Negative experience: Worst dentist ever — I went 2 times to the dentist, with my newborn hoping to finally have an appointment after a long time. Those who have babies know how hard it is to finally get out the house just ti be turned away. The first time i went i was told to do a form, which I wasn't able to do online as there was issues. The receptionists then refused to help me as I struggled doing the form, and further complained when they did eventually give bare minimum help, and refused to tell me what to do. This is outrageous; and definitely ruins their reputation, (i wouldn't even give one star). Another matter is that they seemed to be fully booked but only have time for 30 seconds per appointment?? What is the point in waiting for so long just to be seen and told to come back in 6 months! Wouldn’t recommend at all

Fantastic experience: I arrived this afternoon for a wisdom tooth extraction feeling extremely anxious I needn’t have worried my dentist Fahd Aleem was amazing as was his dental nurse , he explained everything that was going to happen and he let me take my time when needed and the nurse then explained what I needed to do for after,first class treatment and I would most definitely recommend them.

The dentist Fahd Aleem performed the procedure expertly taking time to reassure me and check my welfare continuously (extraction was not as simple as expected due to my tooth fusing to the bone). The dental assistant was attentive and caring too making sure I was ok. An excellent practice. Thank you. I would highly recommend them.

They were both incredibly skilled, caring, and made the whole experience smooth and painless. I've had tooth extractions at other dentists in the past, but this experience was by far the best. The level of care, expertise, and kindness shown by Fahad and Sundes truly sets them apart. The clinic is modern, clean, and comfortable. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt at ease. The service was efficient, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Negative experience: Absolutely diabolical service and experience by this practice. I have been a patient here for years & every year they just seemed to have got worse but happy to put prices up and make you wait sometimes 20-30mins afte the appointment time scheduled. But that 1 day & time you turn up late 5minz & called beforehand to let them know then ‘sorry the dentist can’t fit you in’ because you were late. Even though i was waiting right outside the room & could see they had no patient & was having a luagh & giggle with the dental nurse. The dentist i believe called ‘Waj’ didnt evn have the courtesy to come out & speak to me most likely all he knows is how to count peoples teeth & not deal with confrontation. Il be expecting a phonecall from practice manager to raise a official complaint & take this further as it is compeltely unacceptable service from a longstanding paying patient!

Fantastic experience: I was booked to have my wisdom tooth extracted but my usual dentist referred the wrong side . Dr Aleem and his assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name) was fantastic though! I was very anxious but he took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and both made me feel relaxed and more calm. I’m less anxious about my tooth extraction now in the future. Would highly recommend this practice

I was there for a tooth extraction, which was done painlessly by the dentist who continually informed me what he was about to do during the procedure as too was his assistant. The whole appoint was less than 20 mins and the tooth was out and I was on my way out the door. I couldn't praise this practice more highly and would recommend them to anyone

Negative experience: Wajahat Ali Khan, the dentist, really brings the reputation of this practice down. No care for his patients. Appointments last 30 seconds with him. And if you are 3 mins late to your appointment it will get cancelled. Avoid avoid avoid

Positive experience: Parking is awful, not the dentist fault . The parents of the school nearby just park anywhere. The dentist are always welcoming and explain everything. . Would recommend just gco early to park.

Fantastic experience: About 4 months ago I came to Ray and Ravat for wisdom tooth extraction and it was a very good experience. The dentists were so amazing, professional and helpful. Fast forward to yesterday I had to go back with my husband to get our tooth checked .The dentist provided a clear and thorough explanation of the procedure, detailed instructions about each step and addressing all our questions. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them. Fast forward to 10/03/25 we met the hygienist and she did a great job for us.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless, im not there myself but my partner is and has nothing nice to say about them. He is diabetic and really suffers with his teeth, he's been begging for tooth extractions for the past five years due to the amount of pain he's in. Theyll call him in for an emergency appointment just to say come back later, luckily the emergency dentist who he saw yesterday was pretty helpful and actually listened to his concerns. For once. He is currently sat on the bed at 7am crying in pain. Trying to get actual procedures done that he needs is like drawing blood from a stone, whilst i understand that not everything can be done at once, leaving months between actually doing something to help each time is cruel, whilst i guarantee that if he was a paying patient the consistency of his treatments would be much more frequent. So they're more than happy just to leave someone in pain for months between appointments which is inhumane. Even the emergency dentist yesterday was shocked about how long he's been left between appointments and could do nothing but sympathise and couldn't understand why he'd been left for so long. I know that when replying they will spin some bs about policy etc, but when someone's been begging for five years, it's irrelevant really isn't it.

The procedure was ok & wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, he kept checking throughout that I was ok. Once finished I was sent away with aftercare information. Overall it was a good experience & I would return here for further treatment if needed.

Fantastic experience: I had my lower molar extracted today. The reception were so gentle and friendly. Dr Fahd Aleem handled the tooth extraction professionally and the operation went smoothly. The assistant gave me the instructions to take care of my tooth, she even gave me a printed copy of it. I would definitely recommend them.
