Fantastic experience: Smile Kind thank you very much. My daughter has been suffering with a tooth infection for months. The tooth needed to be taken out. We went to see Sammi today and within minutes he had examined my daughter and the tooth was out. Me and my daughter Sarah Knight can’t thank you enough.

Negative experience: Do not use, they get you in to have xrays and discuss treatment. Paid £150 for xrays, they came back saying I couldn't have sedation.i booked to have treatment without sedation, I was 14 minutes late due to traffic although I gave myself an extra hour to get there. They cancelled my appointment and said I had to pay £100 because I didn't turn up.i tried to call the surgery prior to me being late to give them advance notice.45 minutes after my apptmt someone called me and started having a go at me. I was crying because I was late and I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. The receptionist gad no compassion at all, she lied about my number of phone calls, she was speaking over me. I tried to tell her the phone service wasn't working and she told me it was. She was arrogant, rude and should not be employed as receptionist. I would have thought knowing how upset I was would be kindcand supportive but no, total opposite. She kept saying do you want to pay £100 now so I can book in again. I started to have epileptic fit as the receptionist just didn't care at all. I had already paid £50 deposit so i wasn't going to pay anything more. So I have paid £200 for noth8ng, they have refused to give me my deposit back. Totally disgusting service, beware if you do go to them, do not hand over any money. I am now taking them to court for n9n compliance and theft

Fantastic experience: I was referred to have my wisdom tooth extracted on the NHS. Oral surgery Ltd did a brilliant job. It was easy to arrange the appointment at Smilekind and I was offered an appointment time convenient for me. Bilal did a brilliant job removing my tooth, he was very quick and efficient, explained everything and I barely felt a thing! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing extraction if I could give 10 stars I would due to the amount of care and consideration Sami showed by explaining everything very clearly and precisely, aswell as this he managed to get the whole tooth out in one go so there was nothing left in my gums at all he is very professional and efficient. For these reasons I would recommend them to anyone needing a decayed tooth removed I can’t put into words how excellent the service was (definitely worth every penny). Many thanks again to Sami and the team at Smilekind I really appreciate the service and I will definitely be coming back if I need any extractions in the future.

Fantastic experience: My dentist said they couldn't remove my tooth so I got referred to Dorchester for removal on the NHS and they again said they wouldn't be able to remove and I would need to go to hospital and put to sleep for the removal. So I was very unsure if paying privately I would be able to get the tooth removed Sami assured me he would get it out and that I wouldn't feel a thing which was correct I felt nothing apart from being sore after! All friendly staff that work here definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: A* - What a fantastic experience. Dr Fazil was so kind and understanding. He was reassuring, courteous and friendly. I was so anxious about my double impacted wisdom teeth removal, but he was so calm and friendly that I was completely at ease. I was absolutely astonished that the whole operation lasted around 20 minutes, required no cutting of my gum or drilling. I have had such an easy recovery and feel so privileged and fortunate to have been seen by Dr Fazil and his team. It is not a regular occurrence that I send a physical letter of thanks, but he certainly warranted the time and effort. Thank you so much. I cannot recommend 'SmileKind' enough.

Fantastic experience: Normally feel super anxious attending the dentist however this afternoon I was greeted by Abbie who was super friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. I saw the dentist George who was so informative before, during and after my treatment. I am super happy with the results of my treatment and would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Negative experience: I pre booked an appointment a year ago, made payment, they cancelled the appointment promised to refund it’s now 10 months on 4 occasions now, I even had to go into the dentist and fill out a bank form in writing which they still have in breach of GPDR, Courtney could not cope with dealing with a calm customer complaint in face she has made the situation worse, manager is in meetings all day in Poole. Please please do not pay them upfront

Fantastic experience: Wow. I was referred by my dentist Philip at Birchfield, New Milton. Read Smilekind reviews and thought this sounded perfect. Had a polyp on the end of my tongue, so Sami and his fab team operated. Cut, stitched, and now got my tongue back. Big Thank You to all.

Negative experience: I was referred here by NHS and I will never recommend this practice to anyone. I was booked for consultation with a specialist at the beginning of November. My appointment was at 9:30 but I was not seen until 10ish, because they booked another patient before me. I have never had to wait for 30 minutes at my NHS dentist, so it was strange that it's only morning and the surgery was already running late at Smilekind when you have to pay for the consultation. But ok, maybe it was just an emergency, i decided not to focus on this. The worst part was later. After my appointment I was told that I will receive a full report with the cost in 2 weeks time. But after 2 weeks my app was cancelled with a short notice and rescheduled for the following week. And then again for another week. I patiently waited but then I emailed to check what is happening and when I can expect a report to start the treatment. Finally at the beginning of December already I received a short report but only for 1 tooth, instead for all teeth which I was supposed to receive. I was told I need 3 appointments to treat this tooth, but because the dentist is away on training, it's not going to happen anytime soon.At this time it starred to feel already a bit frustrating but when I raised my concerns, Emily ( i think the owner or a practice manager) sent me a long email saying that they I need to find a different practic, because of: 1. Unwillingness to accept the delay to my consultation report despite being offered a reasonable explanation 2. Difficulty accepting the fees associated with my treatment 3.) ⁠Difficulty accepting the need for a delayed start due to the festive period and the dentist planned absence. That's the way how the treated me. It's said on their profile that they passionate about developing a phenomenal patient experience. Unfortunately my experience with them was very frustrating. I had urgently to start looking for another specialist. And I am so glad that I found another practice. At another practice I received a very detailed report on the next day after my consultation. Also I was told that the treatment for this particular tooth needs to be completely different from what i was told at smilekind and i will need a root canal treatment. It's not possible to install the crown without it. I don't mind to pay extra. It's better to pay extra, but when it's done properly, rather than paying less, but when it's done how the dentist at smilekind suggested in his treatment plan. I will never recommend Smilekind to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Having recently completed almost a year of treatment following periodontal disease (which I had never properly realised or addressed for various reasons), I am so grateful that I was recommended to the team at Smile Kind. Firstly, following liaison between Sami and my peri consultant and an initial consultation at the practice I was given a detailed treatment plan. The plan was explained thoroughly with a time frame and immediately I knew I was in safe hands. I didn’t want a quick fix but for a long term result I could live with by a surgeon who clearly had incredible expertise in his field. The treatment began and on each visit both Sami and Sarah managed to strike a great balance of professionalism with huge amounts of care and this was reflected in subsequent appointments with all of the team - from the making of the temporary dentures following a number of extractions and then a bone graft, all of which sound far worse than it is, to meeting the equally lovely and highly professional Nazia, who made my fabulous four supported implants. The incredible level of professionalism, aftercare, support and friendliness from all the team from day one has been the gold standard at Smile Kind. To anyone wondering whether they should take the leap for such treatment, do. They are amazing, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I’m currently just over 2 weeks post op on getting both my lower wisdom teeth out. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I was really nervous getting my teeth out but Sami and Sarah were absolutely amazing. They were both so reassuring and empathetic. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable which i really appreciated. When i got them out, Sami was very quick & both of them were out in like 5 minutes. I luckily had little to no swelling and the pain wasn’t horrible. There was a point where it was very painful and i contacted smilekind and they were so wonderful at getting me an appointment quickly so the dentist could take a look. The holes seem to be healing nice as well. I’ve see to many horror stories of wisdom teeth extractions, im very grateful for Samis expertise in getting them out without any problems. He’s very confident in the work he does and i found that really comforting. Again, a massive thank you to the whole team. A lot of places don’t seem to care about their patients anymore so it’s refreshing to see a business remain genuine in wanting to help.

Fantastic experience: I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and consequently I’m very nervous (in fact petrified)! I was recently referred to SmileKind for the extraction of a double tooth and I have to say, it was the most positive experience! Sami, and his assistant Sarah, couldn’t have been any more kind, patient and understanding. They both put me at ease and the whole procedure was over with so quick and painlessly! I would, without a doubt, recommend SmileKind and especially Sami and his lovely nurse, Sarah.

Fantastic experience: Small unassuming surgery in Boscombe but excellent treatment when through the doors. My front teeth were broken at school in the fifties when I was ten and since then I have suffered from wearing a plate and latterly a bridge held with titanium pins into the base of adjoining teeth. When the pins broke it was another plate or implants! I chose the latter and am really pleased with the outcome. Nothing was rushed and I received excellent care throughout. I have just had my 12 month check up with Nazia and Rachel following my front upper implants. Again the care was brilliant and I am so pleased I had the implants and chose SmileKind. Here's my 12 month update. Again really good experience with Nazia who is so thorough and helpful. And she remembered a couple of things we chatted about last year which is reassuring that I was not just a name in a file. More X-rays and photo's and once again I am so pleased that everything is exactly where it was last year and where it has been since the implants were first fitted. If I need any more implants there is only one place I will go - Smilekind in Boscombe.

Fantastic experience: I admit I did have some nerves about having my 2 impacted wisdom teeth extracted. However, shortly after walking into the surgery, I met Bilal who told me the procedure would be relatively straight forward. Bilal has a very good manner, and the extractions were straight forward as he said. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was referred after my dentist did an unfinished extraction. I am not a fan of going to the dentist and to some extent traumatised from previous experience. Anyway yesterday Dr Bilal and Sarah were the most two supportive and caring staff I have ever encountered with! Thank you guys for getting me through this! I thought my mouth would have pained for weeks but I feel NO pain! I can eat and drink just fine :) I couldn’t do that a month ago when I had my unfinished procedure which my dentist performed ( promise I’m not bashing my dentist) but I’m so happy I had this over with and I had two amazing people.

Fantastic experience: I had four broken teeth and had an appointment yesterday, 28th September with Dental Surgeon Gerard. I cannot speak highly enough of him; he was so efficient and I hardly felt any pain at all and the whole process was over very quickly. Added to that he was so friendly and pleasant, that he made, what could have been a very unpleasant experience, completely bearable. I cannot praise him enough.

Fantastic experience: My dental appointment with Sami Stagnell has been very successful and nurse Sarah was very good too. Positive experience: This was my first time going to a dentist to extract a tooth. I am someone who have pride in my teeth and at the age of 68 had a full set of teeth. Unfortunately one of them broke while I am on holiday in the UK. Smile Kind was very professional, patient and made me comfortable. Fantastic experience: Professonal. Wonderful experience. Lovely scottish gentleman put me at ease and did a difficult extraction. Very skilled.

Negative experience: Got there 11.45, seen at 12.10 at reception to be told it's at the other dentist 15 mins down the road. Told no appoints now till end of August and not their problem if it goes bad. Also an elder gentleman was given a form to fill in, said he could not read as he had word blindness, reception said not her problem, you cannot see the dentist. I stepped in to help him , got the form filled in and a big thank you from him. No comment or thank you from reception. Same reception for both firms.

Fantastic experience: This was a 2nd procedure carried out at Smilekind and like many I’m sure, dentisry is not top of my list. I had no reason for concern though as I was in the superb care of Dr Bizal Fazil and Kate. From start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for more. Fantastic experience: Ive had around 14 teeth pulled out through out my life and this was the best tooth extraction ive had. Took all of about 5 minutes after sitting in the chair and getting an x-ray aswell.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot express, my dad had awful pain with a tooth. 3 times returning back to our other dentist in around 8 weeks. Had tooth out here and they found an ulcer (we had been to the our other dentist the same day) this was picked up quickly by smile kind . Sadly it’s terminal, however through finding it, within 3 weeks my dad had all the tests needed. Now he has all the correct pain relief needed which is a major game changer. This practice I will be forever grateful for. Efficient, kind . I am sorry I can’t remember the surgeons name but he was a Scottish chap with a great personality. Thank you

Negative experience: Had a referral here from NHS and definitely don't recommend. They refused my treatment and told me to go to another dentist. Not happy with my treatment as an anxious person. Came out in tears after waiting months to be seen

Friendly , calm and explained everything to me clearly , I had a problem tooth extracted with stitches ! Really really impressed with thete service ! Fantastic experience: I am of a slightly nervous disposition but remember being referred to you for an extraction - I was treated very kindly and in a very professional manner and whilst at SmileKind I saw adverts for implants and how good they looked once finished. Fast forward many months and with my NHS twin front denture falling out & in fear of swallowing it, I made an email enquiry about having them myself. The email was promptly replied to with the chance an appointment for an £80 consultation and I grabbed it whilst available. The experience of being greeted at your offices was extremely soothing with the whole team keeping me updated with "the plan". I had a revolving X-Ray of my jaw which Sami and I looked over for suitability and possible problems. I was told they recommend a 3D scan and I asked where I would have to go for it - Sami said "follow me - it's all in-house". Three minutes later we decided that I would get a quote for the two at the front and a second one for those and some further back. Thank-you SmileKind - I am looking forward to the quote and returning for more 5-Star treatment. Returning to see Bronya the hygienist we found I needed three fillings and these were done the following week. I had to have my gums surgically adjusted but apparently was snoring as they fiddled meticulously on the job in hand. I watched them sewing me up with what looked like human hair with Rachael in charge of snipping off the ends and holding the vacuum sucker. There was no pain whatsoever and I think I slept through the majority of it. I'm booked for the second of November which I am looking forward to. I just had the first food since yesterday, but only because I want to respect the work and the professional job that they are all doing. I had another appointment in January 2024 for fitting my implants and some bone grafting. I was given my pre-meds by Sarah and waited a short while to be called in by Sami. He and the team that day were very kind and despite the scale of the work I felt no pain whatsoever as they drilled for the implants, fitted them, did the bone graft and sewed up. I had a follow-up check with Sami where he checked the bone graft which he said was fine and removed some stitches. I phoned one morning to ask if I could see Bronya about some sensitive teeth and Emily gave me a cancelled appointment the same day and after cleaning my teeth she gave me some flossing sticks and Sensodyne toothpaste - all problems now OK. Returned in March to have further gum work as well as exposing the two sites for the implants which have now been fitted. Sami worked away at some very intricate surgery with Sarah's assistance to fill some missing gum material. I was a little concerned that I had infected the area worked on so Sarah booked me an extra check-up appointment and Sami said it was all doing fine. Returned a week later to have another check-up and to have the stitches out, Sami has finished all of the surgery now which has gone very smoothly and is healing well. The next step will be with Nadia who is going to fit some new posts and take impressions for the rest of the work. Things are really coming along really well with my implants. Fantastic experience: My husband attended SmileKind for a wisdom tooth extraction. He was extremely nervous about the whole procedure and opted to be sedated. We were welcomed on arrival by a lovely smile and friendly face by one of the nurses. My husband was then called in and I waited in reception. About 25 minutes after the extraction I was called in and met Bilal, the surgeon and the nurses. My husband and I could not have had a nicer person to do the procedure. He explained everything to me and the after effects that my husband would experience. This is the reason I have given five stars. The surgeon and nurses were very pleasant and friendly and had an empathy for patients who visit SmileKind that they were in safe hands both for the patient and the person accompanying them. Could not have wished for more.

Fantastic experience: I’m a pretty nervous patient, I have a Great dentist but she thought I should have sedation for a tricky extraction. Smile kind were fantastic, the pre visit was very reassuring and the extraction itself was painless, everyone from the nurses to dentist worked as a team with me at the centre. It was totally reassuring. They even rang the following day (Saturday ) to check that I was ok. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this team of throughly professional people.

Fantastic experience: Widom tooth extraction: Initial contact and appointment set up by Smilekind after referral from dentist. Regular appointment reminders including web links to further information on Smilekind and dental procedures. Multi-story car park directly accross the street from surgery very convenient. Had to wait a short while in reception. Usual consent forms to review and sign whilst waiting. Procedure fully explained during pre-extraction consultation and breifing. Extraction quick, efficient and painless although you are well aware you are being treated. Stiched up, little or no bleeding. Anesthetic wore off after about 4 hours, pain bearable and treated with alternating doses of paracetamol and ibuprofen. As briefed post exctraction bruising and swelling noticeable. Some very slight pain even after a week. Post extraction teeth brushing a bit of a delicate operation, some additional advice here would have been helpful. Otherwise, all good, very happy with experience and outcome. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: After my nhs dentist couldn't remove a tooth after spending 30mins trying. In fear of it breaking up they referred me to Smilekind much to my disappointment as my dentist is nearly a 2hour drive away. Smilekind were amazing. After the area was numb it literally took them 1 second to remove the tooth in 1 piece. After 5 years of pain thankyou very much Smilekind.

Positive experience: I was scheduled in for a digital scan for and early morning weekday and the scan itself was already quite pricey. When I got there, there were no patients currently being seen however I still had to wait 20 minutes to be seen which I wasn’t particularly happy about. The scan itself went fine, it only took 5 minutes so it was quick and had no issues.

Fantastic experience: I saw Sami Stagnell having been referred by my dentist for a tooth extraction. He was very good at setting me at ease. He explained what he was doing as he went and told me what to expect during the extraction. Whilst I hope I won't have another extraction, if I do I will return to Sami.

Fantastic experience: Got referred here by my dentist to have an impacted wisdom tooth extracted and the tooth directly infront of it removed too. Dr Bilal and Rachael were both excellent at what they do; they made me feel at ease (this is the first work I've needed from a dentists so was a bit apprehensive) and the extraction went smoothly. Both teeth out, wound stitched up and on my way within 20 minutes. Very greatful for their expertise and knowledge for a procedure I've been waiting to have for over 2 years. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Had two of my wisdom teeth removed here with the help of Dr Bilal and Timea- both were very friendly and helped coach me through the process. I am a nervous patient but they both were so good at calming me down in no time at all so that it could all get done. I've been having issues with my wisdom teeth for over a decade and the fact that I had two out at once is really a testament to how well they handled my nervous behaviour. 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I visited Smile Kind today to have 3 extractions. The procedure was carried out by Bilal assisted with Timea (NURSE) What can I say all in all it took 15 minutes, absolutely Marvellous, Bilal put me at ease as I was rather anxious, showed me the xrays of the 3 teeth to be extracted explaining the whole procedure. Fantastic experience: Even though I was very nervous, my visit to Smile Kind in Boscombe turned out to be the opposite. I was made to feel welcome and put at ease right from the start. I had to have a tooth extracted however, my previous dentist advised me the procedure would be traumatic because of the way the tooth was sitting within the gum. Timea and Dr. Bilal made me feel comfortable right from the start. I was shown the X rays of my teeth, the procedure was explained to me in terms I was able to fully understand, I hardly felt the local anaesthetic being administered and the extraction was completed with no discomfort. My aftercare was explained thoroughly and suitable advice given about "what to do" if pain or bleeding continued beyond a suitable recovery period. All in All a very pleasant experience and i would recommend this practice to anyone especially if they are nervous.

Fantastic experience: I first came to Smilekind over 4 years ago when I had a terrible mouth infection and was under a time crunch with a massive work project that I could not miss. Sami was brilliant. He understood the situation and was fantastic in getting me seen quickly and prescribing medication and giving me advice on how to get through the demanding project so that I could deliver but also let my infection recover (without anyone realising I was not at 100%). I have never been to another dentist since then. I go for professional tooth cleaning so they can check my teeth and I always feel like I get given honest advice that looks after my dental health without feeling like I’m being ‘sold’ something I don’t need. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is absolutely amazing. I’m autistic and have issues with sensory processing at dentist appointments and have avoided it for several years all together but thanks to them I’m back on track with everything and have been able to reintroduce myself to the experience smoothly. The place doesn’t have that dentist smell and the tools are super quiet. They have a screen and play music as well as just being so personable with me. They made it clear we could take breaks if I was getting overwhelmed and explained everything they were doing when I asked and they don’t blink when I take things in with me that will help like my ear defenders or bear. They’re also just extra caring with how they perform things; making sure everything looks perfect and sculpted as well as at my last visit they even gave me a glucose tablet so the anaesthetic wasn’t as bad. I’ve managed to have a filling and a teeth cleaning which I never would have imagined a couple years ago. I could not recommend them enough if you have sensory challenges.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction 5 days ago. I have to say that Sami and his nurse, I'm so sorry that I didn't catch her name, made me feel so comfortable. What a strangely good experience, completely the opposite of any feelings I usually have at my regular dentist. Sami's expertise left me without pain during and after the procedure. What a very kind man. Afterwards, I had some acupuncture treatment to help with a jaw problem. This treatment was truly beneficial and highly recommended, if you get the opportunity.
