Fantastic experience: Both appointments were kept the time . As always both the dentist and hygienist were highly professional and very efficient in what they were doing giving very good advice about what I needed to do next, For the health of my teeth. Appointment already booked in for my next appointment in six months with a text reminder sent immediately. Absolutely ideal.

Positive experience: I visit this dentist every 6 months, in general it’s a great efficient service. I like the dentist and his assistants, always chatty and polite. The receptionists deserve a special mention though, I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of them smile & rarely do they even speak to me. I hand my form back to them,, they do their bit and move the card machine towards me gesturing I tap my card on it. No eye contact, no pleasantries, no nothing. I don’t like being negative, so posting this in the hope it highlights their complete lack of customer service and prompts improvement. I understand everyone has a bad day, but I’ve been going there 13 years, this is not a case of a ‘bad day’

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to be included on their list of NHS patients after searching for a dentist for months x the receptionist was extremely helpful and when I attended my appointment the dentist was friendly, professional and explained all the recommended treatment for my teeth x she even gave me advice about correct brushing methods and suggested appropriate electric toothbrush that I could use to maximise my dental hygiene routine x very pleased x

Fantastic experience: Went in for a filling - never had one in my life and a tad nervous. Was made to feel really comfortable and was able to take breaks when needed. Had a full clean too which triggered my sensitive teeth but again was met with patience and care. Really happy with my new NHS dentist. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been using this dentist for the last year. Today I did have had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time as the Dentist was running a bit late due to fitting someone in for emergency treatment prior. I have to say though, the ladies at reception kept me updated that Kaz was running a bit behind which was nice to be informed about. They also apologised for the wait which meant a lot that they acknowledged that they were a bit behind. I do enjoy hearing the ladies having a laugh behind the desk as well, makes it more “homely feel” visiting. They are very professional and welcoming! That said, Kaz is brilliant with what he does. A great professional with a great sense of humour. I would highly recommend this dentist and will be staying here as long as possible! I don’t like dentist appointments much but Kaz makes it a very pleasant experience and gets the work done quickly and efficiently! Thanks for keeping my teeth looked after Cameron

Fantastic experience: After going through 111 to find a dentist that could help me after a few phone calls I managed to get one on a Sunday as an emergency at this dentist ..I am very nervous as a dental patient but they made me feel so at ease and took me through it step by step ..even held my held when they injected my gums i felt relaxed and comfortable thanks to the great team even the lady that took my initial phone call put me at ease and the lady at reception very pleasant ..the whole experience was very calming for me ..thank you so much for putting me at ease ...see you again in October ..kind regards Linda S

Fantastic experience: Melica is loverly , reassuring and very professional. I am always nervous before treatment but once I’m in the chair melica makes me feel relaxed. She is very gentle can hardly feel a thing when my teeth are being cleaned unlike my past experiences. She knows her stuff and makes things clear when communicating knowledge and advice in order to maintain good hygiene and healthy gums . I am lucky to have her as my hygienist .

Negative experience: Very poor service. They’ve wrote a wrong prescription for me and now I have to wait until the weekend so I can get in touch with the dentist to correct her fault.

Fantastic experience: After avoiding the dentist for years due to anxiety, I finally went and I’m so glad I did. I was extremely nervous, but my dentist kaz was absolutely brilliant and made me feel completely at ease. The compassion and care I received were amazing. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt supported throughout the whole appointment. If you’re a nervous patient like me, I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: 20 mins waiting for my appointment. Not sure how this happens when apportionment is at 9am! No communication from anyone as to why this happened. Appointment itself was fine with no complaints Amended 31/7/25: please do not ask customers to leave a review on Google if any negative responses/interactions are responded to by a cut and paste response and then squirrelled away by getting customers to email the practice manager. I imagine very few have the time to do this and the Google-viewing public do not then see and outcome of explanations!

My teeth needed quite a bit of work after not being able to get into a dentist for a few years (and being pregnant probably exasperated the decline of my oral health). He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind and he helped this nervous person through all the treatments needed to get my teeth (and smile) back to excellent condition. Best dentist I've ever had. I'm now wanting to go into the field myself!

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Nadyn! She is an incredibly skilled and passionate dentist ,always calm, attentive, and dedicated to her work. I went through an Invisalign treatment with her, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the results! I totally recommend her to anyone especially if you're thinking about orthodontic treatment. She really makes the whole journey smooth and stress-free. I'm so glad I chose her

Negative experience: The actual dentist was fine, but someone from the admin team walked in the clinic room 3 times during my appointment, no apology, nothing, just walked in and talked to the dentist, whilst they were treating me. The first time, was when I was being injected anesthesia, which made my very nervous to think the dentist was being distracted a this time.

Fantastic experience: I joined DFY today and I’m so impressed. My Dentist was wonderful and explained everything he was doing and went over the plan for my treatment. Best of all, they take NHS patients! I had the best treatment! I have to travel quite a way to get to this practice but it was well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I called up today for an emergency appointment and was seen immediately. Two teeth were removed, ( first time for me, so was quite anxious.) Dentist had explained due to complexity he may not be able to extract the teeth and a referral to hospital might have to be made instead. Dentist said he wanted to try as he knew how much pain I was in. 30 minutes later and both teeth were removed, minimal amount of pain throughout due to brilliance of the dentist. Care throughout was 5 star.

Negative experience: Check up took 10 minutes max. 4 x rays 10 minutes max. Talk about future needs. 5 minutes. Cost £86. Say no more.

Fantastic experience: Managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment on a Sunday, after a "permanent denture bridge" came loose, the day before. All the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The dentist was very calm, and took his time to explain the problem. He carefully removed the bridge, which is now out, until further work can be performed, by my regular dentist.

Positive experience: Very good service. Only issue is with the parking. There is none available on site and there are time restrictions locally so a bit stressful if you are not aware of this issue.

Negative experience: Initially I had thought we had found a good dentist after my first visit. However...we had appointments cancelled over 4 in a row and delayed treatment by 6 months. Everytime I've been here the level of professionalism is minimum from the reception team. The one lady that deals with reception I've heard her literally shouting at customers on the phone but also within the dentists room she is not friendly or approachable. The dentist practice is archaic, little room in waiting area. Xrays separate to dental rooms. You can hear everything from the dental rooms if sitting in reception including the angry receptionist who likes to shout at customers. Practice decided that I should be removed from their list due to having to cancel last minute. I have a disabled son and he was ill. I've never experienced such crap customer care as here. I do not recommend unless you enjoy a bit of abuse on the side of ur dental work! I've re registered with my old dental practise, further away but so much better care.
