Fantastic experience: Superb friendly and outstanding staff and dentists

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for a while now, and this is an updated review. There was a bad apple that spoilt the cart but he has now left for another local practice, avoid. The staff that remain have the opportunity to make this practice something special just by being themselves. Try enrolling after October 2025 when another dentist joins this young vibrant, dynamic and friendly team.

Positive experience: Having an abject fear of the dentist and often requiring treatment I’m nervous going anywhere. When you arrive at Halton House Louise greats you with a smile and does whatever she can to put you at ease. She’s often run off her feet now there are more dentists but she still remains cheerful and helpful. I’ve seen a plethora of dentists since joining the practice and sadly it seems that once I get to feel comfortable with a dentist and know they understand my concerns and issues, they leave. This means starting all over again with a new dentist which raises my anxieties. I have to mention by name, a locum who have been working here recently. She was one of the kindest, most understanding, most gentle people I’ve ever met. Francine put me completely at ease with great communication and working at my pace rather than hers. I’m so sad she’s leaving as another dentist who is still there once said to me (regarding my fear of the dentist), “you need to get over it, it’s all in your head” whilst rolling her eyes. I will NOT see her again. On the whole the practice is so much better than it used to be, they just need to retain kind and caring dentists gif the sake of the patients.
