Fantastic experience: I really liked this dentistry, I was greeted warmly at the reception, the dentist and his assistants are also friendly and kind, despite the fact that English is not my native language, they understood my problem, examined me and patiently explained what needed to be done. I am very satisfied, I will always contact this dentistry and will recommend it to my friends.

The staff are wonderful and the dentist herself is very friendly and puts you at ease in what can be a highly stressful situation at times. So happy I found this practice. From the absolute amazing customer service from the reception staff to the professionalism and kind and caring treatment from the dentist and nurse (Priyanka and Julie). I am a very nervous patient and they always go out of their way to make me feel at ease. Explaining every step of the process, being very gentle and not rushing. Negative experience: After 4 visits and having problems I was reminded a hospital referral had been made and they declined to remove a painful tooth as I might bleed They gave me antibiotics "in case " I had an infection which I did not. Appears the dentist has an aversion to extractions. I went to another dentist who after examination and x rays offered to remove all relevant teeth there and then. They said no need for hospital referral. Poor show Sedgley Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Today i had appointment in sedgley dental care. It was really nice experience. Staff and Dr are so polite to me . Dr checked my teeth with detailing. And recommended me best thing. I am pregnant and they gave me very nice treatment and accepted me as a new patient free NHS care. I really recommend to all this dental care.

Fantastic experience: Attended my 6 monthly check up this morning and as usual had a wonderful experience. I’m not the most confident patient, but all the staff always make me feel at ease and my treatment is always painless, staff are so kind , would have no problem in recommending Sedgley Dental care to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dentist listened, explained what she was going to do, was gentle but effective. I had to have 2 local injections, and seriously did not feel a thing. The dental nurse assisting was superb, knew exactly what was needed and made sure I was comfortable. The receptionist was really helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for all 3 of the surgery employees, my husband, son and myself all went for our appointments together, and we all feel the same. We were all given excellent advice before we left. I would definitely recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Excellent welcoming from all staff. Always put at ease. Not normally a pleasant visit to the Dentist but one here is against expectations. They are friendly as well as being fully professional. It is then a pleasure to visit even when work has to be done. Today was our first seeing this new arrived Dentist at the practice. She was very good. Made sure I was comfortable and ensured my teeth were doing fine. Can only highly recommend this Dentist practice in Sedgley, and you can tell how satisfied we are as we travel from nearby Wolverhampton.

Positive experience: My disabled daughter had a new plate fitted, she was put at ease and the plate fitted perfectly. Also a good match. The dentist saw me as an emergency, found out I had an infection and a loose tooth. The lady dentist was brilliant and efficient.

The dentist was absolutely amazing! She took her time with the appointment and provided very useful advice and tips to help maintain good oral health. Negative experience: Appointment was for 1.15, finally got called in at 1.45, not very impressed with the waiting time and would not recommend to future potential patients if this continues.

Positive experience: Have been a good customer here for years and never normally have any issues ... but staff chop and change and on this rare occasion the new female dentist I got yesterday needs to understand that doing a brief decalc on my teeth after the check-up is where you apply the abrasive tool to the tooth itself ... and not the gums! I stood the pain but it was so unnecessary. Other dentists at this practice have been first rate, in this task too. She should've gone to SpecSavers is my only advice. Trying to blame the impliment after I quietly politely complained didn't impress ... I can assure you. Tooth / Gum ... learn the difference!

The end results are so so lovely . My fillings on back teeth are shaped to the shape of my teeth such a new way of doing so. Such an attention to details . It’s so fantastic to have a people who care about you dental state and that’s how the lovely lady dentist made me feel.
