Fantastic experience: The dentist Mr Amar is absolutely fantastic. I had root canal and cannot believe how well it has taken. Only a little over half an hour and with state of the art facilities. It was so quick and smooth I was waiting for something to go wrong after - but it hasn’t. Had a routine follow up to confirm all was as it seems and it is - FANTASTIC!!

Negative experience: -2/10. This dental practice is racist and rude to their patients. I called to book an appointment at 9am and they didn't get back to me until after 5pm !! Just to refuse an appointment for my daughter. The staff refused to give their names and used foul language and said they don't care to help. STEER CLEAR of this racially biased place. I'll be taking this complaint further.

And with a smile, she asked of my date of birth and my mission. She directed me to the surgery to meet Dr. Amar Sarin. Very pleased with the reception, unbelievable friendly and efficient . Meeting Dr. Sarin, he came out of the surgery, greeted me and invited me in. Sat me down and explained to me general procedure for the treatment. I found Dr Sarin knowledgeable. His explanation was simple, clear, vivid and thorough. Very communicative and attentive. Questions asked was thoroughly answered. I found Dr Amar Sarin very skilled and professional. I congratulate him for the way he has carried out his professional duties.

Fantastic experience: Had root canal treatment this morning- feeling very anxious as I DON’T like the dentist in general, I was made to feel at ease from the moment I walked in. My dentist and his assistant were VERY nice, talked me through the procedure and what was going to happened, he allowed me to ask questions especially about the needle they will use to numb my mouth. All in all the whole procedure went well and I actually think I was anxious for nothing, really good place to have treatment. Even when I called prior to my appointment to find out about location reception were very friendly and told me various ways I can get to them and also park if I wanted to drive. Highly recommend

Negative experience: I had an awful experience at Kew Bridge Dental today so bad that I had to get up and walk out of the chair mid-appointment. While administering anaesthesia, the dentist hit a nerve or something similar. Despite my clear signs of pain audible sounds and visible discomfort he continued for another five seconds until I had to physically push him away. The pain was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. It felt like my jaw was being torn apart in three places, with the pain shooting down my spine and into my head. My head felt like it was going to explode. Hours later, I am still in agony—my eye feels like it might pop out, and the pain in my jaw and neck has worsened as the anaesthesia wore off. The dentist didn’t even proceed with any work on my tooth after that; the appointment ended with just the failed anaesthesia. This was particularly shocking because I’ve had multiple root canals, six teeth removed (including four wisdom teeth), and even broken bones set without anaesthesia, and none of those experiences were as painful as this one. This experience has shattered my trust in small dental practices, especially those recommended by the NHS. It seems like only expensive private practices truly care about patient comfort and pain management. I wouldn’t recommend Kew Bridge Dental to anyone after what I went through.

Negative experience: Been going for 5 or so years. Had at least 4-5 dentists so far. No staff retention. Competence and thoroughness has varied due to this. Recently spent a day trying to get a late cancellation removed from my account as it was them who mistakenly cancelled the appointment after yet another dentist had left. Time for me to move on from this one.

Negative experience: This practice required urgent assistance to repair a leak on their sink so they could accommodate their patients without causing any inconvenience to the practice or patients. We came at 7am to do the repair. Once we requested payment upon completion, as are our terms, the receptionist promised it would be paid that day but now refuses to answer all and any requests for payment. I guess paying invoices for services supplied does not apply to the tradesmen they hire! If this is how they treat people It would lead me to question their business practices as a whole. I have now recieved a "Cease and Desist" from Kew Bridge Dental for leaving this review. Threatening me with legal proceedings and a "sum which would not be insignificant" Note: after leaving the review I was eventually paid.

When there have been minor isues, I'm told that everything is fine and down the line it's not and this has led to me having to pay £200+ for extra treatments that could have been avoided. Should've stayed at my previous practice on Kingsley Road

Negative experience: Wasn't a good experience overall, and left me feeling this dental office has no concept of duty of care, and only seems out to maximise profit off their patients. To start - I had a tooth crack, so booked an emergency visit. The dentist who saw me seemed very nice and professional; she drilled out the damaged part of my tooth, and filled the new hole with a large filling, and organised for me to return in 6 weeks to check how the tooth was healing. The problems started 3 weeks later, when the new filling she'd put in to fix the broken tooth fell out. I contacted the dental practice right away, and was told that the dentist I'd seen had just gone away for a month. Another dentist at the practice would see me. But when I arrived, I was told that, as they were not the person who had done the original fix, I would have to pay the entire cost again, to fix it. And if I didn't want to pay the £300 again, I could wait 5 weeks for the original dentist to be available. I asked what had happened to my appointment that I already had scheduled for 3 weeks later, and was told that I didn't have any appointments. When I insisted they check the computer, because I did have an appointment, they shamefacedly admitted that I did have an appointment, but they were going to cancel it. At no point did anyone even ask if I was in pain, or having trouble eating. So I'd gone from a narrow crack in my tooth that wasn't causing me any pain, to a massive hole that was causing me pain and making it impossible to eat, and I'd wasted £300 doing it. I was so upset I walked out, and found another dentist, who fixed the hole for me. I'd avoid this practice.

I was extremely impressed with Amar, the specialist Endodontist. It is immediately evident that he takes immense pride in his work and puts patients at ease, explaining everything he’s doing throughout the treatment session. He has a very warm and caring manner about him and is a true master of his profession. I cannot rate him and this dental practice highly enough. Furthermore, he kept his word and called me on 2 successive Fridays to follow up and check I had no further issues. Such a positive and painless experience. Didn't want to use previous Brentford dentists owing to bad experiences with receptionist... 6 months later after going to KBD I have seen hygienist twice and had check up and 100% perfect service from all staff. Receptionists always warm and friendly, not at all like previous place. Sara is about as good a hygienist as I can imagine existing, anywhere; very professional, thorough, focused and informative. Alex my new dentist is obviously a bit of prodigy and I am very grateful. I would like to say more about how amazing she is but don't want embarrass myself, suffice to say she is very expert no doubts there. Fantastic experience: Since my teenhood, I have been severely dentist averse. It is places such as Kew Bridge Dental that have completely turned that around. First off, the lovely receptionist, Angela, went out of her way to reassure me. As Angela was the first face I saw, that was a great help. And she was 100% right, despite my misgivings. The dentist (to my shame, I cannot recall his name) took time to explain what was going to happen (root canal) in enlightening detail. And he kept me updated as the process went on. All in all, I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here, as my own NHS dentist was reluctant to do root canal treatment as the roots on my tooth curved. If they were more local and easier to get to, I would transfer to Kew Bridge Dental in a heartbeat! My peers have talked about how uncomfortable root canal treatment can be - it was not. The lovely dentist warned me I might suffer some discomfort for up to 5 days - the only issue was the jaw was tender for that time, but how often do you press on your jaw bone. I also really appreciated the dentist showing me the 'after' x-rays and explained in some detail what he had done and what would happen over time. First rate experience.

Really knowledgeable, allayed fears which is especially for an anxious patient like me!
