Positive experience: I am very happy with the treatment and care I received from Shampa. She is very professional, friendly, and excellent at her job. She always makes me feel comfortable and explains everything clearly. Her attention to detail and caring attitude really stand out. I truly appreciate the great work she has done and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist.

Fantastic experience: Tuan is a master in his field,he is so polite and explains everything. His bedside manner is exceptional.He is so kind and very sweet and truly cares about his patients.An amazing person inside and out. Tuans nurse is excellent and on point. Brilliant staff all round.

Fantastic experience: Been for a second time to see the lady therapist down stairs (forgot her name how rude of me ) as my dentist left i had a bad experience years before which left me terrified and a couple of missing teeth which led me to an eating dissorder i have got to say she is so so nice ive struggled for ages embarrassed too but really no need she is marvelous and so kind gentle no judgment its down to her that i can finally eat better long way to go yet but am on the road to being myself again and now i go in no tears no body shakes and she always gives a hug when i leave dont be afraid go see her she is marvelous

Fantastic experience: My daughter needed four tooth extractions in order to prepare for braces, and we was quite nervous at first. However, Dr. Tuan made the entire experience so much easier than we expected. From the start, he explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured we felt comfortable and reassured. Both extractions were done smoothly, with very minimal discomfort during and after the procedures. Dr. Tuan’s skill, gentle approach, and professionalism really stood out. He also gave me clear aftercare instructions, which made the recovery process straightforward and stress-free. I truly appreciate his excellent care and expertise—Dr. Tuan is by far the best dentist I’ve had, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing dental treatment. Negative experience: I've had good experiences in the past before, but lately the service is gone downhill, I've had 2 consecutive appointments cancelled on me which I already had to wait over 2 months, really disappointed with a lack of care for patients.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and dentist Dr Tuan is very professional - no pain at all. Explained every steps in details and very friendly. Called up the same day for emergency appointment with chipped tooth being removed and got the temporary measure in place (filling). End of the month with follow up appointment for permanent solution to it. Highly recommended dentist and feeling fortunate to have such great dentist around this area. Keep it up!

Been in pain for over 4 weeks.. got an appointment to be told I need a filling but it couldn’t be done on the day.. given an appointment for a further 2 weeks because the dentist was on holiday. Was told by phone my appointment was at 10.45 turned up at 10.31 to be told it was at 10.25 to then be told I couldn’t get another appointment for a further 2 weeks after being told I they need to phone head office because I missed and appointment in 2018.. absolute joke of a place

Fantastic experience: The dentist I see Tuan is amazing. He is so friendly, patient and reassuring. His dental nurse is also very friendly and patient. I won't see anyone else.

Negative experience: Not very good it says on google that they are open from 8.30am I have tried to call 4 times and the phone has either not been answered or the call has been cut off. Not very good for buisness.

Negative experience: Called previously few weeks ago could not get an appointment called yesterday still could not get appointment reception woman was unhelpful and rude. Bad customer service

Negative experience: Been waiting for a appointment for nearly a fortnight. On the morning I suppose to go go with toothache they text me to say they had cancelled my appointment. No reason why . Couldn’t even be bothered to phone and explain. I phone the dentist and the receptionist couldn’t give me a reason. Said they are to busy to come to explain..

Negative experience: Well where do I start?.. After waiting over a week in unbearable pain the day I am due an appointment I received a text Saying sorry but the appointment has been cancelled. Very bad service and when I phone them up asking for the reason why they couldn’t see me which they couldn’t give me a answer only they are private so don’t need a reason for cancelling. I really wouldn’t bother going there at all everyone would rather take my own teeth out

Fantastic experience: I am not a big fan of visiting the dentist and don't do it very often. I made an appointment at the Victoria as I had two wobbly teeth and a lot of pain. The dentist was very understanding and friendly and took out those two teeth with little fuss. The Staff were pleasant and the environment was easy on the eye. If you have a bit of fear of visiting a dentist (or even a lot of fear), give them a try. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wifes dental surgery. The best caring dentists in the Tipton area and probably most of the west Midlands. The only dentists to spot any problems that you have got and might have in the future of your dental after care. Helpful and friendly dental staff who put their patients at ease before any treatment has began. Definitely recommend.
