Fantastic experience: Brilliant I can't recommend them enough

Negative experience: Very very poor service and receptionist was very rude and abrupt and argumentative and unhelpful. This dental practice tried to charge me twice with out checking the my previous appointment and payment. I would never ever recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Love everything about the practice but medical history being done in the waiting room is nonsense. The whole of Dudley road now knows something that was so personal to me. First practice or shall I say first place to ever do this. Is this not breaking gdpr!!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. After receiving a filling here, I was in pain for over a month. Every time I called for help, I was told I was “on the waiting list.” Meanwhile, I ended up seeing a private dentist three times in that same period they were far more helpful, prescribed antibiotics when I developed an abscess, and advised that I needed a root canal and another filling. When I couldn’t get through here (half the time it just goes to voicemail), I contacted 111 and was seen by an emergency dentist who removed the nerve causing the pain within a week something this practice failed to do. There was no sense of care, urgency, or compassion shown. I felt completely brushed off and left to suffer unnecessarily.

Negative experience: I was disgusted when my 94 year old mother was told there were no emergency appointments when she had a facial swelling after a routine filling. Furthermore there were no appointments for the Thursday or Friday either and she should call 111. There is no duty of care , lack of responsibility or empathy. My mother has been a regular patient for decades never missed an appointment or been late. Being clinical myself i found this level of care appalling

Negative experience: It used to be a good dental practice, but since the young dentist left, we’ve had a lady who was quite rude and unprofessional. The manager refused to move us to someone else, so we left after 5 years. I can’t fault the receptionists, as they’ve always been very helpful and polite. ------(--- To reply to the practice reply - telling a child they are not normal because they don't drink fizzy drinks nor eat sweets on regular basis, is below any standard in my opinion. And it is not the lack of proper communication but your lack of care.

Fantastic experience: I got a tooth extraction here and they were very nice about it and it was not painful they made sure to take care of me while getting 3 pulled out all in one go☺️ Would recommend this dentist they are lovely

Negative experience: Avoid! I understood after our appointment why we paid upfront! Daughter was in excruciating pain and we was told by 111 this practice would help her, all he did was refer her elsewhere after prodding and poking and making situation worse, not a very sympathetic or caring dentist, save your money and go elsewhere!

Negative experience: Receptionists are so rude! Absolutely disgusting in the way they speak to people, they most definitely need to go touch up on their customer service skills!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited and had an excellent experience. Dr Aliyah was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment options clearly. I appreciated her approach to patient care and felt that my concerns were genuinely listened to and addressed.

Negative experience: Definitely do not recommend, I had a regularly appointment years ago that was cancelled due to the pandemic and was told they will not be seeing any patients ill receive an appointment in the post when they are allowed to accept appointments again. Nothing was ever sent and now I find out years later instead of send me an another appointment like they said they would they infact took me off the list without any correspondence. As a result I'm not left with no dentist during a dental emergency and this practice, the only practice I've use in my adult life will now longer entertain my as a patient because they didn't contact me like them they suggested while quoting their practice policy about not turning for appointments. You have sent me any appointment to turn up to so you've taken me off. I will honestly rather let this tooth rot in my face then have to deal with another dentist Definitely going to be raising a complaint.

Negative experience: I contacted the receptionist to make an appointment with the dentist and was told that I was no longer a patient. People have to suffer the pain because they delisted you and you can't get help. Shame on the organization.

Negative experience: Took grandson who is Severely autistic for his appointment which we had spent week getting him prepared for and they tell us its been cancelled. Said they sent letter but no trace of it. They just dont seem to understand or appreciate how difficult getting a seven year old with complex care needs to appointment is and how once he is prepared and it doesn't happen it confuses him making future appointments so much harder. Poor service. Wouldnt even let him pop in or get sticker. No understanding of Autism.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by 111 to Dudley road dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction as I was in excruciating pain. I’ve never had a tooth extraction before so I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. The whole journey was pleasant from being greeted by the lovely receptionists to the dental nurse ( Dilpreet ) giving me moral support through the procedure Wanted to say a massive thank you to Dr Rahman for all the reassurance pre procedure , it was pain free and I walked out smiling. Would highly recommend this dental practice & Dr Rahman for their professionalism !

Fantastic experience: Was seen by Liz Paulson and her lovely assistant saira and i couldnt be more pleased with the care i received. Made me feel comfortable, addressed my dental issues promptly and took time out to make sure I was happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend this practice based on my experience with these two lovely members of staff. Thankyou for all your help.

Negative experience: I missed my appointment 2day, I'm ill and on medication, and a baby died on Sunday, me and a friend was close by, and couldn't hv saved baby if we didn't go other way, we are shook up, and these dentist just said they don't care, and they must deregister me for missing 2 appointments with reason, they are evil and cruel, and don't care if your family or babies die, everyone should change dentist, they need to be shut down, and get some empathy and a heart instead of thinking about there pockets and evil nasty greed, the most disgusting display of services

Fantastic experience: Good little dentist very busy though

Negative experience: Didnt enclose that we had to pay 25 pound twice, was reccomended by a friend who only paid 25 for the consultation. Had to wait up to half an hour just to process the refund. Complete waste of time and there are better dental practises that we will go to.

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth taken out yesterday and I can not say enough Thank you to the team. They worked on my tooth so efficiently and still made me feel very easy. Extra part of care is they called me this morning to check on me if I am healing and doing OK or need any help. I am very pleased with their service and now they are my registered Dental surgery. Thank you Team!!!

Fantastic experience: I rang 111 about a,broken tooth and they referred me to this dentist. The receptionist who called me was very kind and helpful and booked me in right away. Everyone was lovely at the dentist and I was seen on time and my issue was sorted. The dentist I saw,was Mr Rahman and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I was very impressed overall and will look to move to this practice.

Negative experience: Poor service, reception staff are incompetent waited for over 30 minutes and then had to return to receptionist to remind her of my appointment.

Negative experience: Came here for an emergency appoitment, the dentist I saw his room was downstairs and right by the front entrance. When I went in I told him what was wrong and how I can't eat or drink due to constant pain I was in. He looked at my mouth maybe twice if that and told me I had an infection and that's what is causing me pain, so then he gave me antibiotics and that was that, 5 min appoitment if that and didn't take no x-rays or even have a proper look or conversation with me just rushed me out the door. Turns out what I had wasn't an infection and the hospital I went too said your dentist should be ashamed leaving me in this much pain for more than two weeks. Disgusting behaviour from a rushed "dentist" if you can call him that

Negative experience: I rang ahead to cancel an appointment today to be told I've been de-registered as I'd re-arranged an appointment previously in October and missed one the year before in July. I've never heard of any such thing and should have been warned when I called up. Customer services isn't good and was lucky enough to find another Dentist accepting NHS patients with better customer service which im very pleased about.

Negative experience: Used this practice a few years ago and male dentist pressed down extremely hard on tooth at rear that to this day, there is a deeper hole appearing. Thanks Mr Dentist.

Negative experience: Staff here are so lazy with no customer service. Turn up for an appointment to be told it’s been cancelled with no prior contact or communication. If we as patients cancelled then ohhh nooo another 3-6 month wait and they make a big fuss about it. It’s tough to get registered to dentists at the moment, but next opportunity I would recommend leaving this run down dentist with their run down reception staff. Don’t believe me..call them to get a sample and it will soon turn your good morning into a bad one!

Fantastic experience: friendly staff but the 1 x receptionist was a little rude deal with the customers first then talk about your daily life to the other assistants felt uncomfortable standing there holiding a tablet pen waiting for you to send a document to sign

Fantastic experience: I had my root canal treatment on the 28th June. Dr Vani Dasari and Mandeep were excellent. Treatment was done very efficiently. Both of them put me at ease as I was nervous initially. Dr Dasari explained the procedure thoroughly and the x ray findings. She was very patient and meticulous in what she did. I am very grateful to both Dr Vani Dasari and Mandeep. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming too. The team are a valuable asset to the practice. I would highly recommend the dental practice. Heartfelt thanks

Fantastic experience: My experience with dentist name Ramya was very good, she is such a nice person, caring a lot during my treatment and I always feel she is very helpful all the time my visit so after my treatment I always feel great, thanks dentist Ramya for everything.

Negative experience: Did give a five star review, but sadly it's now down to one. My sister, who has mental health issues, has been in pain for a week now concerning her teeth. At first she thought it was sensitivity pain, so she got some toothpaste to see if that would help. It didn't. So it must be something to do with the partial denture she has in. She called up to say that she's been in pain and they said that they couldn't see her until late March (three weeks away!). She had to hold back the tears and was told that she could call back in the morning. Sadly, she won't as she feels defeated and what makes this worse is that she can't eat or drink! Sad state of affairs when you can't get an appointment to just make sure there's nothing seriously wrong ... I'm now having to seek out another dentist for her just as so she can get someone to look at her and help her - especially as she's unable to eat or drink anything. What's worse is that she has had nothing but bad experiences with dentists and just adds to her anxiety, worry and her body dysmorphia.

Negative experience: No end of cancelled appointments. As someone who relies on someone to take me to appointments and also has other issues, this is not acceptable. They've cancelled last minute and I am in pain. This was ignored. Not a happy person right now.

Negative experience: This practise is focused on treating people as quickly as possible with a lack of quality or care. They offer generic advice and provide minimal treatment to save time so they can see their next patient. I would also beware of signing their waiver before treatment if you are having any serious work done as it removes all liability from them even if a mistake is made. Overall I would not recommend this practise to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Ramya and mel were great they really made me feel comfortable and did not perform the extraction until I was completely numb and kept checking with me if I was. Ramya got me in sooner as they had a cancellation and told me she thought of me when a slot came available and mel held my hand everytime I screamed like a baby and kept talking to me about everything apart from the massive needle. Really impressed with Ramya and Mel will see you guys in 6 months

Fantastic experience: Visited this dentist during Covid and must say I am so impressed with the preventions that are in place. Amrit the dentist is brilliant, I had to have a filling and couldn't feel the injection or any pain or discomfort. Very professional and wearing the full PPE. The receptionists were as inviting as ever and was lovely seeing all their smiley faces.

Fantastic experience: Hate the thought of even going to a dentist and how daunting it can be, but trust me I've just been and had my tooth out and I have to say a big thank you, to the two lovely ladies Sophie and Sam, who took great care of me and made me feel at ease, from my 1st appointment to my hopefully last. Negative experience: An awful customer service Sophia on the reception was very awkward and rude. This practice used to be brilliant under Jaspal Singh but since this has become very commercial and have a very high staff turnover specially dentist's. I would have changed them few months ago but unfortunately due to covid 19, no other surgeries are taking new NHS patients. I will not recommend them at all. Please stay away as they have very inexperienced team of dentist's.

Positive experience: It's a nightmare to find a car park and at a time the traffic is terrible. There are some Asians shops available alongside the road. Even though with the traffic issue, still a trouble free and friendly area.

Negative experience: For the past 2 days I have been calling this practice saying that my mum is in a pain she has a really bad toothache, the receptionist staff told me they will call me back to speak to my mum in the afternoon she has never actually called back I called the next day and the receptionist told me they have made a call but no one answered which was never true just to prove them wrong I gave my mums mobile number for them to call back on but again the same story no one has got in touched . I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody no one helps you here and nobody care.

Fantastic experience: For the past week I'd had toothache, an infection and abcess, this dentist gave me antibiotics, then yesterday I went in to have my tooth extracted. I have to say that from the reception staff to the dentist, everyone was very professional and made me feel at ease. The dentist was excellent, made me feel comfortable and explained everything that she was doing. Apart from a little discomfort, I have to say that I've had no pain where the tooth was removed, an excellent job all round. I would definitely recommend this dentist, especially if you are worried about going, they put you at ease and make you feel very relaxed and comfortable.

Negative experience: Reception staff were absolutely rude. Assumes everyone has a job and if not then tough luck. Made an appointment after waiting months just to be told that I have to wait till the end of August. Absolutely disgusted. No understanding and not helpful. Been in pain for ages and they could not give a dam. Complaints procedure will be the way forward.

Fantastic experience: I went today to this dental practice as a new patient having tenderness in my tooth which I took out four days ago in bilston. This dental practice seems for me absolutely one of the best dentists. I have been treated very well by the receptionists. The dentist who checked my tooth was kind and professional. She gave me anti-biotics for 5 days and told be to come back for a check up in case it didn't heal or pain didn't go away quickly. I decided to go there from now on and leavey old dentist as it is too far from my area compared to this one amd less professional Thank you again. I hope I will get better soon

Negative experience: Had a bad experience Friday 18th October. I made an appointment for 11.30am. I thought I would quickly have my appointment and go to work a bit later. After waiting an hour and seeing patients that arrived later than me go ahead of me. I was annoyed and went to ask at the desk why is it taking so long. They apologised but I had not yet been arrived. I was forced to make an appointment elsewhere since they had wasted my time
