The receptionists, dentists, dental nurses and hygienists are professional, caring and provide a great service. I have gone through my clear correct journey and have received excellent treatment over the course of two years. I am really happy with my results - the dentist has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am happy with my smile My daughter (4 years old) also now loves attending the dentist because of the care and professionalism of the team. I'm really grateful that she is able to attend this practice with me and have a positive experience.

Both the Office staff and the Dental staff have always been polite and patient, have clearly explained everything from forms to be completed, the How, What and when Payments etc are made and all treatment and procedures which are needed.

Fantastic experience: Very organised clinic good rapport and very friendly they text you to remind you of appointment and to do health form before the visit which saves time....takes covid procedures seriously and are courteous ..it is only 1 of very few NHS dentists in the area which is a woeful state of affairs but very much appreciated by people who cannot afford private dental prices

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous experience. The dentist made incredibly rude and arrogant remarks, and spent most of the checkup telling myself and my husband about how drinking fruit juice and smoothies apparently causes diabetes (not really anything within a dentist's expertise). We don't even drink them! She even failed to take a decent x-ray of my husband's teeth, resulting in him waiting an extra two weeks for a necessary extraction. We've declined all future treatment from her and as a result are having to look for a new dentist. Just don't waste your time - go elsewhere. Incidentally, we found a great dentist nearby, so there are other options.

Fantastic experience: Always efficient and runs to time which is also a big plus. The check ups and dental work is always completed to a high standard, been a patient for 10+ years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Negative experience: The receptionist canceled my appointment without notifying me. I was unable to answer her call because I was busy at work. She had called two days before the scheduled treatment to request payment for the treatment. According to her voicemail, this was not a reservation fee but the full examination and treatment fee of approximately £90. She mentioned that, due to an increase in cancellations, patients are now required to pay for their treatment upfront.

Fantastic experience: All staff members are very friendly and helpful, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for mine and my family’s dental care, even though we are no longer local. Ellis is the best hygienist and Radha is the best dentist. The receptionists are also excellent. 10 out of 10 to the whole practise.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this practice 2nd visit today.persuaded by my partner he Managed to get me an Emergency appointment within a couple of days (they work longer hours than other practices),the other dentist i was at was a month.Today i had dental work. Receptionist friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. Fabio and kate were great, made me feel comfortable as soon as I went into the Room. I absolutely hate the injection but fabio sang to me, im sure he does it with others but made me relax and smile, (well i tried.) Kate made the procedure relaxed by reassurance and a bit of singing of her own. Everytjing was explained to and I was always checkef to make sure i was ok. I couldn't recommend enough, a really friendly happy team. Ive certainly found my dentist for the future and will be bringing my children here aswell.

Fantastic experience: Your questions don't do you justice. Reception is always friendly, helpful, communicative and efficient. The Hygienists was excellent in every way. I always try to keep my teeth clean, but then there is clean and CLEAN! Even the music was a pleasant touch... even being modern played to a baby boomer helped me relax. The dentist and assistant as always are amazing. I feel completely confident in Fatima's hands. That is something very rare for me in any walk of life! To think I have historically been dentophobic. I now look forward to my visits...

Fantastic experience: I joined this practice years ago and would highly recommend it to anyone. Fabio (my dentist) is excellent, always explaining everything, and has a helpful and reassuring manner. My hygienist is superb - I always leave happy and with super clean teeth. Also gives great advice if there are any little niggles. The well-trained reception staff are always cheerful and go the extra mile to be helpful when juggling appointments. Always an excellent experience.
