Fantastic experience: I have had 2 bad experiences at 2 other practices making dentures for me recently, I had almost given up finding a dentist I could trust. Spoke to others for recommendations and High view Dental Practice came up, they were spot on I saw Mani who is a gem, very thorough, put me at ease and the denture is perfect.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have just been to this dentist, I am so scared of dentists and not been for 20 years. They are one amazing team, quick efficient and pain free but with the added factor of compassion, my husband can’t talk as he had his voice box removed and breathes through his neck, they treated him quickly and kindly while understanding how historic treatment impacted on his dental needs. A huge thank you to all , if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always felt anxious about dental visits, but this practice has completely changed my perspective. From the first time I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient – no long waits, and everything felt clean and well-organised. On my most recent appointment I went in for my wisdom tooth, I was initially put on pain killers and antibiotics to manage it, after a couple days with no improvement the dentist had got me in with a last minute emergency appointment and removed my bottom wisdom tooth on the day. The dentist was patient, thorough, and incredibly gentle throughout my check-up and treatment. He managed to pull the tooth out in no time at all with me experiencing no pain whatsoever. They took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. Following the procedure I was given practical, easy-to-follow advice for looking after my teeth at home. I really appreciated how they prioritised my comfort and put me at ease straight away. It’s rare to find a dental team that combines such high-quality care with genuine kindness which makes you feel right at home. Couldn’t recommend them enough, I’ve already referred family and friends numerous times and they and I always go back.

I was very impressed with my first visit today such a lovely Dentist wonderfull manner and put me at ease straight away. I can highly recommend Highview Drntal Practice. Also they taken on NHS paitents something not available for many years in Wiltshire area.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely impeccable from start to finish. There was no strong chemical smell and, unlike other dentists, no constant loud drill noise, which made the whole experience much less stressful. The staff were friendly, calm, and reassuring from the moment I arrived. The dentist explained everything clearly and really put me at ease. I’m absolutely petrified of the dentist and my anxiety was through the roof, but by the end of my treatment I was completely relaxed. I didn’t feel a thing. The dental nurse was excellent too. Thanks to the whole team, I can smile with confidence again. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I came to this dentist in march this year as a nhs patient after having bad experience with other dentists and I was very nervous and manvir Reehal the dentist was very resureing and put me at ease.This dentist practice is excellent with its customer care.i came in needing dentures top and bottom and needed 8 teeth removed, manvir was very gentle didn't feel anything while taking the teeth out and put the dentures in straight away. The dentures are excellently made very natural looking and fitted perfectly. Manvir Reehal is a out standing dentist in my eyes and I cannot thank him enough and his staff who are also lovely. Thank you manvir you have given me my confidence back. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Ed is an amazing dentist he really knows what to do in every situation. Both my daughters had their braces fitted here and now they have beautiful straight teeth. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic experience: Attended an appointment with Mani recently for a checkup/ treatment & I did not leave disappointed. For someone who always thought dentists were intimidating creatures, he definitely wasn’t! His nurse Katie was real cute and they were both extremely kind & professional throughout. All aspects of treatment were explained thoroughly and they were happy to alleviate my fears and answer any questions that i had. 5* sense of humour both of you - i almost forgot i was at the dentist highly recommend!

Negative experience: I would have given -5 if I could! I called in for an appointment as an emergency explained the whole thing over the phone, gave me an appointment which I attended and while I was waiting I’ve heard the dentist come couple of times to tell the receptionist today is emergency only ( indicates to me that what they think of their patients luckily I’m not one of theirs ) only to go in to be told by the dentists that he is sorry nothing he can do for me as he doesn’t have my records!!!!!! And that would not extract my tooth as he hasn’t don’t any work for me and he will not interfere in other dentists works!!!! Even tho I explained everything over the phone before the appointment!!! I’ve seen 3 patients go in and come out in 5mins which for me again this practice is money making machine rather than honest dentist because taking emergencies only for 5mins scan and send them home it’s obvious the reason behind it ( sorting my tooth requires time around 30-1h which they haven’t got as they would make multiples of money instead for bringing ppl for 5mins scan and prescriptions). I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy unfortunately pure greed humans becoming. Wasted my time, money and indeed more pain to pull up with until I find another appointment.

Fantastic experience: I went to High view for an opinion on my crooked smile. Mani Reehal was the dentist I saw and he talked me through an 'aligner journey' to achieve a much neater smile. I started the aligners this week and they feel great. Mami explained the treatment thoroughly and even cracked an odd couple of jokes. Top bloke & I look forward to seeing him again & smiling with pride once treatment is complete. Thank you to all at the practice

Fantastic experience: I broke my bridge whilst on holiday, no dentists on the island. I emailed Highview from my sunbed for an emergency appointment on my return to UK. Within 10 minutes I had a response and a morning appointment for the day after I flew home. As always fabulous service from a friendly, professional and highly recommended dental practice. Negative experience: Very rude receptionist. The dentists didnt speak through any of the process and what he was doing. Caused me unessesary pain and has left cuts on my gums. Would never reccomend this place at all.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from Ed when I had my tooth extracted. The dental nurse Sara was very supportive as I was very nervous.

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional dentist who was rough and caused uncesary pain. Left pieces of old metal filling in the back of my mouth for a long time whilst he just sat there watching. I had to jump up and was my mouth out myself as the assistant did not do any cleaning. He left my back tooth filling all rough and jagged and it's been a week and I still can't close my jaw on that side correctly or chew without extreme discomfort. Do no go there.

Negative experience: this dentist has now received a lucrative NHS contract, my son has been referred here to begin his orthodontic treatment to have braces fitted. After driving for 50 minutes to this dentist from Sutton in peak traffic, we were met with the most foul receptionist who i can only imagine was employed as a favour as she doesn't seem to hold any professionalism or training for the job. Maybe as we were 7 minutes late she felt personally outraged as if we had robbed her of her inheritance! Her attitude and manner of working was honestly the worst i have ever experienced, extremely rude. Having to travel the best part of an hour to a town miles away, that i would never have visited otherwise, only to be met with a dirty scowl from a receptionist. As a receptionist she could just do the bare minimum and attempt to work at a professional level, which shouldn't be that difficult as a receptionist.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best dentist surgery get appointments straight away and the staff are very friendly and always smiling when you attend and also very clean and has booklets on the table to look at. The staff always tell you if there is a delay with your appointment excellent.

Negative experience: Was forwarded to this dentist to have a crown tooth completely extracted. It was difficult to extract the tooth maybe because it had previously been crowned. It was a torturous experience. I staggered out of the chair when finally, it was all removed. That evening I developed a high temperature and had to attend A&E with an infection. I was treated with antibiotics. Awful experience. Mr Walters

Fantastic experience: My name is Bertha, in fact I would have been dead by now without the good and professional service I received from Highview Dental Practice staff. From the receptionist to the the dental team. One month ago a dentist tried to extract my teeth but due to his unprofessionalism and lack of patience he couldn’t and sent me home with xxx pain and swollen jaw. Lucky enough I found Highview dental practice online so I decided to try them and the first time I called, the receptionist encouraged and gave me hope that I would be fine. Yesterday I went to see Sabreena and she was marvellous and caring. She put me in the middle of my care and had time to listen to me, she assured me and made me fill VERY COMFORTABLE. She took her time and explained to me the procedure and she allowed me to make a choice. At the end, she managed to extract my teeth and the procedure was PAINLESS. She took her time and monitored me till I was comfortable to go home. CONGRATULATIONS TO HIGHVIEW DENTAL PRACTICE , especially SABREENA and the nurse who worked with her as she was very gentle and humble. I recommend them to everybody who need assurance and comfort during their care.

Negative experience: No appointments still and for the last two years and now they said Im not even with them!!! Apparently still got it in for me for missing an appointment in 2020 even tho I phoned to tell them I wouldn't make it.... two years ago! I was polite at all times and I am just leaving a review. I don't care for excuses so save it and will continue with the emergency dentist that has seen me thru till now.

Negative experience: Receptionist very rude when you speak to her. It must be bad as my daughters even commented on how she spoke to me. Dental assistants were friendly. Have changed dentists now as dentist is only available 1 day a week. Was going to change anyway just because of how the receptionist was. I thought it was a one off the last time I went as people can have off days but she’s just rude and abrupt.

Fantastic experience: I decided to go here following the excellent reviews after being deregistered at my old dentist of 26 years following covid, and I'm so glad that I have. I can't speak highly enough of the staff here, all so very kind, friendly and very reassuring. I am a very nervous and anxious patient and I'm in the process of having a series of treatments/appointments and it's going to be a long journey. So far the treatment I have received has been outstanding, and all the staff have been amazing and incredibly caring. . Wished I had of found them years ago.

Negative experience: This dental practice is listed for NHS treatment but they only accept patients who are on benefits, if you are a working person who pays tax and national insurance and wishes to opt for your right to NHS treatment and prices then you are out of luck, they will not accept NHS unless you are on benefits ???.

Fantastic experience: 3 appointments so far with this dentist and very happy with this service. So glad I went here. (Only thing I'd say is I noticed they provide silver amalgam fillings which are highly dangerous and should be avoided at all costs) But in my experience, very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
