Fantastic experience: I can't praise Confidental highly enough. The staff are lovely and my implant specialist, Jignesh, is lovely. He explains everything clearly and my treatment has been first class.

Fantastic experience: Just had an extremely positive experience with Jignesh at ConfiDental when he extracted a tooth! It goes without saying I was dreading the experience beforehand but Jignesh explained everything, administered pain relief painlessly and performed the extraction with the minimum of stress for me. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this practice for years and the staff here are so helpful. Tariq is very nice, as is his lovely assistant Harpal. Back in February I had an unfortunate experience with an Olive stone which damaged my tooth (I’m never eating posh Olives again). I had to see Tariq and Harpal a number of times to try a few different things. On one occasion I had been in pain and after my treatment Tariq asked the nice lady on reception, Violet, to call me to make sure I was ok. I was very pleased to receive the call and it made me think someone actually cared (because no one at home did!). There was a good ending to the story for the tooth as well so I was pleased. I took the kids for their check up today and, although they don’t share my views on how important the dentist is, I think they were secretly pleased to be told their brushing is good

Fantastic experience: My wife attended Confidential, Surbiton on 21st July. We both wish to record our great appreciation for the help Violet gave us - despite the clinic being busy, she was so patient and charming and went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife was already stressed when she arrived (imminent house move etc etc) and was even more flustered when she realised she had got the appointment date wrong! Violet calmed her down, arranged for her to be fitted in with her own dentist ((Tarique) and also arranged further appointments. I waited outside in our car with our dog - Violet came out twice to see if we were all right (it was a hot day) and whether we wanted to come in and offered drinks of water. Fantastic experience: Went in for a filling today and Dr Stevie and Nasim were great at being calm, patient, supportive, clearly explaining the procedure before and during the treatment. Additional to this Dr Stevie showed photos of my tooth showing me the stages of work completed. Definitely give Confidental a go and ask for Dr Stevie as he usually has EXCELLENT playlists on the speakers in his treatment room!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stevie carried out the most comprehensive dental exam I ever had. He explained everything in detail and I was very pleased. He also fixed a mess that a previous dentist made trying to cover a crack in a tooth. I was very impressed with his work and very happy with the result. He clearly is very knowledgeable and skilful. He's always friendly and professional. I highly recommend him

Fantastic experience: Literally the first dentistry where I feel safe, thanks to Dr. Sonila Khanieh. She is not only a wonderful doctor but a lovely person as well. She always makes sure to help me ease my fears and anxiety. She always explains every step of a procedure and always make sure to check if I am okay during treatment. I cannot express my gratitude enough for her and her attitude, never once did I feel judged or unsafe. Thank you so much. She is a gem to this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a genuinely caring, friendly, outstanding dentist to do your implant (or other dental work) then look no further than Dr Jignesh Patel. I received my treatment from him mainly at the Modern branch and once at the Surbiton branch. My experience was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve visited many different dentists over a span of thirty plus years. He is genuinely welcoming and with his gorgeous smile he will put you at ease. I was very nervous and he reassured and advised me well both pre and post operation. Never once did I feel pain throughout my treatment. Thank you so much for doing such an outstanding job at helping me to confidently smile again!

Fantastic experience: Incredible service today from Syed, I was called to an urgent meeting at work today and Syed managed to reschedule my appointment at such short notice. He was so willing to try and resolve my issue so I didn't miss an appointment. A credit to the Surbiton Branch.

Fantastic experience: My daughter really enjoyed her first appointment with Dr Jamal and assistant Becks who were really patient with my toddler. At the beginning my daughter was too shy but with the help of the assistant she enjoyed the consultation. She really wants to come back to the dentist again!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Confidental dental practice enough, I moved from Cheam last year where I used to be seen by their St Helier practice,I was very happy with them so when I moved to Surbiton last year I registered with the Surbiton Confidental Clinic , I have been having treatment there where I’ve been seen by Dentist Tariq Qureshi and assisted by really his nice nurse Harpal. I felt I needed to write this review as Tariq is the most conscientious,gentle, friendly and above all the most professional dentist I’ve ever had, shame I never met him sooner, of course nurse Harpal has been tentative and totally on the ball assisting throughout my treatment..btw the clinic is spotlessly clean the hygiene there is second to none and the reception staff can’t do enough for you, polite, friendly and again very professional which is really appreciated… I can’t thank you all you enough.. I particularly appreciated the care of Dr Jignesh for his explanations and good treatment. The reception has been very helpful, esp Nikki. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Minesh Patel for Re Root canal treatment. He was welcoming and took time to explain the process and suggested I bring earphones and listen to a podcast whilst having the treatment which really helped. He managed to complete the work in two appointments and although they were long appointments (almost 4 hours in total) it was a far easier process than I expected. He asked if I wanted to be kept updated as to what he was doing throughout and explained it in terms I could understand. He created a very calming and cheerful environment which made it easier to be more relaxed despite being at the "Dentist".

Fantastic experience: Just had root canal treatment, and I could not believe how painless the process would be, or how thorough and technically skilled my dentist, Minesh, was at it. Minesh only does these types of procedures now, and you can tell he’s a specialist. I must say that everyone at Confidental, not least my regular dentist, Tariq, who got Minesh to do the op, is highly professional and wonderfully pleasant. I recommend the practice highly.

Fantastic experience: I called Confidental in Surbiton for an Emergency appointment at 08:30 on a Monday morning. Spoke with Claire who was able to juggle things around and fitted me in at 10am. When I arrived the surgery was really busy but Claire was calm and dealt with all the patients politely and professionally, I was seen quickly and was very happy with the outcome. Fantastic experience: Excellent service and treatment from Minesh and his team. I had a varied programme of treatment involving repairing chipped front teeth and long-overdue teeth whitening. Minesh set out a structured programme of treatment and explained everything in a clear manner and delivered excellent results for me . The treatment itself went very well with no discomfort experienced at all. Minesh and the team are very good indeed at what they do. Highly recommended.

I eventually gave in to pain and attended ConfiDental after reading the other positive reviews. Dr Jamal Al-Saedi and assistants have been calming, professional and very pleased with his treatment. Positive experience: The receptionist Sarah was outstanding, I appreciated her excellent telephone manner as she replied to calls, and she dealt very well with elderly patients in person. My dentist, Steven, was pleasant and efficient. The hygienist was very polite, but I found the cleaning somewhat stressful and flinched often.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this practice my entire life and I’ve never had a bad word to say about it. I had Invisaligns done by Stephen a couple of years ago and have recently gone back to him for a check up, composite bonding and soon to have a wisdom tooth removed…! I can’t fault Stephen - an absolute perfectionist who clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Stephen is very thorough in explaining things and ensures his patients are happy with treatment results. The receptionists are all so lovely too!! A really, really nice practice :)

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my Invisalign retainers and am very happy with the results. Dr Stephen is very kind and knowledgable and cares about his patients a lot. He always took the time to make sure I was happy and understood all the options available to me with regards to the Invisalign process. Fantastic experience: After much deliberation we moved our family dentist to Confidental. Having looked at the options locally we wanted a well run practice, with friendly staff who would listen to our concerns and/or needs. Having opted for Confidental over 3 years ago we have been really happy with our decision to move. The staff, nurses and dentists have all been friendly, helpful and understanding, which has been great for myself and my wife as we are not big fans of the dentist if I'm honest! Our family dentist at Confidental is Jamal who has been fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had bonding done with Stephen and I am over the moon with the results, they are exactly what I had in mind. I showed Stephen a picture of the look I wanted on my initial consultation, and he has created just that. Any questions I had before and throughout the process, he answered and put any concerns I had at ease. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about bonding. Massive thank you!!

Negative experience: Have gone here a few times now. Dentists seem nice but I have had some issues on some private treatment. Had a white filling where I had to go back 3 times to rectify. Second time was because they did a filling on top of an initial filling and it fell out after one week. I find the issue is that they rush and don't give you what your paying for. Book a 45 minute slot and they do the filling in 20 minutes, then you have to make another appointment to put it right. As for hygienist, went Hygienist recently and teeth did feel a little bit smoother. Unfortunately I was promised 45 minute cleaning but I was in and out in 30 minutes. This 30 minutes also includes completing a questionnaire. They still charged me £95 for 45 minutes, instead of a 30 minute charge. They also didn't touch the stains in the grooves of my molars so these are still here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this practice for about 5 years now and I couldn’t be happier. The dentists and hygienists are very professional and amazing at what they do, and the receptionists are friendly and kind. I had a very tricky root canal surgery performed last year and I had excellent results

Fantastic experience: It has been a great experience with the service provided at Confidential Clinic. I had to continue my treatment for my implant here as my previous dentist went bust and Dr Jignesh has been outstanding in making sure I got the right implant fitted and at a reasonable price. So thankful

Fantastic experience: Update April 2022. Some of the best dentistry I've had. They've developed a treatment plan, shown me pictures, shown the x-rays etc on large screens. I felt like they took me on the journey of understanding, which most dentists don't do. Try get Dr Stevie. Pretty good over all. The reception area doesn't instill great confidence as it looks a bit bare and not very clean. The hygienist was very good though.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for over 40 years, so dentists, nurses and admin staff have now since retired. However, the new members of staff are just as professional, friendly and caring. I don’t think I would ever consider going elsewhere.
