Negative experience: Very Disappointed – More Focused on Money Than Patient Care I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental surgery. The staff and Dentist showed no understanding or compassion for the patient’s situation and seemed far more interested in profit than in providing proper care. The patient is a pensioner in severe dental pain and has been waiting a long time for treatment. Instead of offering help or flexibility, the surgery insisted that they could only be seen privately, making it impossible for someone on a limited income to get the care they urgently need. This lack of empathy and refusal to prioritise patient wellbeing is unacceptable. It’s clear that this practice values money over people. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone looking for an NHS dentist who genuinely cares about their patients.

Negative experience: Rating for Reception staff : 0 star : Roxanna 1 star : Anca Rating for Dentist Jay : 5 Stars. Rating for Hygienist Husein Bandal 5 stars. The 0 star reflects the unprofessional and rude attitude shown by the receptionist towards the patients. They behave as if though they own the place and treat the patients with unwarranted disdain. Prior to these recent changes we looked forward to visiting the surgery as we were always treated with courtesy and respect and there was an air of welcoming friendliness about the place. Now we made to feel as if though they are doing us a favour by giving us an appointment. I am absolutely furious with the lack of courtesy shown by these receptionists.if it wasn’t for Jay we would definitely have moved on to a different practice. The current receptionists need to show some humility in dealing the patients and if failing they need to move on and find a appropriate organisation where their unfriendly bordering on aggressive brand of customer service can be put to better use like Prison services. If you can’t find someone to replace them at least send them to be retrained on how to handle customers with basic courtesy and respect. I object to the fact that 1-Receptionist yelling at my wife to get back upstairs when she came to see me downstairs when already hygienist nurse told my wife to wait until Husein comes back. When Roxanna yelled at my wife Hussein was outside the building having a coffee. My wife is not a school kid to be shouted at. 2- Attempted overcharge without checking the fact that my wife has already paid some deposit towards her treatment. If they are professional they should check our Payement records before presenting the bill - checks shouldn’t be carried out after our prompt. No apologies nothing. All very disappointing. 3- while waiting we also noticed how insensitively they dismissed the genuine concerns and requests of many elderly patients which was very uncomfortable for us to witness . This was when we both decided to move on. These staff are certainly damaging what was once a family friendly humble and caring surgery ably helmed by ever so helpful and consummate professional Dr Jay Bhuva. Once Again 5 stars for Jay for his humility and dedication to total beautiful patients care.You are one of a kind Jay. A consummate professional a gold dust. 5 stars to Husein for your professional care and for your helpful advice in the hygiene department. 1 star for Anca 0 star for Roxanna.

Fantastic experience: My teen daughter struggles with sensory issues, particularly around brushing her teeth and touching her gums. I made an appointment with hygienist Hussain and explained the issues. He was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing before he did it, didn't chat too much (which was great for my daughter) and was very sensitive and understanding. He suggested some new techniques to try in a way that she easily understood. In short, he was brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I received very professional dentist treatment. Comparing to my previous dentist who retired, the anaesthetic injection was much less painful, the treatment was just as good and costs are significantly less (not that this is important).
