Negative experience: I had the worst experience here with the hygienist. She was rude and not supportive at all. I didn’t feel like she cleaned my teeth and I have never been back after paying for X-rays as a new patient. Would not recommend.

They make it as easy and comfortable as possible, and only ever provide advice and treatment that is necessary. I mean, I’ve not had my wisdom tooth out yet, but I’m hoping it iis as easily done as possible with the least pain! . I even nodded off last time Emma did my filling! The whole team are lovely considering how busy everyone is!

Fantastic experience: Just have to thank David, the Endodontist, for his amazingly intricate work treating a chronic abscess above two of my teeth. Opening up existing root canal work and saving my front teeth - phew! Such a nice guy and talked me through every step. Also, my dentist Kevin, of course, for matching a new replacement crown so perfectly! Great to be in such safe hands in a Practice that really cares about its patients. I mustn’t leave out lovely Rachel on the reception desk who is always smiling and welcoming! The whole team are always so lovely and put you at ease as soon as you walk in.

Gives you options of treatment process when available. He understands my fears of needles & slways puts me at ease. The whole process of getting my first crown fitted over two appointments was much easier than I expected.....except for the cost. You get what you pay for I guess. I've been with this practice since 2013 & highly recommend them.
