8 months ago Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend and thank this dentist so much. I had some dental implants done out of the UK and I had a slight issue that needed a few minutes of help and they were kind enough to accommodate and help me. Very helpful and professional.
9 months ago Fantastic experience: Dr Shyam Patel has taken over the care of my teeth since I have had a long standing run of bad luck with other dentist al practices. My medical history is a bit complicated and Dr Patel didn’t hesitate to take the challenge on of correcting my teeth. I immediately felt I could trust him and he has so far has carried out three fillings and a crown with professionalism. I really like the end result. I like that he his calm in nature and talks through what he’s doing and most of all he listens to what you have to say so it feels like a team effort to make sure the treatment is a success. I also feel if I have any problems in the future I can approach him. I’m so relieved to have found this dental practice and this specific dentist I hope this review will reassure others that there are good dentists out there. I also want to thank the receptionists for the speedy appointments and the dental assistants. Thank you Heather Easton
10 months ago Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment for a broken wisdom tooth removal. I wasn't registered but had an appointment and the tooth removed within 2 hours! Helpful staff put me at ease and the dentist was amazing, calm and not rushed. I have now joined their dental plan and will be going back for more treatment that I've been putting off for years. Highly recommended.

So impressed and was made to feel so at ease ✨️ The lady dentist with her lovely apprentice (Nurse) absolutely amazing No pain at all honestly it was pleasure to have my dental work done. From start to finish so professional and so welcoming. 1 year ago Negative experience: Waited nearly a year to be 'READY' For a new Denture only to be told it was unlikely to work at the fitting REASON: The missing tooth space has narrowed from the time I had my last Denture? Rubbish . I had 4 Denture stolen by someone who worked in my house
Our records indicate that your denture was fitted, and you expressed satisfaction with the results to our team. It is important to note that the previous loss of your denture was not our fault, and we made every effort to ensure you received a suitable replacement promptly.
We strive to accommodate all our patients needs and regret that you feel your experience was unsatisfactory. However as your Denture has been completed and fitted, we would appreciate if you could update your review as it is an incorrect and not a factual review.

1 year ago Negative experience: Really poor admin, quoted the wrong price, no effort made to rectify their must. Consistently change appointments. Generally don’t seem to care about their clients, private or NHS.
We strive to provide the best possible care to all our patients, whether Private or NHS. While our treatment plans are given as estimates to accommodate any unforeseen changes during treatment, we always aim to clearly explain all costs and options involved upfront. We understand how important it is to have clarity on these matters and regret if this was not adequately communicated to you. As there was a slight error with your treatment plan which an apology was verbally given, our reception team took time to explain your treatment and costs involved.
Our team do their upmost to provide the best care and resolve any issues which may arise. In return we ask our patients to treat our staff with respect and kindness. If you were still unhappy with the outcome, we would have been very grateful to have been given the opportunity to look into this matter further for you.
We do care deeply about our patients’ experiences and satisfaction and welcome all feedback as it helps us to improve our services. We strongly disagree with your comments that the practice doesn’t care about its patients. The fact that you have kept your future appointments with us indicates that you are still happy with our service and trust the practice with your dental care.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: New owners of this local practice first visit was good it was a dual apt with my daughter, was really nice experience and made her experience comfortable and happy so much that shes looking fwd to next visit. I had good explanation of NHS and private price options and answered questions well not pushing one way or other. Had my follow up booked in without any fuss. So far so good keep up the great work!
