. She did a scan on second appointment. She could've done it on first. Eventually said I need to go main hospital. I knew I should've gone to NHS Hospital from the beginning. That just cost the NHS twice the money for a useless appointment. What's waste

Negative experience: I was only 2-3 min late due to traffic and I’m never late the dentist man was like to the receptionist he can only do my lower teeth for the price I’m paying and not full mouth £70 for half a mouth hygiene I then said I do not want to do half a mouth because it’s not worth the money. The receptionist today was really aggressive and rude she is always shouting and makes the rules up as she goes. She wasn’t being helpful at all she gave me no options didn’t even let me reschdule another appointment. I paid the dentist man wage for no reason didn’t even get seen. Her name is gosula if you don’t like your job you know where the door is. AVOID ThIS PLACE you will regret joining with them

Negative experience: Please beware of tasfia and meeza. These girls on reception are daft liars and don't know how to pursue their duties efficiently. Negative experience: The worst the experience ever. Mona was very unprofessional, condescending and passive aggressive. Got offended when I disagreed with her about a treatment and made me very uncomfortable after that. Because of Mona’s attitude I would never go back to this practice nor would I recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Just moved in the city and my sheer luck I had a bad tooth infection on the first week. Just walked in and they took me in on an emergency. I got admitted the same day. Staff were very respectful and friendly. Coco was my dentist. She is super nice and caring. She walked me through every step of the operation and reassured me that it all will be alright. Took the infected tooth out and saved the day! She also provided thorough guidance for the post ops care and after a few hours I was already feeling better. Thanks for everything and I wish you all the best of luck!

Negative experience: Oh My God! That is how I sum up my experience of this dental surgery! Ching Yi Coco Kwan was useless! No other way to put it! I was in terrible pain, so called 111 and this is where they sent me. My experience with getting the appointment etc was actually really easy, it all happened quickly, there was no long waiting times, nothing! I was impressed. Until Ching calls me in to her room..... She examines my mouth and is like I cant see any problems let me do an xray... Cool! Looking at the xray, again she can't see what the problem may be other than a fractured wisdom tooth that has been that way for a while now. She was like there's not much she can do as that is the only obvious problem so I would need to book an appt with my own dentist to get it removed (my usual dentist was off sick, hence me going through to 111). I explained to her my dentist is off sick and this pain cannot wait until she returns. She then went on to explain that there really is nothing she can do unless I want her to start drilling into my other teeth to try and locate the problem. At this point, I'm getting emotional and this woman is offering me no solutions. I asked for antibiotics, she declined as "can't see a problem" asked for stronger pain relief "you would need to get a prescription from the hospital for something stronger". So I ask her, so you are just going to let me walk out of here in this pain with absolutely nothing?! What am I supposed to do just keep calling 111? Her response "If you have to" She ends up writing me a prescription for toothpaste!!!! (That was a whole other story when I went to collect from the pharmacy BUT Regionchoice LTD really looked after me and gave great advice! They actually really care about their customers) So, obviously the pain is still there (because what was toothpaste going to do for the level of pain I was in?) I call 111 again, great service I told them not to send me back to ABBEY DENTAL! This time I went to Royal London. Now, I am not usually a fan of students delivering my care due to a previous experience that I had, but let me tell you they were amazing!! I felt listened to, like they actually cared (Ching take note) they did an xray and guess what!!! I DID have an infection! The students identified pericoronitis straight away, yet Ching couldn't see a problem....... (very concerning). Abbey Dental, I was given antibiotics which amazingly helped, and I have since had the tooth removed. I am waiting to have the top wisdom removed, so that I never have to go through such again! Ching is a disappointment to your dental surgery. *We listen to your concerns, treat you with respect and give you all the treatment options available to you so that you can make an informed choice about your treatment* I never got any of that during my visit.

Negative experience: I used to be registered there. I went there last week to have a filling. I was asked name, address and d.ob. then sorry we cannot accept you due to you haven't come since 2016. She did not even ask me to re register.

Negative experience: I visited this practice today after long time through NHS 111 service as my regular practice didn't have any appointment available. My 5 year old daughter had some issues with her teeth and the NHS 111 operator suggested this practice after assessing her condition. No issues with the receptionist, they were good. But the lady dentist was really not professional or child friendly at all. Firstly, she was saying my daughter's issue wasn't an emergency at all and wasn't willing to listen my explanations. As if I made a great misconduct by visiting them! Secondly, she agreed to take out the troubled tooth but did everything so fast and rushed the whole procedure which was totally inappropriate and painful for my little girl. She applied the gel and straight away injected anaesthetic before the gel even get few seconds to work! My daughter was crying badly in pain (she never cried before having injections)! I have never experienced anyone working so impatiently with the children. I got upset and told her that her behaviour isn't appropriate and she shouldn't treat a child such way! However, I hope the management team deal with this and train their employees to provide better services whether it's paid, free or referred by NHS 111.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually write reviews but I’d like to praise Mona the dentist! I had an appointment with her about 2yrs or so ago and was hoping to see her again for my appointment today and I did, which I was so happy about! Mona makes you feel so comfortable (I’m someone who hates going to the dentist, I literally get anxiety) she made sure she explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable during the whole appointment. Thanks Mona!

Fantastic experience: Called 111 and got an emergency appointment here for a root canal process - have to say hands down Keiran was one of the nicest dental practitioners I have ever met. Really kind and patient and constantly checking up on me throughout the process - I have met other practitioners who are harsh and rude and very abrupt, but he was really understanding and knowledgable. I am am also 6 months pregnant and he was very catering to my situation and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Abbey Dental are lucky to have him. Negative experience: I went with my father I have never seen any stupid receptionist before there was an Asian lady with hijab I think she is Bengali in the reception I just asked her where is the exit door and her attitude was very bad, don't understand how they serve people very disappointed, she is just a normal receptionist but attitude like a president, after that I told my father not to go there.

Negative experience: This place is a disgrace to NHS name! Very unprofessional , unfriendly staff, they were more concerned with the £23 I had to pay than my well-being. They should not be operating under the NHS. Dentist didn't even look at my x-ray and talk about my tooth, she was in a hurry to send me away for a referral and collect the money. The xray was useless anyway because the hospital didn't even receive it in their system. Waste of money, time and a disgrace to NHS!

Negative experience: Used to be an incredibly well run practice in the past. Horrific in recent days. Ridiculous treatment towards patients who require a chaperone for proper care and explanation of needs. For a service which is paid for is ridiculous. If you feel unhappy with your treatment, knowing they’ve been troublesome, they suddenly don’t give you the option to fill a review after an appointment! When usually - they’d love for you to fill in as many positive reviews as possible! Dentist Muna Jeffrey seems to lack any standard of decency in any manners and basic patient care. A practitioner has a duty to provide assurity and care to their patients and the hostile behaviour of this practitioner bewilders me. Any explanation of dissatisfaction is met with shutting down and twisting things, kicking patients off registers twisting the truth apparently due to ‘rudeness’ when the problem is the dentists at the practice. Disgusting attitude from this individual projecting stern rudeness from the get-go lacking adherence to her own practice policy and wrongfully making decisions which affects patients who need care in the end. I wonder if she has alterier views towards people which she carries with her in the workplace. Also learning that there are many other patients who have experienced the same, makes me amazed how this individual remains at this practice. Even the other staff at the practice seem to know that this practitioner might be rogue. Being people who are very difficult to unnerve, takes a lot for me to express the smallest of dissatisfaction. But malpractice has to be called out. Embarrassment to the NHS and these things should be caught out when raising a generation of practitioners. Move elsewhere if you’re thinking of using this Dental Clinic. Dental practitioners apparently qualified to such high degrees yet lacking manners a 5 year old understands and can implement. Please explain what is going on here? Unjust actions for an organisation held to care for a community - wait - PAID to care tor a community. This review is going on here for the public as the practice refuses to let me rate their service themselves. In 2022. Let’s see - will the practice respond to this review? Do you have an answer?

Fantastic experience: I was at Abbey dental on 16/07/22 for tooth extraction. The whole activity took less than 7 minutes. I remember asking the lovely pleasant duo, Dr. Samiyah and nurse Gulzar if my tooth had truly been extracted. They both treated me like a baby. While Dr Samiyah was doing something in my mouth, nurse Gulzar was holding my hand and saying something to distract me a d trust me, it worked. These two have made people who told me tooth extraction can be painful, nothing but liars! I felt no single pain, not even after the procedure. It's been 6 days now and it doesn't feel like I had a tooth extraction. If you ever have any teething issues, look no further. I have already recommended Abbey dental (whitechapel) to my friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Negative experience: Called because of toothache; was called to come in within 30 minutes, paid £24, asked to sit down, X-rayed and SAID NOTHING THEY COULD DO BUT PRESCRIBE ANTIBIOTICS. such a waste of time and money. I was expecting it to be dealt with as i was experiencing pain. I will raise this to CQC.

Fantastic experience: My first visit in 15 years, I was scared at first after reading the reviews but I just had my first visit and I am at ease now. I recieved the most kind, gentle and professional service, please do not trust the negative reviews they are mostly lies probably people being salty for no reason. Fantastic experience: I was referred by NHS 111 emergency Sunday afternoon appointment but the experience I received there was very great. I am someone who is very scared of extracting my teeth, but the dentist Kieran and the nurse Gul kept on reassuring me that all will be ok. At a point I told the dentist Kieran that I cannot do the extraction but the dentist kept on saying you will be fine, with few minutes he told me the extraction is done, I couldn’t believe him and the nurse also confirmed it. It was painless, thank you very much to all the team. The receptionist was very great. Thank you all and keep on the great job.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist is Coco and she is absolutely amazing at what she does! She doesn’t give herself enough credit, whilst I was pregnant the support she gave me and how she handled my crown work I can not thank her enough!! Let’s not forget the amazing admin member Pri! Negative experience: I had an emergency appointment with broken tooth . I got temporary filling which wasn’t done correctly and it was causing my tongue to be hurt from sharp pieces of broken tooth . As well I kept feeling the weird pressure in my tooth until one day I woke up with severe pain and swollen neck from the tooth infection . Looks like the (male doctor ) didn’t clear the infection and build in temporary filling which caused the situation I am in at the moment . When I called for another appointment to get it fixed I have been refused by them even though it was their mistake to be fixed no matter if I am emergency patient or not . This way I had to go through process calling 111 again and getting another appointment on the next day . Until than I have to suffer and can’t go to work . I understand NHS is in crisis and but this was just the worst experience I ever had with any dentistry. They wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible and thats how it ended up . I called multiple other dentists if they take new patients. Thanks for causing me loosing 2 days at work and severe pain .
