Negative experience: Bad customer service the reception feels like going to infant school orthodontics give me the option I can go for to fix my teeth and when I said that another dentist said to me that by removing all them teeth it’s gonna ruin my mouth and make it smaller the guy who saw me today got upset as they don’t like when you have some knowledge no wonder they’re cheap service I bet most of the staff there it’s not qualified and I will definitely report them

Negative experience: Booked an emergency appointment 15/07/2025 for 16/07/2025 as my filling had fallen out and would like a hygiene clean as well. Arrived at 10am as agreed waited 15 min and then I asked how much longer.. the lady at reception says just a few minutes and continues to have her coffee and a chat with a friend. 2 min later someone else comes and says.. I’m sorry but the dentist has looked at your file (previous visit) as someone else has looked after me previously he won’t be to do my filling. So 20min after my scheduled time, taking a day off work.. I was given the option of a refund £60 consultation or to reschedule. Customer service at its poorest and still in pain desperately trying to find an alternative solution.

Negative experience: I always drive past this place as I live local in Maida Vale. I chipped one of my veneers just made a phone call Saturday at 2:30 pm. Found the woman extremely unprofessional on the phone. I asked her hi I’ve not been to you before I would like to fix one of my veneers. I heard that you’re good she said yeah…. I said hello, she said what do you want ? Then persisted to be rude and say do you just want to book an appointment then I asked her do you do veneer fixtures? She’s talking to me like I’m an absolute idiot. And she doesn’t want to understand me , Avoid this place at all costs So unprofessional. I’m a surgical nurse and Been one for 15 years If we spoke to patients like that over the phone, we would be fired. Get better help.

Fantastic experience: I discovered Dr Eduardo not long ago, and since then, he has been doing my treatments. I recently had a root canal treatment with him, and as usual, it was simply great! He is extremely efficient and pays great attention to detail. I definitely recommend him – he is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I recently had an excellent experience at Shape Dental Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Dr. Eduardo Stroparo took the time to explain my treatment options clearly and answered all my questions with patience. The dental hygienist was gentle yet thorough during my cleaning, making the experience as pleasant as possible.

Negative experience: Very terrible experience. From the onset they had a problem with taking on NHS patients. I was told numerous lies as to when they had available slots open, making it very difficult to book an appointment. I eventually had an appointment booked for one morning only to arrive and then be told an hour later that their systems were not working and I had to leave with no follow up appointment, whilst other non NHS patients were still being seen. I had to make several attempts to make contact, to then be told via WhatsApp I have to book an appointment quite far in advance. Really disappointing service, I would not recommend!!!

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional! They have ONE NHS dentist & she messes up treatments (she takes so long doing it) indicating she doesn’t know what she’s doing - she literally did a basic filling and messed that up - another dental practice literally had to break it off and literally were shocked at the sight of it! They constantly push you to pay for private treatment with them! The receptionists speak about you right in front of you in another language. I would steer clear of this place! Many have had to leave this practice due! They have another dentist there (short hair) who has no patience and is so SO RUDE to children, literally rolling her eyes telling them to sit down. And as a parent, she does not let you get a word in edgeways! If you try and give any feedback to the manager Christian, he gets offended and tells the dentists and then they refuse to treat you rather than being a professional and rectifying their errors! If you don’t want to be left high and dry, honestly go elsewhere! Avoid avoid avoid!

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the care and understanding of my needs. The procedure you are having is discussed with you beforehand so you know exactly what to expect. The Dental Surgeons are very skilled in their work and come highly recommended. I have been coming to this practice now for 2years and would not go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Unfortunately didn’t do anything that was supposed to do and charged 50% still. I wasn’t happy at all. Also didn’t like the installation too. I don’t recommend.

The white filling procedure was professionally done, really appreciated the doctor being very clear about what he is about to do and why which made me very comfortable. He also did a bit of oral hygiene at the end for free!

Fantastic experience: My appointments with orthodontist Gilson Stroparo and hygiene nurse Wanessa were excellent. I had new moulds for night time retainers made at the end of September. Today, when I collected them Gilson ensured they fitted me correctly , provided me with moulds and gave me advice on how to make them last longer. My experience has been a very positive one with a team dedicated to high standards of oral care and patient satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: Needed them for an emergency treatment. My face had extra cheek on it. It turned out that the old root canal gave the tooth another 15 years but had to go and be replaced. The saw me after a few hours. Dr. Eduardo was brilliant. I was in and out in half an hour and the pain was the least I had and this is my 3rd extraction. Based on my experience I cannot but say recommend. Bless
