Fantastic experience: Very friendly from the moment I entered until the moment I left. It's now a pleasure to visit your dentist. Very helpful and encouraging to look after your teeth properly. Great guidance and explanation of any treatments.
Fantastic experience: A crown was added to the minimal remains of my broken tooth. It took about 45 minutes to complete and the dentist his assistant were professional and thorough. The only pain came when I had to pay!

Fantastic experience: From the time I checked until the time I left everything went really smoothly. The receptionist was very friendly and dealt with making my new appointments with efficiency. My dentist, Roula, explained the treatment in detail and in language I could understand and made me feel relaxed as I am not a great lover of coming to the dentist. The dental nurse, Caroline, was very efficient and had a cheery attitude. After this experience I will not worry about coming to this practice again in the future.

Positive experience: The dentist was very good but the price for treatment is way to high how can they charge over £630 for 3 fillings no wonder there so many people with teeth problems this is not an affordable coast to most people

Negative experience: Prices are very high. Appountments are always late, expect to wait 15 to 25 mins from the time you were given. The computer payment system cant calculate different appointment costs, for example you book a checkup and a hygienist which u prepay half of the cost of each appiontment. And there are different rates for regular appointments which is not clear. Staff are very helpful tho.

Positive experience: My visit to the dentist surgery hygienist went OK. The hygienist Aniko was running late by 20 mins but I was not advised of this by reception. Overall session went well and good feedback wrt the health of my few remaining teeth.

Negative experience: I was happy to see MY Dentist Elena for the check-up. But am horrified that the two back teeth which are slightly shipped on the edges should have fillings replaced at cost of £331 each! Having researched prices for fillings this sum is outrageous and I would expect to pay up to £100 for each filling at the most as prices range from £58 to £75 at most surgeries in Hants.

Positive experience: The staff and the dentist are excellent. However, I was and still am extremely surprised in the escalating costs for my treatment. From £700 quoted last year at the beginning of my treatment it has now risen to over £1000 !! Still irritated by the huge hike in costs !!
Thank you for your review and feedback. Unfortunately, we had to take the difficult decision to increase our private dental fees in January. The costs of delivering dentistry have continued to rise and to ensure that we can continue to provide dentistry to our patients, we do need to account for these additional costs.

Positive experience: I’ve had multiple treatments with mydentist and the staff are always really friendly. I’ve had previous negative experiences with dentists at other practices but see Dr Ali at mydentist who is always reassuring, explaining what my options are and what the procedures involve. Jan and the other reception staff can be very busy but are always helpful and there’s often lots of availability for appointments to fit around my work.

Fantastic experience: At every visit to this dentist I have always found the receptionist, Jan, friendly and helpful. This particular visit was to have three fillings done, to rectify a chip on the back of a lower tooth and to fill in two others where the gum has worn off and exposed the root. Fantastic experience: Totally restored my faith in dentists, Swetha went above and beyond to help me out with desparate dental work that needed doing and did the main work (which was a huge job) all within just 1 week so that l could actually travel 200 miles for my fathers funeral in no pain thankyou to her, Swethas work is exceptional but the friendly approach towards me being an upsetting time was so caring and amazing, l am going back soon for her to finish other problems l have and actually looking forward to the rest of the treatment, the photos speak volumes, thankyou amazing Swetha

Positive experience: My appointment was right on time to the minute and Jan the receptionist was extremely professional as I could see she was under a lot of pressure due to noisy reception area with children being off for the school half term, picking up incoming calls etc, very calm and she was really helpful and put my mind at ease. I then was called in by Cariline the assistant and met up with Roula the dentist. She knew my case history, put my mind to ease. I had a crown that had come lose, I have had it for years and the old tooth had a crack, therefore an alternative solution long term and a plan hetched and explained. I have been with the practice under another dentist and it was always up selling of all other items that could be provided, Roula wasn't like that at all, she explained thoroughly alternatives and immediately got to work repairing the Crown and spent a lot of time and effort in repairing it, there was a lot of intricate attention to detail which is something i personally like.I have an appointment now with her to review the procedure to for an implant and actually walked out of the practice with literally a smile and a laugh with the staff. Jan the receptionist was welcoming and reassuring which put me at ease. Ali the dentist was patient and kind and made me feel at ease with a tooth extraction. Positive experience: I've just had a single extraction and bridge fitted. Provably no big deal to most, but to a 51 year old with a 40 year severe dental phobia, quite the deal! Everyone was just so lovely yet professional, putting me at as much ease as possible. The procedure was painless and the staff just so great. I trusted them and dare I say I actually had fun! In honesty, there was a tad of faff with swapping dates between initial appointment and treatment, but worth the wait, would have been 4.5 stars but there wasn't an option!!

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you to the staff at MyDentist in Romsey. I thought I had a small cavity and needed to see a dentist quickly. Ali (the dentist) was very considerate and thorough. Fantastic experience: My Dentist in Romsey is tucked away but the care and service provided is '5 stars' From the minute you are greeted by Jan the receptionist you know you are in safe hands. Jan is quietly spoken, highly organised and efficient in all she does. My Dentist is Roula and she is brilliantly assisted by Caroline the nurse. Caroline is bright and smiley and puts you immediately at ease with her reassuring words. Roula is a first class dentist and deals with my not insignificant dental issues with confidence and professionalism. Her advice and thoroughness is a credit to her and My Dentist Romsey is lucky to have her. Well done Romsey!!

Fantastic experience: My son saw a lovely dentist and nurse for removal of 2 teeth. He was very nervous especially of the anaesthetic however they were very kind and patient with him and did a great job. We were also concerned we would be late however the receptionist was very understanding and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’m very scared of the dentists and haven’t been for years !! I had a very bad tooth ache for a long time so I had to find a dentist luckily l called My dentist and the next day I had appointment !!! That morning I woke up very nervous and very nearly cancelled appointment but I talked to her myself no my daughter who is 15 goes I can do this Which I did …. The lady that I saw was really really nice. She started talking about different things then told me to sit down went through everything she was going to do once she done my tooth I walked out smiling, believe me that wasn’t me at the dentist smiling no way But yes, the two ladies that doubt with me were brilliant and I’m going back !!!!
