Fantastic experience: Having never visited a NHS dentist as I had always served in the military, it was a refreshing change to conduct a visit outside of the Army. Alice and her assistant Tammy were very professional and engaging and I felt at ease throughout my whole appointment. Very happy that I have been accepted at an extremely nice practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 2 appointments so far with Alice and her assistant Timia. Both were absolutely lovely, very easy to get on with and really informative. My second appointment was for a filling and the whole process was very quick and easy and they made sure I was ok during the whole thing. I’ve never been afraid of dentists but if I was, these two ladies would have definitely put my mind at ease. Couldn’t ask for better dentists :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely over-the-moon with my dental treatment at the Walden Dental Clinic. So much so that, following my relocation after retirement (250 miles away) I decided to continue under the same practice. Dr Suren Fernando (and his team) have been simply amazing - his patience and attention to detail is unsurpassed in my lifetime experience of dentistry. After completing the 'simpler' procedures (re-doing fillings and a few crowns) the final step was the one which caused me the most angst. I'd been missing a tooth for more than 10 years - meaning I'd often avoid photos, preferring to be the one taking them instead. Suren discussed the idea of an implant with me, explaining the process in detail, together with a payment plan; and a sensible timeframe. Given the distance involved due to my relocation, I thought this would present a problem - but no! Suren helped me manage the whole thing, requiring about 5 stages in total, over approximately a year. The other staff members were fantastic with coordinating my appointments, occasionally having to be changed due to me altering travel schedules. The whole experience has been nothing short of incredible, zero pain, amazing colour match and 100% delighted with the outcome. I'm now happy to have a close up photo and not scared of the lens at all Before and after photos.

Negative experience: Jokers. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I visited Raiyan for a large replacement filling. She was her usual professional self, she has such a lovely kind manner and is very gentle. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I was fully informed of the plan of treatment and was treated with respect by those who attended me. The process was longer than i anticipated but I am very pleased with the finished result.

Fantastic experience: Rahim and team were absolutely fantastic with my granddaughter today. She had a double extraction in preparation for orthodontic treatment. Rahim communicated details of the procedure to her with compassion and reassurance. The extraction itself was uneventful with no pain and expertly done. I would highly recommend this dentist. The dental nurse was equally brilliant, assisting in a calm and reassuring manner and providing us with all the after care procedure. Great team!

Fantastic experience: April has always been an amazing dentist who specialise in braces. I am so happy with my braces journey so far and the continuity i have with her every month. This Dental Clinic is the best I have been to.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fernando did a fantastic job repairing three of my front teeth after a recent accident. He fitted me in to his busy calendar quickly, was efficient and courteous and put me at my ease on the day. After two hours in the chair the results were as good as new - everyone has since remarked they can't see any evidence of the repair! So thank you, Dr Fernando! You are highly recommended :)

Fantastic experience: I tried for a long time time to make peace with my gappy and uneven smile but never really managed it. After a recent change in my life I asked Suren what my options were with regard to straightening my teeth and closing some of the gaps. He outlined the options and we embarked on a course of treatment including whitening and bonding. I am SO PLEASED with the result, it has lifted my confidence and contributed to a "new me". Suren is always polite, patient and knowledgeable. He and his nurses provide a great service. Thank you to all of you!

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic after not visiting a dentist for a very very long time due to bad experiences in the past… I chose The Walden dental clinic as I could book my appointment online, choosing which dentist I would like an appointment with, without having to talk to anyone and potentially getting upset to begin with … I had an appointment within 2 days and once I arrived and met the dentist Frederick I knew I had chosen the right place … I was not rushed and was given time to explain my fears and concerns , I was listened to and spoken to with care and understanding. Once the treatment needed was explained it was obvious that I would need sedation to cope with it, I was given the chance to go home have a think and a couple of days later we spoke and booked the appointment… I was of course apprehensive as I needed a lot of work, however I needn’t have worried .. again Frederick put me completely at ease and the sedation made the whole process completely pain free, which was fantastic as I had chosen to have all the work done in one session. I was helped to the car afterwards, as you need someone to pick you up, and received a phone call the next day to check how I was. Overall from the Reception team to the information and care given by Frederick and his dental nurse on the day, if you are a nervous patient or simply looking for a dentist I most definitely recommend The Saffron Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: It is almost a year since Dr Pramit Patel implanted a false tooth into my jaw, and it is time to leave a review. I would love to say that having my jaw-bone drilled into was a great experience, but you would know that I was lying. However it was not too bad and Pramit did the job very well. The whole process lasted several weeks, but I can honestly say that from the moment that the new tooth was screwed into it's socket it felt totally natural, and as if it had always been there, and since then, it has not given me any problems at all - rock solid. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the process is not 'a walk in the park' so perhaps 4 stars is fair. However, I would give Pramit and the practice 5 stars, as they always look after me well and I have never been turned away when I needed help (even during the pandemic). Stephen Graves

My dentist, Raiyan Tahir, was so approachable and took me through my dental needs in a caring manner along with answering all my questions! Fantastic experience: I have been incredibly fortunate to be going to this clinic exclusively for about 2 years now and my confidence with dental treatment is unrecognisable! I was that adult that had to be accompanied to every type of appointment and cried with fear from leaving to arriving back home. Since seeing Fred and Liz on a regular basis, I am now going to appointments on my own and no fears nor tears. I genuinely just have a little anticipation/nerves, zero anxiety and just mainly shocked at how calm I am with them! It's improved my oral health (less bruxism, cavities or any other issue) and general well-being (mental, confidence boast). Thank you both so so much!! Fantastic experience: Raiyan and Timia made my experience go smoothly as possible as i am a very anxious patient when it comes to teeth. Fantastic experience: I went to Walden Dental Clinic about 30 minutes ago and I've decided to leave a review already because of how incredible the service was. Firstly, a big thank you to the receptionist I spoke to, she handed me the paperwork to fill out straight away and directed me upstairs to the waiting room where I waited for Dr Frederick Fernando. He greeted me almost 2 minutes later and took me into his room with all the necessary equipment laid out ready. I was in there 10 minutes and he explained to me in full detail about what treatments were necessary for me. There was no dancing around the subject - he was straight to the point which was perfect as that's precisely what I would look for at a dentist. As someone who has been somewhat scared of dentists for a long time, the customer service was so excellent that I'm looking forward to going back next month for my treatment. I would highly recommend Walden Dental Clinic for your go-to dentist. And a special thank you goes to Dr Frederick Fernando for being very professional and friendly! :)
