They will fit you in at short notice if you have an emergency. They take time to answer your questions to leave you less anxious. The work is at a high standard. Definitely recommend for people who feel anxious about visiting because the staff are all very kind.

Fantastic experience: Dentists do their business in your mouth, so it's not surprising we don't like going to see them. Anxiety, Pain, Shame, Expense all compete to make you feel unhappy. I go to Broadway Dental Studio because they exhibit an empathy for patients that alleviates some of those negative feelings. They listen, they explain, they advise. It's more than just being friendly, it's about being compassionate. Maybe it's because they're all ladies. Anyway, they're doing something right because these ladies have been in the same premises on the Broadway for 65 years, which makes them the reigning Queens of Mill Hill dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the Broadway Dental Studio enough. We moved back to the UK after having some stressful and traumatic dentist experiences abroad and me and my family members saw all three dentists who received us with kindness, empathy and care. My treatment plan was the most extensive which I knew it would be, and I was quite terrified and avoidant. Dr Priyal has been incredible all the way through providing excellent standards of dentistry with care and respect for my feelings, worries and concerns and taking them into consideration all the time. When you've had a bad experience its really hard to trust a dentist again, and Dr Priyal has done everything possible to rebuild my trust, just to be able to do the work I needed so that I had healthy teeth again. An angel for anyone anxious or worried, I would say if you were putting off going to the dentist due to how you were treated before, please go and see Dr Priyal and the team at Broadway.

She was able to fit me in at short notice and was able to resolve everything in one appointment. I found Dr Patel to be really professional and meticulous. I thought there's no hope saving it until I visited Broadway Dental Studio Mill Hill thats been recommended to me by a friend. After explaining my emergency situation to a very polite and friendly receptionist Lana, I was pleased to get an appointment booked in 2 days. Very welcoming atmosphere, clean and not overcrowded space, skilled staff members made me feel relaxed and cosy. Dentist Mrs. Nimisha and her assistant who was looking after me appeared to be very professional, understanding and compationate. I've had enough time to describe my problem and worry in detail which is very important. After a careful examination, Nimisha explained the situation which was quite complicated and luckily agreed to continue with a treatment straight away. I was genuinely amazed by the quality of her work and the results, which I didn't think was possible. The root canal treatment and a built up completely damaged front tooth now looks very natural.. thank you so much for an extremely skilled job! They have completely transformed my teeth and have been so helpful and consistent in their approach of kindness, compassion and listening to all your concerns. They have not only been my dentist, they have become friends and I feel like I am part of their dental family. They are always honest in their assessments of what procedures of treatments to get without sounding harsh. They are not here to profit from patients, they want the best for all their clients. They have been supportive with the jaw pains and myofascial pains that have been experiencing over the years and have sent me to several referrals to get this addressed. The staff are wonderful especially the reception team leader Lana who is the most fabulous person. Fantastic experience: I came here for a check up and cleaning because I was told by another dentist that I had cavities, but Dr. Winnie Wong didn't see anything that needed fixing. From previous experiences with other clinics I was under the impression that dentists try to push treatments that you don't necessarily need but I didn't get this feeling here at all. Dr. Wong provides genuine patient care and really cares about what's best for our teeth. Gave me lots of advice and prevention tips. The cleaning with the hygienist was really good too, very thorough and helpful flossing tips and advice that I haven't heard from any others. Really friendly assistants and receptionist too. Happy with my appointments and will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience: Priyah has been my kids dentist for a while and her attention to detail is second to none, plus she is encouraging and gives great oral advice to youngsters. I would highly recommend the practice, receptionist are super accommodating and once again Priyah is great and she has such a gentle touch and puts you at ease immediately.
